Райське місце в яке хочеться повертатись знову

Неймовірно затишно, тихо, гарно. Це справжній рай на землі. Дуже смачна кухня хоч і високий цінник. Персонал чудовий, можна замовити трансфери, бракує слів описати цю красу. Всі побажання врахували та виконали.

Трішки зависокий цінник в ресторані (але смачно дуже ) Хотілось би чистіший пляж якщо це залежить від персоналу готелю. Все решта ідеально.

Красивый уединенный отель для семейного отдыха.

Зеленая чистая территория, еда вкусная, подача красивая, можно заказать в номер, океан великолепен. Номера просторные убирают чисто, персонал очень отзывчивый. Приготовили пойманную в океане рыбу бесплатно с красивой подачей, менеджер сделал комплимент бесплатный ужин на двоих. Отдых уединений никто никому не мешает, есть хороший массаж.

Внимательно читайте правила отеля, нельзя приносить еду со стороны.

Super pour se reposer avant le retour

Grande chambre, beau restaurant, très belle piscine dans un écrin de verdure, hôtel très calme

Un accès plage mais pas privé avec des pêcheurs devant l’hôtel pas très agréable pour les odeurs de poissons .., restaurant un peu cher

Schöne Anlage, aber durch Doppelzahlung mit sehr bitterem Beigeschmack

Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer und sehr schöne Anlage. Das Essen war auch sehr gut.

Leider wurden mir die Kosten für die Unterkunft doppelt belastet. Nach langem Kampf habe ich dann endlich (eine Woche nach meinem Aufenthalt) die Kosten zurück bekommen, mir wurden dabei aber noch Gebühren abgezogen. Leider kam der Manager auch weder mit einem Rabatt, noch mit einem Upgrade oder eine andere Art „Goodie“ entgegen. Leider war das ein sehr enttäuschendes Ende.

Quiet and quaint!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Sri Lanka and found this gem to spend towards the end of our trip. It's quiet and quaint. The resort is smaller than what I expected but it was stunning. Green, private beach and private pool if you want to detach from everything. The best part of the resort was the food. Chef Mahindo, who won multiple awards, and his team were amazing. We had a full board and our tummy were extremely full but our souls were happy. Chef M even hosted a sri lanka cooking class which he was very good at explaining and educating us about each of the spices. Can't wait to replicate it at home in London. The room and bathroom were huge. They were clean as I expected. The dining staff and housekeeping were great. They were polite and provided great service. Do note, there is limited activity within the resort when we were there so if you want to explore nearby, it's a 45 min drive but super easy to get uber or pick me. If you need a quiet getaway from the crowd, it's a perfect destination. Highly recommend!

The resort was on a pricier side so we thought it would have more activities available. We were glad they were able to offer us the cooking class after we requested it. Communication from the front desk could be better and improved on.

Just a fantastic luxurious resort with superb food and a good selection of wines. A good-sized swimming pool if you want to burn off those calories from the delicious food. Good access to the beach. Outstanding friendly staff.

Fabulous

We had a great stay at Ayana with our little daughter, everything was very clean and well maintained from the pool to the garden and rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the food from the restaurant is top tier; everything is very tasteful and fresh and there’s a lot to choose from. We can only recommend this place!

Beautiful, intimate resort about 2 hours from Colombo

The location was beautiful on a very quiet beach. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. All rooms are very close to the pool, restaurant and ocean. The onsite restaurant has a varied menu and all of the food is very high quality. The ocean is beautifully warm although very rough when we were there (April). The pool is relaxing and helps cool off on the hot days.

The quiet location is great but this means that there is not much nearby in terms of restaurants/shopping/sightseeing etc.

Disappointing

Personnel although not well trained but very kind, friendly and helpful. The food is really good. View Calmness

1) Cleanliness. 2) Management seems to be exerting high pressure on staff, with staff almost working around the clock. 3) The hotel provided misleading advice by suggesting that guests book for three people instead of two adults and two children. Despite following this recommendation and paying the agreed-upon amount, the hotel overcharged the guests and asked them to pay more. 4) The initial room provided was below the expected standards, with issues such as dirt, poor AC performance, and a damp bathroom. 5) The room was quite dark, with rusted bathroom items and bedsheets that were not soft and remained unchanged throughout the four-day stay. 6) We also found a dead spider under the bed 7) The hotel overcharged for water and black coffee, which was supposed to be included in the breakfast offer, and the black coffee was actually sold as espresso.

Great location. They should improve lighting in the room and cleanliness a bit.

Scenery was amazing, The location was unbelievable. Food was delicious

Room size is bit tiny. Not enough lighting so we had hard time seeing things at night. The dedicated pool was not clean. Not worth the amount you pay to stay in this particular room.

ayana beach. completely blissful and theraupatic

private and secluded yet open to the wonderful nature outdoors. the pool was amazing and so was the scenery and location. the staff were absolutely amazing, especially the Villa manager that went out of this way to get us some toddy to taste ❤️

there was nothing we didn’t like about the property it was just amazing!!!!

A beautiful destination.

Rooms have been well thought of, designed and placed well. The beach is clean and quiet, and the overall ambiance is peaceful and blissful.

There is an extensive menu to select from, however would like the quality in terms of taste to improve.

Best food so far! Lovely, spacious rooms and amazing Pool area. The Beach is stunning!

Always people by the Beach who try to sell you Things. Unfortunately the sunbeds by the pool are always reserved for a few guests who are Not lying by the Pool the whole day.
