Alright

Location was alright, it was very quiet, the pool was quiet and clean.

I didn’t like how we had to go to an entirely different villa to pick up the keys. We arrived late at night and all we wanted to do was sleep. Luckily, after a lot of missed calls later, we got in contact with the owner and we got our keys at Villas Lupita.

Nice clean, safe, comfy place.

Nice self contained apartment. Pool. Wifi. Great AC. Close to small store with everything in it. Close to beach. Very secure. Very clean. Nice owner and staff.

Booking map shows the property 2 blocks away making it inconvenient for check in. Ran out of water one night because electrical problem caused pump to pump water up not working. Owner invited us to his other place for showers, but we were leaving next day, so gracefully did not accept. Next morning everything fixed. Wifi was a town issue, out everywhere. Kitchen was a little small, but they have 2 bigger units. I would stay again in bigger unit. Barking dogs next door is a problem, not the fault of our owner. Pool towels would of been nice.

Great location and property, but a little on the noisy side.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, taxis and beach, but far enough away from the bars. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi was strong. The small kitchenette had everything we needed.

Even though it is in a good location, it is situated on a major street so there is vehicle noise as well as dogs and roosters. So a bit noisy, but you are in more of a local area. The steel entry door to the complex is very noisy because people forget and they just let it slam shut.

lovely staff… disappointed in pool and that part of facility

it was very clean, comfortable bed, fridge and a/c worked well, lots of hot water

There were no chairs to sit by the pool as stated they would supply.. lots if barking dogs The pool was not clean..the filter was barely left running more than 5 or 10 mins a day, even once a maintenance issue was resolved it wasn’t filtered. They should supply portable chairs at the least to sit outdoors.. very disappointed when chairs are difficult to purchase. Also no drinking water supplied.

Location excellent and apartment super clean and well laid out.

The bed could have some improvements as in the mattress pad bunches underneath sheet and no fitted sheet over mattress.

Loved our 2 weeks stay at Villa Lupita and the fact that we could easily walk to the beaches and tow

Convenient location close to everything we needed. Great wifi.

there are other places around that looked like they had more charm and ambiance for a similar price

the staff were friendly, helpful…the apartment was spotless

the location is not great, the pool is very small with a very small deck area and no place to put a lounge chair. the apartment is void of personality and the balcony is unattractive and not a pleasant place to sit.

Good

Cleaning service was great and prompt. The view from the balcony is nice. Solid wifi connection that worked well for video calls. Great location.

It's a very basic room with a small kitchenette that was missing a couple items such as corkscrew. Looked a little different from what I remembererd in the photos, but that wasn't a problem. It is pretty loud at night (music, motorbikes, dogs who live across the street and sometimes fight) so if you're sensitive to noise like me, this is probably not ideal.

Ground floor apartment. No security bars on windows. Flimsy lock on door. Curtains are see-through in the bedroom when the light is on.
