This Hines Point property offers a 270 degree panoramic view of Lagoon Pond, with a private sandy beach and private dock. Very close to downtown Vineyard Haven and convenient to all down Island towns. Six bedroom luxury home perched over the water with stunning views. Renovation includes brand new Decora Kitchen Cabinets, all Viking appliances including a six burner gas range, new premium hardwood and tile floors, air-conditioning, all new furniture and furnishings and three fireplaces. This 4,000 square foot home, with an open kitchen/great room, and wrap around deck, also has a newly finished lower walk-out level with additional bedroom, full bath and living/game room. Floor plan designed to take advantage of the gorgeous views and private location. First floor Master Bedroom has views over the Lagoon, ensuite bathroom & leads directly out to a beautiful deck. Five new flat screen TV's installed throughout the house including in the new lower level entertainment area- a mega 65-in flatscreen TV. What a beautiful property! We visited over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time at this incredible home. It is so cozy and decorated to a high standard plus the view is simply magical. The property owner and manager were also both super responsive and helpful for any issue we had. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This home is perfect in every way. The home is spacious, well maintained and decorated and has everything you could ever need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was responsive and clearly cares deeply about his home and guests. We feel so lucky to have found this home and can't imagine ever finding a vacation home that will top this one!

This property was exactly as advertised. One of the best locations on the island. The entire process from reserving the home to check out went flawlessly. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. This home met all of our needs and I can only hope we can return again.

The best property we’ve ever rented in Martha’s Vineyard!

It’s hard to describe this beautiful vintage Vineyard beach cottage. I don’t know which was best, the breathtaking panoramic water views or the quaint character with all of the modern amenities. Our family enjoyed the private beach with the dock and kayaks, the decks and patio at dawn as well as dusk, the fully stocked kitchen with a Viking stove and appliances, the movie/game room, and the comfy beachy bedrooms. I highly recommend this beautiful property if you’re looking for the best in a classic Martha’s Vineyard waterfront experience.

Fantastic Find On Hines Point!

It is one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at in the 26 years we have been coming to MV. The house as been renovated and it appears the owners spared no expense. We did not want to leave the kitchen. We had dinner multiple nights from everything caught right from the property-fish, clams and crabs. The kids had a ball jumping and swimming off of the dock and we kayaked just about every day. One of the most amazing thing is that my wife and sister woke up most mornings to the sunrise and every morning to the lagoon. The kids tossted smoors every night on the pit, while we sat on the beach with stoggies! Next year we will bring our boat up. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Can't wait to come back!

This home was the perfect getaway for our group. The home was spacious, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and some of the most amazing views overlooking the water. The location is absolutely fantastic!!! We have rented on the island before and this was an exceptional vacation. We look forward to staying here in the future.
