About this house rental
Welcome to our holiday home. Here you can spend a relaxed and carefree holiday in every season. Three cozy bedrooms with double beds and two spacious bathrooms are spread over 107 m². For further wellness there is a sauna in one of the bathrooms. The open living and dining area, which has a fully equipped kitchen, has direct access to the terrace. Comfortable garden furniture for seven people and a beach chair offer the opportunity to eat together, spend time and enjoy fresh sea air. If the breeze blows too stiffly, you are quickly warmed up by the fireplace in the living area.
Bicycles brought along can be stored in the garden shed. A stable handcart is already available for children and bowlers. You can also choose from a selection of books and board games. Of course, a television is not missing either.
Usedom: The island in the northeast of the republic is known for its imperial baths. It is considered the sunniest island in Germany. Extensive sandy beaches determine the coastline.
Zinnowitz: The place is at the narrowest point of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. It is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forest. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Bernsteintherme with its 850 square meter sea water swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or backwater.

Das Haus in Zinnowitz hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend für 6 Personen. Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super. Für die schnelle Nachlieferung des Wäschepakets waren wir sehr dankbar.

Haus Strohkopp einfach top.
Gut ausgestattetes und stilsicher möbliertes Ferienhaus das ausgezeichnet für einen Familienurlaub taugt. Der Garten ist groß genug für Spiele von Kleinkindern. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sowie die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls mit angenehmer Bewegungsfreiheit ausgestattet .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Ein schönes Haus, dass perfekt ausgestattet. Die Farbauswahl der Sofas im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer kann man unterschiedlicher Meinung sein. Das ändert nichts am positiven Gesamteindruck. Es braucht ein verbessertes Konzept für die Aufbewahrung und Entsorgung des Altglases. Würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles in diesem Haus funktioniert sehr gut. Es sind fast keine Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Es ist an alles gedacht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Tolles Objekt
Wir waren beeindruckt von dem schönen Objekt. Es fehlte an nichts und auch für die 2 Kleinsten war alles vorhanden, was uns Stress gespart hat und demzufolge die Zufriedenheit groß war. Mit dem Rad brauch man 5 Minuten bis nach Zinnowitz rein. Und der Blick zum Achterwasser und die Ruhe ist toll.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Zinnowitz. Das Haus Strohkopp hat uns den Aufenthalt noch versüßt. Ein sehr sauberes Haus mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern und Sauna. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und richtig gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Alles was das Herz begehrt
Dieses Objekt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet - es ist wirklich alles (!) vorhanden. Sogar ein Schutzgitter an der Treppe... Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist etwas länger (sicher über 2km) - hat uns jetzt im Herbst aber nicht gestört. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Kraft tanken in einem gemütlichem Ferienhaus
Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem geräumigen Ferienhaus für 7 Personen und landeten im Strohkopp.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer - im Juli 2011 - eröffneten Ferienhaussiedlung, einen Steinwurf vom Achterwasser und einen ca. 20 minütigen Spaziergang (mit Kindern!) vom Ostseestrand entfernt.
Hier fanden wir alles - aber auch wirklich ALLES - was man für eine erholsame Urlaubswoche benötigt. Für uns wichtig, war unter anderem die optimale Unterbringung eines Kleinkindes. Hier wurde an nix gespart. Ein richtiges Kinderbett (kein Reisebett wie sonst so üblich) dazu ein Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr und Babybadewanne. Die Treppe war im Obergeschoß mit einem soliden Treppenschutzgitter gesichert. Selbst die vorhandenen Spielsachen (Gesellschaftsspiele, Motorikschleife...) und Bücher boten für jedes Alter und Geschmack das Richtige. Besonders in der Herbstzeit schön....die Fussbodenheizung, wenn die Kids im Haus spielen.
An der Inneneinrichtung bzw. den vorhandenen Geräten bzw. Geschirr/Besteck gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Schön fanden wir auch das eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln und Reinigungsmitteln (Gewürze, Kaffee, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Nudeln, Geschirrspültabs....) vorhanden war. In der Hoffnung das nachfolgende Gäste weiterhin so "auffüllen", wenn etwas aufgebraucht ist.

Dieses Haus liegt ruhig am Achterwasser, etwas außerhalb von Zinnowitz.
Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet, läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
