The house LAKEVIEW PARADISE leaves little to be desired, it is located in a fantastic location overlooking one of the three lakes, you can watch from the pool and the terrace of nature (Vogel ectr.). Also unique sunsets which one from the pool area and the covered patio,
can enjoy with a cool drink. Not to be overlooked also the large gas barbeque grill for succulent steaks, large table with 6 - 8 chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the beautiful pool and the pristine condition of the property. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations - from the well-stocked kitchen to the abundance of towels and linens. The proximity to beaches and shopping made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. We had fun biking around the neighborhood, taking in the stunning scenery and enjoying the fresh air. The foosball table provided fun for the whole family! Overall, our experience was nothing short of five stars, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

The location was perfect for us. Close to my sisters house. The pool was awesome! Heated which is a must for us. Had full sun all day. We love the easy access to everything! The house was very nice and plenty of space for a larger family. We booked our stay for 2024 already! We would stay for 2 weeks if there was an opening. Karl was great he responded very quickly when I had a few questions.

The house is very nice and in a great location . The property manager is very hands on and is great to work with. The only issue we had was a bad smell in the master bedroom closet. He was there looking for the source of the smell three times and in communication with the owner trying to eliminate the odor.
We plan to return for three weeks again next year .

The house was very clean and had well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was located in a gated community, so we felt safe. We can't comment on the pool because FL weather was cooler, but it looked very nice.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I rent homes instead of staying in hotels because I need to cook my own meals.
This kitchen was perfect - Lots of space, nice appliances, and had everything I needed to cook, serve and store food. The pool and back patio were a perfect size for us. The lounge chairs and outdoor table were comfortable and newer. Inside, the bedrooms were comfortable and clean with appealing furniture. The bathrooms were updated and clean with many towels. It was a beautiful home overall.
I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the area was - the houses were close together but I hardly heard anyone.
Thanks to the owner for accommodating the extra nights for us to stay - much appreciated!

We really loved the pool, pond view and outdoor dining table. We had access to all things we could need to make our stay comfortable, kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, and soft linens. The kids enjoyed the fusbol table, lots of puzzles, pool toys, and having bikes available was an added bonus!

Everything advertised correctly. Pool was nice and warm. Great area, close to restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to stay. House was really nicely layer out and neighborhood was very nice. Ron March 2023.

This home had it all. It was well decorated and looks loaded with amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, cookware and space anyone would need to prepare meals for extra friends. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bedding available. There were a lot of bath towels and beach towels in the home. There were several options for beach chairs, umbrellas and accessories. The lanai and pool area were just what we wanted. We used the outdoor area often. Best of all, the property manager and owner were outstanding to work with.

Lovely, well equipped, property in a fab location.
What a fabulous place, within a short drive to the beaches.
Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host (Karl) has been excellent. We cannot thank him enough for his services and communication.
The booking was easy to make via Vrbo. Karl's communication about how to find the house and how to gain entry was clear and timely.
The house is well equipped from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. As for the beach stuff...there's plenty eg. 4 x chairs, 2 x umbrellas, 1 x cool box etc.
The house is in a quiet estate with no noise or disturbance from anyone. Within a few minutes drive you have access to plenty of gas stations with mini marts and big shops like Target.
The layout of the house is great too. Three rooms with double beds and one with twin. No complaints there from any of the family.
A lovely pool and outside area...it's even better than the pictures! It also has a large bbq...however, there was next to no gas for us and my confidence in buying a replacement bottle and reinstalling it was not great so we skipped this treat.
Overall...we highly recommend this property.

Paradise
The lovely house is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The kitchen had every tool and amenity I needed to prepare meals and desserts.
One of our favorite activities was sipping coffee on the lanai in the morning before the pool pump came on. As the sun rose higher in the sky, the two patio umbrellas provided plenty of shade while lounging on the pool chairs. We also enjoyed our morning walks through the beautiful gated community.
Karl was very responsive to the few issues we had at the beginning of our stay.
I had a few things to get used to at the house, which were no fault of the property manager. One was already mentioned. The pool pump is close to the dining area on the lanai, so it’s volume was a bit loud. Full disclosure, I have never owned a pool, so perhaps that is normal. The other adjustment was privacy in the master bathroom. The bathing area and sinks are open to the bedroom. Only the toilet area is private.
The housekeepers were very thorough in cleaning all the hard surfaces like bathrooms, kitchen, tabletops, and inside the refrigerator. The towels were plentiful, but you should consider bringing wash cloths, as there were a total of four in the house.
I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate coming back. Thanks Karl!

Beautiful get away
Our family of 6 just returned from this beautiful home! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Nice gated community only a few miles from Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool every morning! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is a great location. Easy to get to from the airport and centrally located close to several stores. Short distance to Fort Myers beach. House was equipped with great amenities for the kitchen, beach and pool. It was very spacious home and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed staying there very much.

Excellent family home and great location
Lovely home situated in a quiet gated community and well suited to visit family at Shell Point as we were. The house has nice amenities, good layout for bedrooms and bath, and the pool is very nice. Handy to have extra pillows, sheets, blankets, and a well stocked kitchen allows you to cook anything you want. Plenty of seating and lounge options with beach and pool toys too.

