About this villa rental
Villa Eden is located three kilometer away from the beaches of Nai Thon and Nai Yang and has 300 m2 of living area. Because of the slope, the villa offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. You can reach both the beaches in just five minutes by scooter or car. You can rent a car directly from us or use our inexpensive shuttle service. In both the places you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and markets. The beach area is one of the best and quietest on the island. The villa has a large living area which goes directly in to the spacious covered patio. The tropical garden with sala and the built-in pool are an oasis of calm. Our maid takes care of you and the villa every day from 9.00 - 12.00 und 13.00 - 17.00. Upon request she cooks for you free of charge. You are only charged for the ingredients which are bought at the local market and a small fee for driving to the market. Our house is perfect for a family holiday. Children are welcome. If you want to enjoy your regular coffee, you should bring your favourite along. We provide an espresso machine and a french press. Outside there is a large swimming pool, a pool shower, outdoor toilet and a utility room available with a European washing machine. Our pool is filled with fresh water, but is slightly salty as the fully automatic pool system is operated by salt - bio sanitisation method. The pool water is therefore extremely compatible to your skin and a special swimming experience is guaranteed for you and your children. Our Villa Eden also has a small home pharmacy, which is sufficiently equipped for first aid (An automatic defibrillator type Powerheart AED G3 is assembled at our home and can be used within seconds, your local contact (at least English) is also available at all times). Massage service in your villa: We are pleased to offer a private massage service. (Traditional Thai massage, oil massage, professional medical massage, etc.) Internet: The price includes, of course, free internet (Free WiFi). Private trips for our guests: On request, we can provide you with a list of our most recommended trips. Pickup: The pick-up from and drop-off at the airport are included in the price as long as you stay five nights or more. Car and scooter rental: We also rent out several cars from 4/5 till 7 seats and also scooters. Cars include a fully comprehensive insurance and a navigation system with preconfigured favourites. occupancy: The price listed on Homeaway is for up to eight persons* (four bedrooms). One additional person (incl. extra bed) per room is possible and costs 25 Euros per person/per day. Please let us know at least 4 weeks in advance when you need additional beds. *not counting babies maximal 4 years old and sleeping in baby bed or sleeping with parents

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the moment we arrived we felt special and nothing was too much trouble . The villa was spacious, bright, extremely well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our family . The pool was a good size and clean and the outside living space, with wonderful views, was a joy. Noi and Boat were amazing hosts and kind beyond measure . There was nothing that couldn’t be arranged. The peaceful surroundings was just what we wanted, but had we wanted nightlife and shops this would not have been suitable at all. I would recommend this villa without hesitation.

We were sure what to expect from our first experience of Thailand.
This property is fantastic and we could not have asked for more attentive hosts.
Boat and Noi could not have done more for us and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this villa and complex is where you want to be - It is beautiful.
Boat laid on all the taxis we needed and arranged our excursions without fuss and offered fantastic advice.
Noi cooked some fabulous meals the flavours of which I haven't experienced before.
We will return - Soon.

Villa Eden was perfect for our family getaway.
The property is exeptionally clean, bedrooms spacious ( each with own bathroom), kitchen very well appointed with everything you need plus more. The living area is open and roomy and opens up to a fabulous outdoor area with a large saltwater pool. This property was perfect for our family of 7 (adults and teens). Plenty of room for everybody to relax. Location is quiet and beautiful, and away from the bustle, however you can easily imerse yourself in the bustle by calling a 'Bolt' ( like an Uber).
What made our stay even better from start to finish were the responsive admin staff , and the wonderful Mr Boat and Noi. Noi cooked wonderful meals for us which rivalled the local restaurants, and kept us well looked after. Mr Boat gave helpful activity suggestions and local knowledge and was always available to assist us if needed. These are wonderful people, we miss their lovely smiles! We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Eden as a four person group to play golf and enjoy Nai Yang Beach. This is the perfect place to do it. Nai Yang sunset dinners, excellent staff and the golf courses at Blue Canyon and red Mountain made this a great week. Thank you Phuket and Bismarck’s.

