Beautiful place (outside the hotel) but the hotel needs a lot of improvements.

Location.

Not clean, hotel has some rules different from traditional but customers are not informed (only after complaint). Argument is environmental protection but reality is pure cost saving. Example: room is not clean on the day after arrival, several basic things are missing on the kitchen . WC was very dirty on the arrival day (I will not describe it but nothing similar had happened to me before). Breakfast: products are there for several hours and become warm (the ones that should be cold ) It is frequent so see dirty plates on the piles We can hear the noise from the water on the wc from room upstairs like if it was in our own room. Bad soundproofing in general

- It is almost impossible to find a parking after 8pm around the hotel and the hotel parking is very expensive - There was no slippers and bathrobe in the room - expensive for the value

Great place to stay in Menorca

Quite and biutiful area, spacious apartament and great facilites like the pool with ocean views. The building it’s a bit old but very clean and great value for the money.

Superb

The location was ideal, very close to Ciutadella and all the best beaches on the island. The hotel itself was very clean, a little bit outdated but everything was in perfect working condition. The hotel staff was always very friendly.

The pool closes at 6 pm, which we thought was a little bit early. The hotel could also use more night entertainment.

Amazing hotel with great rooms and very close to a great beach

Amazing hotel in a great location, very close to the beach (which was crowded). Breakfast was great with great options. You can pay to get sunbeds on the beach, but the hotel provides you with umbrellas so you do not need to pay for sunbeds. The room was clean and very spacious.

The bed was not very comfortable. And our room was in the ground floor next to the pool, which was not very good and people very close to our room :)

Excellent stay in Menorca

This is the second year we have spent our holidays in this hotel and the 19th time in Menorca. The facility is a little old but the service, location, breakfast and cleaning are EXCELLENT!!!. We will come back for sure!!!

It is a little old fashion and we can not dinner at the hotel.

Overall, a pleasant 4 night stay. Couldn’t help but think that the building itself is in need of some refreshment.

Lots of seats at the pool.

Great location!

The location was incredible. Right by the beach and very close to the marina which has a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly. The room was really big which was great.

The bathroom definitely needs work. The ceiling and walls had mould. Also the bathtub had some marks which didn't make it look very clean. Also some of the lights didn't work properly.

Fab u lous.

Lovely sea view room. Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Esti and Francesca. Have stayed in a lot of hotels in Calan Bosch. This one is now my favourite.

Location amazing right beside the beach. 2 amazing pools on site, clean and lovely temperature and the grass areas were lovely to relax in. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice served in a really beautiful setting looking out to sea

The rooms are a bit tired but all in all for the location, pool, views and price it was a great place to stay and we'd definitely go back

Just okay hotel, won't come back.

Breakfast was good (lot of options) and the staff there was nice, always saying hello/good morning etc. Location was good, near beach, restaurants etc, view was beautiful. Pool area was nice.

Reception staff was not friendly, did not say hi 80% of time when we walked through reception. First day we arrived, because of the rain the elevators did not work and receptionist said that our room might float and we can get towels for that and the assumed us to clean it ourselves. It was wierd that they did not check the room before we came and did not come with us to check it. Also we needed to carry our luggages to 3rd floor by ourself, did not get any help from the staff. It wasn't nice welcome... Also everytime when it rained the elevators did not work!! And because of the rain maybe and when water can come into rooms, it smelled little bit and it might do some damage to rooms.

The place you wish you'd booked.

The location is amazing, easy to walk to the harbour, a moment from the beach, or along the coast, and with wonderful views. Looking out of the picture windows at breakfast was a highlight. Staff keen to help, rooms clean and comfy. Excellent.

Value for money!

Location is fabulous! Only a 5 minute walk to most restaurants and shops. The hotel also has direct access to the beach. The 2 pools were also great. Air conditioning in the room was excellent.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the WIFI wasn't great, patchy at times.

Very good location

Rooms were very outdated especially the bathroom, the front door did not close unless fully locked and only 1 iron for the whole hotel!

Very good location of the hotel,the restaurant-perfect breakfast, dinner was also good, fresh griled fish or meat every night.

The noise from the other hotel , noisy music up to 23.30 every night. There was no TV in the living room, they brought it when I asked about, but was not working, and they did not get it work for 14 nights we stayed there.

really beautiful , right on beach, nice pools, nice staff, rooms good value for money, really close to port with lots of restaurants/ drinks- would recommend

sometimes had to get taxi / bus to places but really easy to do this , bus stop right outside hotel and €2.05 for a ride

We had an excellent time.

Fantastic location. Superb beach next to the hotel and a Marina with bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. Staff very helpful and friendly.
