reltiv gute Lage, viel Platz im Appartement

Bunte Prospektbilder versus triste Realität. Das Appartement beschreibt sich mit Superior- in der Realität hat man weder Nachtkästchen am Bett, nur in einem Bad einen Mülleimer, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten am Waschbecken oder Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher. Keine Zahnputzbecher, lediglich Handseife wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist auch so in der Beschreibung enthalten, aber es erstaunt für diesen Preis doch sehr. Das schlimmste ist jedoch die Sauberkeit. Auf der Website wird diese extra betont, in der Realität lag in der Badewanne ein Haar und auf dem Boden im Bad konnte man die Haarklumpen deutlich sehen. In allen Ecken war der Dreck zu sehen. WIr hatten zwar 1,5 Stunden früher eingecheckt als erlaubt, auf unsere Beschwerde hin hieß es dann daß die Zimmer noch nicht endgültig gereinigt gewesen seien. Bei der Abreise stand aber der Putztrupp pünktlich um 10 bereit...Eher unglaubwürdig. Insgesamt bietet das Appartement viel Platz, die Küche ist aber mit gerade mal 6 Gläsern ausgestattet -wollte man länger und mit mehr Personen bleiben würde es eng werden...Auch die bunten Bilder an der Wand fehlen gänzlich, es ist alles düster und durch die Jalousien recht ungemütlich und trist. Anfangs war auch im zweiten Bad extremer Geruch nach Kanal, dieser verschwand aber nachdem etwas Wasser den Siffon durchspült hat- deutet aber auch nicht gerade auf eine intensive Reinigung hin. Es sind auch Wasserschäden an Türrahmen zu sehen, teilweise minderwertig und abgenutze Einrichtung. Würde ich für den Preis nicht mehr buchen, man geht trotz allem noch gute 15 MInuten bis ins Zentrum! Nette Cafees und Restaurants in der Nähe! Die Tiefgarage ist sehr klein, mit großen autis kaum zu bewältigen!

Good apartment in peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the old town.

Location was perfect for us. Short walk to the old town, restaurants and food stores nearby. Apartments were clean and there was all the basic things we needed. We had three apartments, they all were good, except tv didn't work at one and air conditioning not working in one.

Lovely apartment with good location

Very clean and modern. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and easy to walk to the old town.

Pillows are too thick for us. It would be great if there were a microwave.

Enjoyed our stay in Bratislava.

Apartment was walkable distance to main areas, old town and supermarket. Bed was comfortable and the shower is really good, best we have had whilst travelling. Communication with queries I had was excellent.

Did not like an odour in the apartment that didn't go away, but wasn't overpowering. There was only two bin liners (one spare), we were there for 5 nights and it wasn't enough. There was no egg slice in drawers or salt/pepper/olive oil. First time in 3 months of travelling that an amount of money was taken from my account 'just in case' of damage. Didn't like view from our apartment.

Good location/quality/price value

Really good location, easy check in and check out - we arrived late and self check in allowed us to enter apartment without any issues or without anyone waiting for us. 10-12 min walk to city center - very convenient. Also bus stations super close, so you can easily reach any destination. Apartment with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen. Recommend for quality/location/price value.

The best place in Bratislava

Easily my favourite place to stay in Bratislava. The hotel is located in a quiet area between the old town and the modern shopping centres, making walking to either really convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, completely equipped should you choose to make your own meals. Getting a good sleep in this place comes with ease as the beds are extremely comfortable and the neighbourhood is peaceful and free of music, traffic or noise. I highly recommend it.

Very good

- Located in center, yet very calm place, near park - Checkin without a need to contact people - Has everything necessary - washing machine, hangers, plates... - Comfortable bed - Clean apartment and building - Very friendly cleaning lady - Powerful hair dryer

- Before arrival they have send an email every day to remind to do only check in, it was too much spam - Overpriced - For this price there should have been cleaning each day like in a hotel - Checkout at 10 AM is too early - There was an automatic turning lights in corridor. Even when turned off, it would make a clicking noice each time you pass by, super annoying - No shelve in shower to put your shampoo on, need to grab it from the floor - Too hot and impossible to set temperature lower, had to keep windows open - at 10 AM on checkout day the door code stops to work and you can't get out. As there is no reception, you need to go around the building and look for help (thanks to wonderful cleaning lady I managed to get out)

Great location. Very clean.

I’ve spent the last few months travelling around Europe and found the communication of this particular accommodation to be excessive, to the point of annoying. The check-in reminders every day, followed by a rules PDF leading up to the stay definitely removed the romanticism of the trip. Would definitely recommend this accommodation in terms of location and cleanliness, but would suggest to whoever runs it to relax.

Nice clean good sized apartment with keyless entry

Lovely apartment close to the city centre in a nice quiet street. Clean comfortable and good clear easy instructions on how to get there and get in. These are custom made apartments for exactly this purpose so everything is designed for a short term stop. This one had a balcony and I can imagine in the summer it would be lovely to grab a breath out there in the day.

Only minor points were take your own shampoo, they have the little sachets and it really does cheapen the place. The prosecco was nice but again stick it in a bowl on the table so it looks nice when you arrive or in the fridge not on top of the fridge, just detail that's all. Oh and the aircon or something clicks sporadically all day and night. As I say its all minor stuff and shouldn't detract from the fact that it is a lovely place to stay at

Good place for a short stay

The check in process itself, after receiving the passcodes was no hassle. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was fair, a reasonable walk from the main sights.

Even though the apartment had everything you could need it lacked some small details that would contribute to comfort- for example there were no nightstands, so the mobile phone and glasses had to go on the floor, no place to put soap in the shower, nowhere to hang a towel close to the shower. The drapes were broken and could not be opened properly in the bedroom. The kitchen had all the essentials but the basin was positioned in a way not really made to be used. To receive check in information we had to go through a number of emails, register at the hotels web site, again give the credit card number to pay for the city tax and a mandatory 100 euro deposit which was not advertised transparently enough before the booking itself.
