お安いのにこのクオリティはすごい。

お得感を半端なく感じた。フロントの対応が丁寧でよかったです。料理もたくさん種類があり、美味しかったです。

良くなかったところはないですが、夜鳴きそばの種類が選べたら、嬉しいなぁと思いました。辛いのが好きなので赤が食べたかった。

オーシャンビュー最高

お風呂から部屋からの景色が最高です。部屋から熱海湾の花火が綺麗に見ることができます。

部屋にシャワーや湯船がありません。シャワーだけでもあれば尚良いと思います。共同お風呂は24時で終了

海が一望できて、綺麗なお部屋と美味しい料理でとても満足しました！

楽しく過ごせました。

お部屋、露天風呂のロケーションがとても良かったです。お部屋に冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があり、とても助かりました。

入り口の扉の建て付けが古いのかわかりませんが、勢いよくしまり、閉まる音が大きい事が気になりました。別館にもコインランドリーがあると良いと思いました。

また行きたいとは思わない

・飲み水の無料提供

・夕食の時間が20時と遅かった。到着した順番だったとの事でしたが、事前にそれを知らせて欲しかった。・売店で買い物をしましたが、レジ金の小銭不足でお札を使えなかった。客商売でそれはいかがなものかと思いました。・部屋が思っていた以上に狭かった。

眺望が素晴らしく、料理も美味しかった。部屋の広さもちょうど良く、温度も快適だった。

ロケーションとして急勾配にある施設なので、アクセスの手段が限られる。市バスも本数が少ないので、電車で行く場合は送迎バスが予約しにくいのは課題だと考える。

Idéal pour se mettre à la détente 100% japonaise: on est vraiment au « onsen »

Les dîners sont excellents et très raffinés. Les bains, le restaurant avec grandes baies vitrées sur la mer. La chambre spacieuse. Beau yukata pour se sentir décontracté. Tout le monde circule dans l’hôtel en yukata et en slipper

J’ai regretté son parfait isolement pour 2 nuits dont une journée complète, un peu compliqué pour aller au bord de mer : bus ou taxi

there is plenty of places better we stayed around Atami

the view of the restaurant

I have booked the property because of the view 5 futon Japanese style room and 9years old kid . somehow my reservations went messed up and only 4adult that cost $ 560 but the receptionist were explaining the situation extremely rude we were really embarrassed. so we had to get another room for 9 years old and 13 years and check out cost was almost $1000 for one night . the room we stayed unbelievably disgusting. dusty dirty and ripped curtain broken holes on the door is taped with scotch tape .

Bad experience. They should learn from the Asaya Onsen Ryokan in Kinshasa Onsen, Tochigi Prefecture.

Breakfast just so so. My wife and I had stayed at at least two dozens Onsen Ryokan in the past and I ranked this one one of the worst. Location is inconvenient; nothing to see in the surrounding area except winding narrow mountain path.

My wife and I had two single beds in our room which is fine but our daughter’s family had four futons beds in a tiny tatami room with no place to sit. We were not told that hotel shuttle bus was available when I asked the front desk clerk to call for two taxis for the next morning to go the train station. The next morning she told us that no taxi was available because they are all booked. When I saw a hotel shuttle waiting outside the hotel to pick up passengers, I asked them about the shuttle bus, she said all seats were reserved for the morning. We ended up taking a scheduled bus and we were lucky to make the time for our Shinkansen train after the bus making many stops in the winding mountain road.

Overall we enjoyed it. We loved the views and the buffet dinner and breakfast. Many healthy options, more Japanese style

loved the lobby and dining area very bright n beautiful over looking the sea

Room furnishings are a bit dated. but was clean n with comfortable bedding. do note that the rooms are with no bathroom, the only way to shower is to go onsen at b1.

Amazing view from all the rooms. Lovely onsen with an outdoor view to die for. Quiet location at the top of the hill

Check in time is a little late. The staff wasnt responsive to my name and I had to spell it out when it was clearly printed in English letters

Good

The sea view was stunning it was quiet and peaceful on the mountain. The facilities such as Onsen and the Japanese style room was fantastic and very comfortable! Overall very enjoyable stay, the staff were also very professional and kind.

No option to add meals to booking and no areas surrounding to eat. Also buses and taxi services not so frequent meaning travel was difficult. Would recommend renting a car if staying here.