Florida Vacay
The house was great, it was well equipped, it had everything you would use in your own home. Nice neighborhood. We had a few minor items pop up, which are things that happen in your own home as well, for example, all batteries for all remotes were nearly dead, smoke detector went off in middle of night for no reason, I assume low battery, pool was over 100 degrees when we first got there, heater was on, once it was corrected, it cooled down and was nice. TV in master wouldn't work (one requirement we have for renting places is a TV in master), property manager took the box, we thought, to repair or replace, never did get a functioning TV in master. These items are easily ignored, as the place really was great, however, when we left, we received a terse text accusing us of using the grill and leaving it in a mess and they were going to be charging us a cleaning fee. WE NEVER USED THE GRILL. I even received pictures, which really were disgusting, it was clear to me, that the grill had not been cleaned in MONTHS. I had to really argue this, then finally, property manager acquiesced, stated cleaning people "couldn't remember" looking at it before we checked in, even though property manager indicated he himself looks every time. Ultimately, I was not charged, which is good, but I felt a bit like there was an attempt to pull a fast one on us. I will not stay there again.

Great place with a nice pool. Would do it Again!
This house was very nice and meet all expectations! The pool was awesome and we used it almost daily. One negative was the pool was 100 degrees and the heater was still on when we got there. We had to call to get someone to turn it off as the switch was locked. The pool stayed hot the rest of the time, but was decent by the time we were leaving. The only other negative thing was the house next door was another rental house, and the guest whom came in towards the end of our stay was very loud and kept the noise up until 2:00am and woke us all up. We had to politely ask them to keep the noise down. Both of these things were beyond the control of the owner and I wouldn't let it stop me from going back. It was a very nice neighborhood and very centrally located to get anywhere quickly.

Great location for beach getaway
We loved the location and its proximity to several beaches. The house was perfect size for us to spread out, especially with the tropical storm weather that kept us indoors for a day and a half. Our college age travelers enjoyed the pool and foosball table. We also cooked some breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen which was well equipped for our needs. Having all of the beach equipment to use was such a great blessing. Thank you for helping us enjoy a carefree vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

A few Glitches, but a wonderful stay
We ran into a few issues with the house, refrigerator and heating and cooling system both died, but Karl responded very quickly and got them taken care of. The property Is spacious and well stocked and had a beautiful pool overlooking the pond. Quiet and relaxing.

The house had everything we need. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, beach chairs and a cooler. Very proximal to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. We would stay here again if we return to Fort Myers.

Great Family Getaway
This house was wonderfully located and equipped. We stayed here over Christmas with our adult children and their families. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils which made all of our meal preparations a breeze. We could walk to both Target and Publix from this location, and we were a short drive to the Gulf beaches like Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach. The weather was a little cool to use the pool during our stay, but we did have a few days when we could get out and enjoy it. We really enjoyed all the wildlife we could watch around the pond. They also provided bikes and everything we needed to go to the beach, i.e., towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The only suggestion would be to stock up more toilet paper as there wasn't enough for 8 people and we had to make a TP run on Christmas Eve. Also would have been nice to have some dish washing liquid provided. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Erholsamer Urlaub !
Schon beim Einfahren in die Anlage fühlten wir uns wohl. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Dann Ankunft am Haus , Türe auf und wir waren fasziniert. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt ist vorhanden. Auch an die Freizeitgestaltung falls es einmal regnet ist gedacht. Von Spielen für alle Altersklassen ist Alles vorhanden , einschließlich eines Tischkickers. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter verlief sehr positiv , Herr Swoboda ist sehr nett und freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.Wir fühlten uns im Haus , das wir zu Fünft bewohnten , von Anfang an heimisch. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Außenanlage ist perfekt zum Erholen.Supermärkte , Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden.Alles in Allem das perfekte Haus für einen Floridaurlaub , nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Another great stay at Beachwalk Isles
We have stayed within Beachwalk Isles many times and love the location as it is easy to get to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach or the i75.
We enjoyed staying at Karl’s house, it was easy to find and was nice and clean on arrival. There are plenty of bath and hand towels and there are also pool towels available although they are small so would recommend taking your own. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is everything you need in there including plenty of plates, bowls etc. It was also really handy having a Washing machine and dryer as we could get everything washed before returning home so that was great.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially spending time in the pool by the lake and going out and exploring. Would stay here again.

Clean, Quiet, & Comfortable with The Ideal Floor Plan
This very quiet, gated community just steps from Target & Publix was just what we wanted. We were close to all the activities we wanted to visit. The bedroom set-up where the young family had 3 BRs with bath and we had a large grandparents suite nearby couldn't have been better. Everyone loved being able to walk out the door to the pool which, because of the adjacent lake, is very private. We lived in the patio enclosure!
We were visited by many ibis, white pelicans, several types of gulls, terns, and ducks as well as cormorants and, on our final day, an anhinga spread his wings wide to dry. Our favorite visitors, however, were the very curious wood stork and juvenile jaeger that walked up to the pool enclosure to check us out.
The pool was immaculate (salt water too) with all the stuff available that the kids wanted. The bicycles were a hit and having Target just steps away made it easy to get them helmets.
Our only criticisms were minor: a back-up roll of toilet tissue and soap for the showers would have been helpful.
We had a wonderful vacation in Fort Myers and would stay here again with enthusiasm.

Great house in a quiet and convenient location!
This was my third trip to Fort Myers in the last couple years and this house was definitely the best stay we have had. The house was very clean, comfortable, and everything was as advertised. I appreciated that they had beach gear available to use, and the bikes were fun for rides around the neighborhood.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (sieben Personen) für zwei Wochen zu Gast in diesem Haus.
Wer den American Way of life mal richtig erleben möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Eine traumhafte Community, ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus und eine perfekte Lage machen diesen Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Sollte man mal irgendwelche Fragen haben, steht Karl immer zur Verfügung.