We had a great stay at Bismarck's Paradise Estate. The villas are lovely but the service from Nu and Noi is amazing. They are both very attentive and no request is too much for them.
Highly recommend Bismarck's for a family holiday.

Everything about it is amazing. A private cook and cleaner, massage on demand, a butler who responds to every need you have with a smile, most friendly people and a glorious house for family or friends gathering. The beaches are about 10 minutes by car but some of the most idyllic beaches we visited during our time in Phuket. Highly recommend!

Would absolutely recommend staying here. Lovely property, ac in all bedrooms and outdoor area was incredible. Maid made breakfast every morning and offered to make lunch and evening meal. Nu could not have done more, from meeting us at the airport to taking us to a shop at near midnight. Only slight negative is that the property is not really walking distance from anywhere, but nu either arranged a taxi or even drove us himself to save money which meant we didn't miss out on anything. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely villa, spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The service was spot on and we very much enjoyed Noi's cooking. The Smart TV was a lovely surprise and kept us amused in the evening. Our only complaint is that the settee and chairs in the lounge area were really hard to sit on - perhaps it's time for an upgrade?! We all had a lovely , quiet, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.

Our villa housekeeper, Noi, was absolutely wonderful, cooked the most amazing dinners when we asked for them and bought the freshest most delicious fruit for breakfasts. She did lots of washing and ironing if we needed it and was helpful with information and advice.
We were eight adults and a baby (me and my husband, with his grown up children/partners and grandchild). The villa was spacious, as were the garden and pool area, and it was always easy to find a quiet or shaded/cooler spot if wanted.
Two couples hired scooters to explore more and we took taxis to and from the beach (usually Nai Yang as more restaurants and sun beds were available) or to Phuket night market where we had good food. The street food at Nai Thon beach was really good though.
We always felt very safe in the villa and had no problems at the beach day or night, the area seems very welcoming and safe all around.
I’d definitely return to the villa and would recommend it for a family or large friends group.

Danke für 2 wunderbare Wochen
Wir ( 8 Personen ) durften 2 traumhafte Wochen in der Villa Eden verbringen ! Die Villa ist top gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sehr groß ! Wer etwas weicher schlafen möchte kann sich Topper geben lassen . Toll sind auch die Bäder mit großen begehbaren Duschen ! Unsere Hausperle Noi hat uns mit ihren Kochkünsten verwöhnt und Mr Em ( od M ) war stehts für Fragen erreichbar und das immer mit sehr viel unaufgesetzter Freundlichkeit !!! Wir können die Villa jedem empfehlen der ein sauberes , ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil sucht !
Als Strand haben wir den Nai Yang ( gegenüber Nai Thon ) bevorzugt da Liegen und Schirme vorhanden sind und auch ein paar mehr Geschäftchen !
Einzig die Hartholzstühle am Esstisch waren nicht geeignet um abends gemeinsam Spiele zu spielen. Nach einer kurzen Weile tat uns allen der Po weh !

We were picked up from the airport and the drive was about 10 minutes until we arrived at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. We had pre ordered food and it was waiting and it was perfect. Noi is the perfect cook I wish we could have brought her home. The villa is spotless and there is everything you need there.
We stayed for 6 nights and I think Noi cooked for us about 3/4 times. She came in everyday and chopped up fresh fruit for breakfast, pineapple, melon and anything else that we had purchased. She did all our washing I think we were well and truly spoilt.
It was extremely hot whilst we were there and the pool was perfect and from what I can remember it was cleaned most days. I would say for us as a group of 7 we would have liked 2 extra chairs but that is just personal choice there was a 4 poster day bed but none of us really wanted to us it.
We did have a massage whilst there which was really good.
We did hired the 7 seater van which came in handy to go to the beach and also shopping. The van did not come with sat nav and we did get lost a couple of times but it was during the day we soon got used to the area. We used the WiFi in the villa before we left to see roughly where we had to go.
We used Tesco which is not too far away, if you like teabags Tesco do sell them but were out of stock so maybe take some of your own just in case. I did use the loose tea which is not too bad and the coffee was good. If you turn right as you go out of the villas main gate you can walk to the 7/11 (they are everywhere) it will take about 20 minutes and its a nice walk and the locals are very friendly.
I wish I lived closer to enjoy it again we had a fab time.

