About this house rental
Ideally situated just steps away from Spring Brook's clubhouse, this log sided six bedroom, four bath chalet home has two levels in addition to a beautifully finished basement complete with family/game room. The exterior features a spacious wrap around deck with plenty of seating, gas and charcoal grills, and a cement patio fire pit just steps from the home. Perfect for golfers' weekend, large family or corporate gatherings, the Red Oak Lodge sleeps a maximum of 15 people.
The lovely interior carries a Northwoods theme and provides open concept common areas. The main floor offers a master bedroom with king bed and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, and comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher and opens up to the dining and living rooms where guests will be swept away by the knotty pine cathedral ceilings. In addition to breakfast bar seating, the dining table sits up to eight guests for everything from a casual breakfast to a holiday dinner. Ample counter space and cabinetry provide storage and prep area. A gas fireplace and mounted 4K smart tv which can be viewed from the kitchen add to the amenities offered in the guest friendly common areas.
For privacy and added space, head upstairs where two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft with a daybed are perched. The loft is furnished and makes a great nook for reading or relaxing. Bring your E-reader and devices as complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other, a king.

The lower level boasts a beautifully finished family room with cozy furniture including a sectional sofa sleeper, smart tv, and classic arcade games. For overnight guests, there are three additional bedrooms with yet another full bathroom to accommodate the occupants of the lower level without walking upstairs. The first two bedrooms have a queen size bed while the third is equipped with a queen size bunk bed. A basement utility room with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

This house was amazing! The kids/teens loved the downstairs gameroom & bedrooms. Nice walk to the clubhouse & pools. Golf course was convenient. We loved it being close to all the Dells attractions. Definitely would stay again

We had 12 people ranging from 4 to 70 years old. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms meant we weren’t running over each other. Large game room, kitchen, and living room provided plenty of space for congregating. Kids loved the games. We did not use the golf course, and the paddle board lake was small and weedy. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant. Proximity to Dells/Lake Delton attractions was a huge plus.

My husband and I did a get away to have an intimate wedding- the management company was amazing and even bought us a cake to celebrate. Would stay again!

The house was very clean and entertaining for kids. We were a 10 minute drive from the big water parks. The basement was colder than the rest of the house, but we found extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, but had no staple food items (cooking spray, spices, etc). Walmart was close by, so it wasn’t a big issue. I would recommend this house!

We were very impressed with everything in this house. The whole family loved the game room! Loved the large kitchen and living room, and the bedrooms were very nice. We would definitely rent it again!

Highly recommend this place! We were all happy in this house. They celebrated the New Year. The house is very clean, it smells very nice, and when we saw a big table, we were very pleasantly surprised, because always when you go with friends, there are not enough seats for everyone, and we all sit next to each other, but there was a very nice and big table! In the basement there are games and table hockey and a table for ping pong, everyone is very satisfied, both adults and children!

Everything about the property was exactly as described. Beautiful home, very clean, and the lodge restaurant and pool are a huge bonus! The weekend served as our family Christmas, and the property was perfect!
Only minor issue was that we requested early check-in a week in advance, due to our travel schedule and having an infant that we were hoping could take a nap in the afternoon. Management company said they would try, and we were appreciative of even that. On check-in day, called a few times and was told they would call me when ready. Never called. When arrived at the property at the original check-in time, the cleaning crew was sitting in their running cars and didn’t pull out until exactly 4 p.m. It appeared as if they were trying to not let us have access until exactly 4. Just thought it was a little strange. We would return, of course, but would expect that early check-in would not be an option at this property.

Good location and plenty of space for our family Christmas time together. Everyone enjoyed the game / family room. Great having 2 refrigerators with ice makers. Good supply of kitchen dishes and tools. Everything we needed.

Great space for multiple families
We had 6 adults and 7 kids and it worked perfectly! The rooms are all awesome. The space was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. Would def stay here again.

Lower level was very cold I would suggest getting a tv stand with electric fireplace in for a little warm up we spent most of our time down stairs but had to ho up and warm up then go back down

Red Oak Lodge Spring Brook Resort , WI Dells
The home was ok and the resort facilities were very nice. There were11 of us; 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 12) and the short distance to the Dells was really nice. The home advertised a pinball machine and electronic game. Neither of these worked at all. In addition, there was not table service for 11 in the home. Overall it was ok, but a little disappointed for the price.

Perfect Set Up for Large Groups
Brought my friends up for a long weekend skiing at Devils Head. We ended up spending more time at the house because it was such a great set up. Tons of activities and the kitchen bar area is great for entertaining. Would definitely recommend. The property managers are very helpful and communicative.

Three generation gathering
Lots of room for six adults and five kids under seven. Queen size bunk bed a big hit, as swell as the free arcade games. Cookware is pretty tired and beat up.

Perfect Family Reunion Property
Our family and two other families relaxed in the spacious home and enjoyed every minute of it and we’re never on top of each other. There is more than enough space for 15 people plus you have the luxury of indoor and outdoor activity. Obviously with Wisconsin Dells being right in your backyard there’s an endless amount of things to do, but this home also has pinball downstairs in the rec area. And awesome clubhouse with on-site dining also made it a very leisure trip. I highly recommend this property to anybody looking to enjoy plenty of room and plenty of family time.

Beautiful home with lots of space!
We rented the home in May 2019 for a family weekend get away for 10 people. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The check in and check out process was so quick and easy. Our family enjoyed their stay and we highly recommend renting this property!!

A great house for a large family
The space was great - plenty of room for our family of 15. The kids really enjoyed the lower level with the ping pong table and arcade games, and we appreciated having enough bedrooms and sitting spaces for everyone. The house itself wasn't the cleanest, and other renters just make sure you bring everything you might need. It does not include any cooking pantry items, shampoo, etc. Checkin and checkout were pretty simple, and it was nice to have an office to work through.
Overall, for the purpose of our trip - just getting together and being with family - the house was great!

Great Property
We loved this house. Size wise it was perfect for our large family. We had a family gathering for my wife's 50th birthday. The pinball machine and ping pong table were awesome and got lots of use. The Ms Pacman game was broken. There were a few negative points warranting giving this property 4 stars. 1) the ice makers were both turned off when we arrived and even after turning them on they didn't produce much ice; 2) the basement area was very cold (would be great during the summer) and we called maintenance to look at it. We were told that it wasn't going to heat up; 3) it rained and the basement leaked right it front of the stairs making it very dangerous; 4) they really needed some bigger pots (we brought our own)
With that being said it really is a great property and we loved the very unique queen bunk beds (they need to be in a taller room).

Great place kitchen well stocked lots of rooms to spread out & the arcade games were a big hit.
House is nice and big. Needs some attention-drippy faucets, ice maker, burned out lights. Nothing major & the resort was very heloful and the maintenance guys were very good with responding to our needs.
Loved this house will definitely come back.
