About this campground/ rv resort rental

We are located on a point lot with plenty of water and over 400 Feet of water front. Bring your boat! We have a one hundred foot pier and boat dock. New, we just installed a new boat ramp you can now lunch your boat here on the property. We are on a one acre lot so there is plenty of room for parking boat trailers and cars. This Non-Smoking home has a beautifully decorated den done in nautical decor. The master bedroom suite has a sitting area and private bath with a walk in shower and Roman tub. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Also has a dinning area. The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom which is a full bath with a shower over the tub. There is a picnic area down by the water with table and barbecue. Also there is a camp fire area down by the water. This is a great place to vacation so came on down and join the fun. Great for family groups, business retreats, tournament fishermen, University of South Carolina (USC) football weekends, and The Masters (Only one and a half hours away).

This property was the perfect location for what we wanted. We went to enjoy the fireworks on the lake. It was only about a 10 min boat ride to where we normally anchor out.

We had a great stay. The place felt like home and was a great place to spend the holidays with my family. We had know issues at all with anything while we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My sons and I stayed here to have some father & sons fishing time. This was a perfect property for us. It's a single-wide trailer, but had just enough space for us. It is not fancy, but was clean and everything is was functional. Mick was available any time we needed anything- he was awesome! A couple of notes that I don't recall seeing on the listing that may be important to you. There is a nice fire ring about 20 yds from the water that is perfect if you want to have a little bon fire and do some cat fishing in the evening. There are some chairs on the small deck in the front, but you may want to bring some lawn chairs for around the fire pit. The dock is perfect if you plan to bring your boat - I have a deck boat and it was the perfect size. There is also a light and power on the dock if you need to charge batteries in the evenings, etc. The water was low when we went, so we were unable to use the boat ramp on the property - we tried, but the slope was too gradual for our vehicle/trailer combo. It wasn't a problem of course, as there are many public ramps on Lake Murry! We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mick!

Didn’t spend much time in the mobile home, which was the plan since we were there to fish. Would be nice to have some updates done to the place. Recommend bringing your own towels and soap. Very nice host.

Perfect out of the way place to stay. There is a boat landing on the property and you want have to go searching for a place to launch your boat or watercraft. Ideal location on the lake.

We enjoyed our stay altogether. Beautiful lot with plenty of space and beautiful views. Very happy we were able to bring our dog with us. There were 3 adults, two teens, and a three yr old. We also used the onsite boat launch for our 16ft boat. The kitchen fully stocked with what you would need except storage containers. The owner friendly and very responsive to my emails prior to visit. The neighbor Dale was very nice and shared his wood for the firepit. Overall, we enjoyed our company and the time spent on the lake. However, I feel the need to mention the cons as well. Many fixes needed at this rental. Upon entering the door handle was falling off, we adjusted it. The walls full of holes, blinds broken on several windows, drier just squeaks when in use, the refrigerator leaks onto floor mat, there was dog hair on sheets in master bedroom, human hair in second tub, roaches on rug in second and third bedroom, garbage under couch which when reclined is all broken both recliner and couch. The dock is in need of repair, boards rotting and sticking up. The wifi is spotty but when unplugged several times we were able to connect. Overall, a few small repairs would make this place shine. A nice place to stay the weekend. Mick was friendly and was helpful with parking the trucks and trailer. We couldn't use the onsite ramp because of low water but that was no fault of Micks. We went over to Dreher island state park and splashed the boat. Enjoyed the boat dock and front porch. Great location midway up the lake.

This is a beautiful spot on the water. My bf enjoyed hours of fishing from the dock, and caught a ton of fish, including a giant catfish (he ALMOST caught it-it snapped his line bringing it up to the dock). Next time we will bring a net! It is in a very peaceful area. We spent most of our time visiting my family who live nearby. We brought our dog on vacation with us for the first time, and were very thankful pets were allowed. The owner, Mick, was very responsive to questions if/when we had any. Through nobody’s fault, on our last night there, the power went out (maybe from high winds). It was back on within an hour, which was great. Overall, it was a great trip!

The property is nice and quite, right on the water. The yard was neatly mowed and the house was clean. The cove was deep and great for swimming, the water wasn't shallow and scummy. Town is only a 20 minute drive away with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Clean house ... we all marveled at how clean the front glass door was until Boscoe licked it! :) Found everything we needed for a weekend with 4 adults and two dogs! looking forward to another weekend!

The rain may have dampened our spirits just a little... but this quiet spot by the lake was very relaxing. Nice beach and dock area...our lab loved swimming! a firepit by the beach is always warming... the inside is roomy and comfortable. We felt at home and so did our dogs. We may come back in the summer with more family!

This was a different type trip for my family. We were visiting family in Columbia so we were unable to take in the full outdoor experience this property has. I would absolutely re visit for fishing and doing outdoors fun. Loved it
