This property has been designed for holiday rental, offering large open plan areas, big bedrooms, plenty of parking and best of all absolutely sensational views and the beach all within 50 metres of the front door.

Large open plan living, Dining and kitchen area.
Kitchen features island bench and complete with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, Delonghi Coffee Machine (takes Nespresso Pods), fridge.
Dining for the full 14 is amazing with large timber table and excellent views whilst enjoying a meal.
Large L shape lounge rounds off this fantastic area with LCD hung TV and also DVD player.
Access to the front balcony with views from Encounter Bay to Goolwa even taking in the mighty Coorong on a clear day
There is also a full undercover rear balcony at the rear of the home with outdoor table and bbq.
The master suite is next on the list again with magnificent views and access to the balcony, the master suite also includes an ensuite bathroom.
A second bedroom has a queen bed.
A second guest bathroom completes the upstairs floor plan
Downstairs:
Features 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the 2 other rooms with two sets of bunks in each
Large living area with LCD TV and DVD player, plus plenty of board games for the kids
A kitchenette is also on offer downstairs with bar fridge, toaster, sink and microwave
The main bathroom located downstairs offers shower, bath and separate toilet
The laundry is also located downstairs
The rear yard is great for kids with a lush green lawn patch, great for playing out in the sun or even the adults enjoying a lazy afternoon. The home features fully ducted heating and cooling with the latest technology allowing each room to have customised temperature, WIFI throughout the home and coupled with Smart TVs allows guests to log into their own Netflix accounts. The home offers double garage and off street parking for 4 cars.
The pantry and walk in robe are not for guest use.
