Timber Ridge condos offer the perfect location for relaxing with family and friends in a spacious, comfortable, well-appointed residence. These three-bedroom condos are the ideal home base for families and groups.

This high-end three bedroom/three bath residence features a king bed and private bath w/Jacuzzi tub and shower in the master, each guest rooms has a private bath, one has twin over full bunk, the other has king bed. Your private balcony looks toward Red Cliffs. The gourmet kitchen and roomy, open floor plan offer plenty of space for all your family and friends. The Large sectional sofa can seat everyone and offers additional sleeping space with a queen pull out and the dining table seats eight comfortably. Other amenities include a two car garage and of course WIFI.

Beware who is transacting the rental. This property is managed by Kirkwood Lodge and you're better off dealing direct with Kirkwood Reservations. The listing on VRBO is overpriced and includes an owner fee as well as the VRBO fee. I was billed by RedAwning and bombarded with spam to download their app. RedAwning has numerous low ratings on trust pilot. I was subsequently billed by Kirkwood reservations for a lower price. I dispute the charge by Kirkwood Reservations since I used this platform, and RedAwning does not seem to manage timely transactions with the property manager, hence my need to dispute the second charge by Kirkwood Reservations. Great unit, poor payment experience. I have dealt directly with Kirkwood Lodge in the past and that will be my only means of booking properties at Kirkwood Resort in the future.

Great place, 3rd Party rental company is TERRIBLE

This condo was gorgeous and we'd definitely stay there again. Large kitchen and living room, very comfortable, a 5-minute walk to the lifts, and you can ski directly home. Missing some basic stuff like butter knives and a broom, but still a solid 5 stars. The BAD: There is a 3rd party rental company Red Awning involved that is TERRIBLE. I called to ask about check-in details, it took 1.5 hours of circling through automated phone systems and talking to SIX different people before I got an answer as to where to go to check in. In the end all they do is refer you to the Kirkwood lodging people right around the corner who physically manage the property, and those guys were great.

Not luxury, would not stay again

I've stayed at many VRBOs over the last decade and I have to say this one was one of, if not the, least favorite. It was considerably more pricey than other similar properties in Kirkwood (we booked it because it had 2 king beds + 1 twin/full bunk) and we all agreed really not worth it. Fireplace didn't work until the last day (front desk sent a technician a few days after we complained), "luxury kitchen' is badly stocked (no wine opener, not even 10 plates for a place that advertises a 10 person capacity! no oven mitts or tea towels), broken coffee table/ottoman with metal parts sticking out. The blankets looked like they could use cleaning/replacement. TV is mysterious and we could not get it to work. There is no instruction manual that explains how things work or what to do with the trash. A lot of our complaints were made by previous guests in the guest book, even 5 years ago, so this unit has obviously had some issues. Parking is very, very tight in a tandem unit, so watch out if you have a big car -- our friends scratched up their minivan trying to back out. On the plus side, it's a decently big unit, nicely located at the resort, nice bathrooms and the kitchen would be adequate if better stocked. Note that even if you book through VRBO, the reservation is processed through a third party company that is not really that responsive. The unit is directly managed through Kirkwood Lodging. We had some snafus the first day (somehow Kirkwood had the wrong unit assigned to the reservation) and the thread party company wasn't that helpful in resolving.