Beautiful, relaxing and pampered
We had 2 families in this beautiful villa to spend our last piece of our vacation relaxing. The villa was private, clean, luxurious and the staff wonderful to work with. Nothing like having home cooked Thai food waiting for us when coming home from a fun day of exploring and having them available to ask questions or help with reservations as needed. This area of the island is quieter with amazing beaches that we preferred to the ones in the south although able to visit them as well. Tours will pick you up directly from villa too which is convenient although we also had them rent a car for us which was waiting when we arrived. Will definitely return here if come back!

Unbelievable!! Perfect stay for a family in Phuket.
We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was perfect, and Noi cooked and cleaned for us everyday and was absolutely amazing. N was our hero helping us navigate where to go and was super helpful. Safe area, clean, luxurious - would recommend to anyone. Perfect !!

Der perfekte Urlaub
Besser geht nicht. Die Bewertungen sagen ja schon alles: Villa Eden im Paradies für drei Wochen.
Unsere große Familie ( 8 Personen in der Villa Eden, 5 Personen in der Villa Orchid ) hat sich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die phantastische Betreuung von Em und Noi und dem ganzen Team. Sie waren zu jeder Zeit für uns da und haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir vermissen Nois Kochkünste und ihre liebenswerte Art jetzt schon.
Gemietet hatten wir den Toyota Innova, mit dem wir einige Touren gemacht haben, z.B. Nightmarket Phuket Town, Big Buddha, Aquarium, verschiedene Strände und Tempel, Siam Nature Elefantentrekking, Floating Restaurants, Ton Sai und Bang Pae Wasserfall (mit Gibbon rehabilitation project) und einiges mehr.
Unseren Tagesausflug in den Ao Phang-Nga Nationalpark hat Em wunderbar für unsere ganze Familie organisiert und betreut. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten diesen einmaligen Tag einfach nur genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Auch unser Grillabend wurde liebevoll vorbereitet und auch Sonderwünsche extra organisiert.
Das Haus ist traumhaft aber das Team macht die Anlage einmalig.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Em und Noi und dem ganzen Team für unseren Traumurlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Clean & comfy private villa with great service
We were there for 5D4N staying at Villa Eden (4 rooms). The moment we reached, we fell in love with the villa as it is spacious and most importantly clean. The pool itself is very well maintained and it comes with jacuzzi and beany floats. The service provided by the manager there (known as Nu) was excellant. He was kind, respectful and very helpful...he was all we could ask for. And there was a cleaner (known as Noi) for us during the day, so we did not have to do any laundry or dishes by ourselves...this is a real vacation! The location is far from Patong (45mins drive) and it is a little dark to drive back at night. But once you got used to it, you have nothing to worry about. One thing that could be improved is the living room, at times it will get a little hot in there as there are only 2 standing fans. But all in all, great villa and we will definately go back there again! I even started recommending this to my family and friends.

Amazing Stay in Villa Eden
We are group of 10 from Hong Kong and had a wonderful time staying in the villa. The villa is nearly new with modern style, swimming pool is big enough. All rooms are clean and equipped. Service was absolutely the best, special thanks to Nu The Manager, he is very helpful and much with smile to us, and Nai the Helper, her cooking is very delicious, way better than we had in any restaurant, we also had a great BBQ night too and the chefs team was prepared so well, we had a great and fun night!! We will miss you guys and definitely recommend this villa to everyone~~
