La distancia, si quieres estar solo en el centro de San Pedro está a 40 minutos aprox, pero si quieres ir a secreat beach si te queda muy bien.

Great times with good friends.

Was great to be in the same apartment building with travel mates. Pool and dock were great! The furnishings were comfortable and stylish, The sectional couch on the balcony was great! Our buddies were envious, ha ha.

There seemed to be plumbing issues with the building. The master bath on the back bedroom (nearest the entry door to the condo) had a slight sewer smell from the day we checked in. It was only present in the bathroom, but present nonetheless.

Ocean hideaway

Property is located right on the beach and the views are amazing. Unit comes with all the kitchen items you could need and lots of extra sheets, towels, and blankets. Staff on site keeping the pool and beach maintained were very nice. Unit is maintained by Vacasa which has its own concierge service. Gineli was amazing at answering our questions and helping us to book tickets to the water ferry and a taxi to/from the airport (thanks Tito for being an amazing taxi driver who even gave us a bit of a tour). Gineli was honestly my favorite part of this vacation.

The unit appears a little unfinished with missing paint and even exposed drywall in several spots. While we saw some of that in the pictures before we booked, we had hoped it would be completed/corrected before we got there.

Villa on the beach with amazing views and beautiful sunrises!

The villa was exactly as described. It was right on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool was clean, clear, and refreshing. The beach and property were well maintained. The pier was amazing! The beach was beautiful and clean. The water was warm, calm, and shallow, perfect for our needs. We didn't utilize the kayaks, but appreciated that they were available. Our check-in and check-out process was super easy. Everything was as anticipated. Communication with the host was easy and timely. There was a little restaurant on the beach within walking distance that had amazing food and friendly atmosphere.

The location was a little farther from town than I anticipated given the condition of the roads, however, we came to enjoy the quiet aspect of being farther north.

WARNING; DO NOT BOOK THESE SUITES; YOU HAVE TO TRAVERSE DANGEROUS ROADS TO GET THERE

I am having to write a poor review due to the shocking reality that the road to this hotel is full of potholes, juggernaughts carrying concrete and deep ravines. To travel here in the golf cart was not safe, steady or acceptable. The road is not tarmaced - of course the company does not tell you this but you realise it when you are trying to make the trip. Having had an operation last year this road should have had a warning sign on it - not fit for people with any disabilities or travelling solo. It was dangerous and you would not be able to travel in the evening because its too dark and there are NO lights on that road. A taxi would cost $100 so there is no value in the hotel-see below for my dispute for a refund.

When I realised I could no longer proceed on this road I rang the hotel and the person in charge of the keys Lourdes told me she understood, not to worry and that a refund would not be immediate but would take a few days. She understood and I wondered how many previous people had experienced the same thing. These suites are north of San Pedro on a dark road once you get out of the town. I did not realise that I would be in for a huge dispute whereby booking.com, Lourdes had to wrangle with the management who failed to return my money. I NEVER received any service. I took it the credit card company who also have not gained a satisfactory outcome for me because they failed to ring me up to find out what really happened. They have now re-opened the case. Booking.com failed to act on my behalf; the management company were keen to take ALL of my money. Nothing in description suggests access could be difficult-they just failed to mention it. That evening they raised the price of that suite to £878 for 4 nights deliberately because they knew that 1. no one was going to get there in the dark to use the suite 2. they didnt need any more customers because they had got their money from me so they inflated the price so no body would book. Cunning and sly management. Therefore, as a world traveller I would say this is a no go for most of the tourists and that includes families travelling with kids - they would not be able to take the dangerous roads in which this hotel is on.

Fantastic view, great fishing dock, quiet stay near popular Belize attractions, full kitchen, pool!

We appreciated the quieter atmosphere, being just a bit out of town, with easy access by golf cart to the entire island! The view from our unit was incredible, especially at sunrise! The management, grounds crew, neighbors, and concierge were all very friendly, polite, and informative. It was the perfect fit for our plans this visit!

There were some minor issues, outside of management's control, as they affected a greater portion of the island. Our concerns were handled politely and professionally, and they kept us informed about all progress. Services were restored as promptly as possible by the efforts of the local utilities.

Relaxing, with beautiful views and friendly people.

Although it was quite a ways to town, we much enjoyed the peace and quite. The views were amazing.

I felt that the property we stayed at did try to do their best at keeping the grounds clean, but honestly the whole beach area was dirty.

Family Vcay

Loved the location, whole place is very nice. Easy to get to.

Could use dressers in bedrooms, also showerheads just spray almost right on to the door can't adjust them. Could use shelves in shower.

The stay, except for a few minor hiccups, was very good.We would return.

The property is private and quiet. Support staff provided excellent service …specially the concierge..Lourdes!! Residents we met were warm and friendly. Beach is clean and inviting with a daily visitor..a dolphin. Apartment is functional. AC’s are a little hard to figure out but once you do all is OK.

the 3 inch scorpion killed in the bathroom on the first night was interesting…..(it was the only one seen). Trust me we looked, especially during night bathroom visits. A few restaurants close to location made things easier. The public road leading to location could be better maintained.Lots of potholes which tear up the carts and affect travel times to San Pedro town. It does get a little spooky at night with no street lights on the road. Locals did advise crocs live in area and are seen on occasion. It is a busy road.

We had a wonderful trip and the value is great, though we’ve stayed at more polished properties

Location is superb.

It would be nice if there were a few amenities available that are often supplied at a property like this, things like coffee filters, basic spices, oil, etc, that you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom tub is obviously a little damaged, and the place as a whole seemed a little neglected.

Loved the view. Location was nice, friendly people in other condos. We would stay here again.

Communication, was a bit annoying. I booked through bookings.com, and had to contact someone and I would get response but it came ftom 3 different people all by email.

Great condo away from the crowds

Great ocean view, nice beach, pool and dock. Felt very safe.

There seems to have been aster damage in the ceiling and so the apartment has a justly smell, likely mold. There is a group right under the unit of older Americans who smoke and drink a ton and some nights played very loud music.

Nice room. Not prepared for new guests. Bad host.

Room was nice and had items needed for a stay. Beautiful view.

Floors were dirty, blood on bed sheet, TV volume wouldn't work and we asked about his at least 3 times. Host extremely slow to respond on numerous occasions. Advertised to have kayaks for use. Broken and not available. False advertising???

Aboslutely stunning!

This was such a wonderful place to visit for the short amount of time we were there - we wished we could have stayed longer!!! The property was beautiful and had a great pool and dock out to the ocean. We stayed on the 3rd floor which had a great balcony and comfortable chairs to lounge on to watch the sunrise, sunset and the full moon. The beds were extremely comfortable and we both had rejuvenating sleeps. This is a great place to come as a couple, friends or a group. Ana Lausen, Adrienne and the staff were wonderful to us - especially when we forgot our key at restaurant and they quickly got us another one so we didn’t have to go back. Ana also arranged a golf cart rental so we could get to the property, which saved us time and money. This was truly a magical trip for us and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

Great experience

Great view , great neighbours, great beach. Just great.

A lot of bugs on the balcony of all apartments. Not sure how that can be fixed, but i was cleaning daily and more were coming every day. The internet of our room was not working. We had to connect to another apartment's internet. I was considering booking for multiple months, but with that connection this is impossible.
