You can get better for less money.

Not a lot, the staff were amazing, especially Kevin, he went out of his way to be very helpful. You are allowed to use the facilities at their sister resorts for free so we spend most of our time there.

We had a room with a pool which was dirty from day one, we asked for it to be cleaned just about everyday, they did try but they didn't know how to clean it, didn't even know about PH levels. No information when you arrived about anything to do with the resort, room, facilities, area, nothing. Food wasn't that great for the price, had to ask for the smallest things. like butter, jam, salt, missed things off orders etc. You have to ask them to make up/clean the room otherwise it doesn't get done and even when they do its not that clean, the built up of scum on the shower walls is terrible, so much so its turned white. Room wasn't thought out to well when they designed the place not very functional, bed takes up why to much space, no storage etc. I could carry on but I'll leave it there.

Amazing hotel, wonderful nature surroundings, great design

Amazing: beautiful villa, with super big and confortable bed, full window at the bathroom overlooking the back garden. The mangrove area si so beautiful, the sunset also great..However they do not have a beach area, but you can take tuk tuk to their sister hotel South Palm Hotel Panglao, wearing a bracelet and enjoy their private beach

Excellent & chill& comfortable

Every employer are very nice We are living in the villa They have difference socket for 110v & 220v This design very sweet. Their massage are very professional!!

But the drainage hole in the bathroom doesn’t working

easily accessible to the pool. beautiful mangroove. only 5mins to moadto strip mall. the villas are very good size with big comfortable beds.

if only they have the beach access but still beautiful place overall

Absolutely amazing! Salamat!

I loved every moment of my stay at North Zen Villa! The staff were friendly, the spaces were clean and the facilities were great! I recommend a stay at North Zen Villa for everyone! They assisted us so well, even booking tours at an extra fee!

Our stay at North Zen Villa was so wonderful that I struggle to fault anything. Although, I can suggest the following: a souvenir shop, more than only two tour options, soft face pillows for all massage tables (not only those outside), as well as an ATM machine.

Best place to stay in Panglao!

Everything was perfect! Super comfortable beds, an amazing pool and a wonderful sunset spot down at the jetty. We loved our stay!

Peace and comfort

The place is particularly great thanks to it's bamboo pier which offers beautiful and peaceful sunrises and sunsets, away from crowded area. Room is very cozy and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very well elaborated and tasty, as much as the cocktails in the bar. Very nice experience overall

The surroundings, outside of hotel's responsibility, need serious cleaning, in particular the beach across the street, which is very beautiful but would benefit from maintenance

the mangrove swimming pool massage by the mangrove beds

charged €1 for ONE additional slide of bread. you can clearly hear the foot steps of people and moving furniture from room above late at night and very early in the morning (5:30) this was everyday. earplugs are a MUST! should place more parasol at the swimming pool

A hidden paradise (treasure).

We really enjoyed the villa #2, it felt like home away from home. We also like the bamboo boardwalk and the mangrove: very unique and enjoyable. The hut at the end of boardwalk is pleasant and feels safe. Staff including the restaurant were very accommodating and attentive.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The in room massage was not worth the price. Finally, we were saddened by the crying puppy tied at the end of the boardwalk at night, alone. He was scared. We mentioned it to the guard on duty and hopefully he took care of it not being alone.

We loved it and will be back for sure

The place is beautiful especially the mangrove area. The pool is heated, room is spacious and comfortable, good view from the room and food is scrumptious. The staff are very friendly but they seemed shy and I guess delagation and coordination of their tasks should be improved. But again they are super friendly and helpful :)

A great vacation spot. A very lovely property to stay to relax and enjoy Bohol

I had a villa with 2 bedrooms. The villa was wonderful. It had all the essentials we needed, i.e. microwave. The pool was very nice and the sitting area around the pool was great. The bamboo walkway was amazing. We sat there around 5PM to enjoy the breeze and the stunning view of the ocean.

Everywhere we want to go need to hire transportation since the location of the villa is very exclusive. The closest 7-11 was about 10 minutes walk and the road was very dark at night.
