About this house rental
The house accommodates a maximum of 13 people in 6 bedrooms: 4 double rooms, 1 single room and and 4-person room.
There are three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite with the bedroom on the ground floor.
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences: underfloor heating, gas fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV with Dutch, English and German channels, a beamer with a large screen for those who enjoy sports and films. Everything can also be controlled via bluetooth and chromecast.
Outside you will find a spacious garden, completely fenced. Your pet can roam freely and also have a nice holiday.
There is a lounge set, a large dining table with chairs and a small seat in the gazebo.
There is a 6-person jacuzzi that you can use.
There is a lockable terrace covering, with extra seating space and a dining table.
The house is suitable for family gatherings, but also for seminars for small groups.
At the Resort there are all kinds of facilities: a shop, a restaurant, a snack bar and a bar. The restaurant has a terrace on the water.

This property was very spacious with comfortable beds and we loved the outdoor area. The hot tub was also lovely. I would definitely stay again.

House was greater than we initially thought with enough space for our entire group. The children loved the jacuzzi and the facilities in the park. Even though the weather wasn't always perfect, the house itself surely was. Although we were away for only 4 days it feels like a longer break. I would definitely recommend this house!

Schönes Haus, mit viel Platz und einem Whirlpool
Dorothees Haus ist sehr geräumig. Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es reichlich: am großzügigen Esstisch, auf dem riesigen Sofa, am Kamin, am Tisch im Wintergarten, in der Sitzecke dort und unter dem Laub im Garten. Sie können auch mit einem Glas im Whirlpool zusammensitzen.
Das Haus verfügt über 6 ausgezeichnete Schlafzimmer, von denen eines bequem im Erdgeschoss liegt mit ensuite. Sehr nützlich für ältere Verwandte. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 weitere Badezimmer. Wir sind uns nicht in die Quere gekommen.
Wir wurden von einem älteren Herrn empfangen und konnten alles über die Nutzung des Hauses erfragen. Es gibt Parkplätze für zwei Autos.
Wir hatten ein tolles Essen bei Bites and Friends im Park.
Alles war sauber, hell und angenehm modern.

Een gezellig familie verblijf
Een fijne en gezellige woning waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. Waarbij de jacuzzi een groot succes was.
Het huis staat op een gezellig park met een niet spectaculair maar mooi en schoon zwembad.
De ontvangst was uitgebreid en zeer vriendelijk.
We hadden het weer mee en hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad, een aanrader.

De woning was in het echt mooier dan op de plaatjes, alles was netjes en we hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Mooi huis met alle gerief voorhanden.
We hebben genoten van deze vakantiewoning met Jacuzzi. Veel ruimte en goede inrichting van de woning. Alle keukengerief was aanwezig, zelfs nieuwe teppanyaki platen. Heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin waaronder vier 20 tot 23-jarigen. Ook in de buurt allerhande activiteiten kunnen gaan doen. Deze woning met vriendelijke eigenaars, en fijne huismeester die in de buurt woonde, is zeker aan te bevelen.

Een 'aan-niets-ontbrekende' ervaring!
Van begin tot eind was ons vriendenweekend in de vakantiewoning in Susteren uitermate geslaagd! We zijn ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen, het gehele huis was meer dan schoon en alles was aanwezig! De luxe van een jacuzzi en een ijsblokjesmachine in de koelkast waren de kersen op de taart. De hele binnen- en buitenruimte is ruim opgezet. Al met al hebben wij niks te klagen en raden we een ieder aan om, ofwel met uw familie, vriendengroep of gezin, hier een verblijf te boeken. Ten slotte nog een toevoeging; contact was ten alle tijden gemakkelijk en gemoedelijk, iets wat voor ons een pré is bij het boeken van een particuliere accommodatie!

Was een hele ruime, complete woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast was het een mooi en net park.

Kerstreces in vakantiewoning met jacuzzi.
Vanwege het slechte weer en de corona maatregelen viel er buiten het park en op het park weinig te ontdekken dus veel in huis de gezelligheid opgezocht. De jacuzzi vergoedde veel en daar dus dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt.l

Wij hebben genoten in een mooi ruim huis met heerlijke jacuzzi en beamer met groot scherm. Ook de tuinkamer was super fijn!

geweldige vakantie
de woning hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. alles ziet er keurig uit. jacuzzi was ook perfect. We hadden ook gehoord dat u een huis had in Frankrijk, . ik weet niet of het huis ook gebruikt kan worden voor 9 personen?
We vonden het alleen jammer dat we geen verdere kastruimte hadden voor onze boodschappen.

