On each floor 1 kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, enough cooking utensils, as well as SAT / TV and sofa. Small but nice SAUNA is located in the house and can be used with pleasure! Ski boot dryer in the house. Washer and dryer available. INTERNET W-LAN free of charge! The apartments can also be rented individually!

Storeroom. Direct access to the garden!

Apartment with BALCONY and GLACIER VIEW (approx. 100 sqm): 3 large separate bedrooms, 1 newly furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, coffee machine, oven, electr. Kettle, toaster, microwave, enough cooking utensils, board game set, sitting area, satellite TV, 2 shower / toilet and small anteroom with wardrobe.

Apartment with GARDEN: 2 separate bedrooms, large cozy newly furnished kitchen with sitting area (sleeping function), satellite TV,
 Dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer combo, coffee machine, microwave, electr. Kettle, toaster, enough cooking utensils and dishes. 1 shower / toilet and small anteroom with wardrobe. Separate entrance and direct access to the garden.

Free ski bus direct from the house to the Stubai Glacier twice in the morning and back twice in the afternoon. A 5-minute walk from the house takes the ski bus to the ski areas every 20 minutes!

The Stubai Super Card is valid from: from approx. End of May until approx. Mid October (exact date will be determined by the tourism association!)
During the winter season (Christmas to Easter) our house is only rented on a weekly basis! The house can be rented for a total of 12/13 people, otherwise the apartments can also be rented individually. Please send us an inquiry - I would be happy to make you an individual offer!