In Ordnung
Prinzipiell war der Urlaub mit meinen Freunden dort sehr schön, jedoch war der Kühlschrank und ein paar andere Geräte ziemlich dreckig. Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren sauber.
Das einzige was wirklich gestört hat war, dass der Vermieter jeden Morgen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten vorbei gekommen ist. Es wirkte ein bisschen als wolle er uns kontrollieren obwohl wir das ganze Haus wahrscheinlich sauberer verlassen haben als wir es vorgefunden haben.

War gut, aber falsches Reiseziel für unsere Zielgruppe
Hier nun meine ausführliche Bewertung/Erklärung zum Objekt.
Die Kommunikation zur Eignerin war bis zum Schluss sehr gut und zügig. Zudem auf Deutsch, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat.
Der Hausverwalter war ebenfalls ein sehr symphytischer angenehmer Zeitgenosse. Er bot gefühlt „rund um die Uhr“ seine Hilfe an bei Fragen o.ä. Perfekt!
Die Übergabe des Hauses ging enorm schnell und war völlig ausreichend. Auch wirklich gut.
Der Hausverwalter wies uns darauf hin, dass wir gegen Abend bitte Ruhe einkehren lassen sollten und die Lautstärke der Musik auf Zimmerlautstärke beschränken sollten. So war es auch mit der Eignerin abgesprochen.
Dies war auch unser Ziel, doch am ersten Tag um 16:30 Uhr kam ein Mitarbeiter des Euro Parks zu uns teilte uns mit, dass sich Nachbarn über Lautstärke beschwert hatten.
Dies konnten wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Es war nicht zu laut und es hat niemand rumgeschrien o.ä.
Nichts desto trotz, macht es glaube ich Sinn den Punkt in der Annonce „Partys/Events erlaubt“ zu streichen. Denn dies ist im Objekt nicht möglich bezgl. der Lautstärke.
Zum Punkt Sauberkeit haben wir einen großen negativ Punkt. Die Küche sah wirklich schlimm aus. Der Kühlschrank war von innen total versifft und es stand zwischen den sauberen Tellern und Schüsseln stark verschmutztes Geschirr. Das geht natürlich gar nicht. Wir haben fast alle Teller und das Besteck nochmal waschen müssen, bevor dieses nutzbar war.
Von der Ausstattung des Hauses her können wir nur positiv berichten. Unabhängig von der Sauberkeit, war die Masse an Küchenutensilien enorm hoch und man könnte dort alles Kochen.
Ich bitte darum, die Dunstabzugshaube zu überprüfen, denn diese hang schräg in der Verankerung an der Decke.
Positiv aufgefallen ist uns ebenfalls die Sauberkeit der Badezimmer, der Betten und des Whirlpools. Das war spitze.
Alles in allem war es eine schöne Tour unseres Kegelclubs und wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.

Waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 12 Mann in diesem Haus.
Kontakt war reibungslos, freundlich und zeitnah.
Haus ist in einem super Zustand, Einrichtung zeitgemäß und nicht abgenutzt.
Betten und Zimmer sind gut.
Lage des Hauses im Park sehr ruhig.
Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sauber.

Super huis om met vrienden in te verblijven. Groot genoeg, maar toch gezellig. De jacuzzi is een leuk extratje. Wel deed de parkbewaker erg moeilijk en hij schende onze privacy meerdere keren, enige minpuntje. Communicatie met de verhuurders was uitstekend!

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem super Zustand, bei fragen steht jemand direkt zur Verfügung. Jacuzzi wird nach jedem Aufenthalt gereinigt.

Heerlijk privé huis in vakantiepark
Heerlijke beschutte tuin met Jacuzzi en grote serre om in te relaxen. Huis mooi schoon en van alles voorzien. Heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Een heel prettig verblijf. Het huis is gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi was voor de kleintjes een groot succes. De ontvangst en uitleg was wat afwijkend maar het ging prima.

Keukengerei en overige inventaris is ruimschoots aanwezig.
1 minpuntje; vanwege de dunne tussenwanden veel geluidsoverlast in de slaapkamers.
