About this apartment rental
Urban and close to the beach: Villa Frisia is located on a hill in the middle of the “City” of Bansin. The promenade and beach are only 100 m away. You get your bread in record time: a baker is right under the house, at the foot of the hill. Apartment 18 is on the ground floor in a southeasterly direction. Due to the difference in height and the distance to the pedestrian zone, it is still quiet and not visible on the street side. So you don't have to be afraid that passers-by will count the rolls on your breakfast table.
The size is what matters
The 18 sqm terrace leads to the separate entrance of the apartment - no climbing stairs, instead plenty of space for dogs and children. With dark click tiles and rattan furniture, the outdoor area is kept in a lounge style. The seating group is designed for up to 6 people. There are also two loungers available. Restrained furnished, the bright apartment shows its full size: Almost 80 square meters ensure comfort and quality of life even on cloudy days.
Modern, open kitchen
The focus is on the living area with its modern, open kitchen. Those who like to cook will find the right tools with a microwave, blender, juicer or chopper. With coffee you can choose between traditional filter and modern capsule machines. A refrigerator, dishwasher and a modern ceramic hob complete the equipment. The dining table is designed for up to six people. You can conveniently store your purchases in the pharmacy cupboards - even if it gets a little more.
Two new bathrooms
If there are more than two people, there can be a traffic jam in front of the bathroom. Our apartment is therefore equipped with two bathrooms - one large and one small. Both were completely renovated in 2018 and discreetly redesigned. They are equipped with hairdryers, illuminated cosmetic mirrors and showers. The contents of every cosmetic bag, no matter how big, can be arranged in the large washbasins.
Good entertainment - the living room
Make yourself comfortable in the living area on the seating area during a television evening. With HD cable TV, the large 55-inch Smart TV almost feels like cinema. Do you prefer to watch your own films? No problem with a suitable app for Samsung Smart TVs you can play your media directly from your tablet or smartphone. Alternatively, a USB stick also works. Do you prefer listening to music or an audio book? This is also not a problem: simply connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or WLAN to the existing multiroom speaker.
Good night - the two bedrooms
Both bedrooms are equipped with cozy box spring beds. The width is 160 or 140 cm. Both beds have a comfortable sleeping height, which makes it easier for older people to get up. If you want to watch some television before going to sleep: Go ahead. There are 40 inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms. In addition, each bedroom has its own, brightly tiled bathroom with contemporary furnishings and shower cubicles. There are two sinks in the larger bedroom and one in the smaller one. To do this, keep your clothes in a walk-in closet in the smaller bedroom. There is a real wooden wardrobe in the large bedroom.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und allem was man braucht. Dazu noch sauber und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter reagiert auf Anfragen zudem sehr schnell.
Kurzgesagt: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Wohnung
Sehr gute Wohnung, bei uns war sie sehr Sauber bei der Ankunft( das hatt man nicht überall),die Wohnung ist sehr Praktisch Eingerichtet.mit den Parken in der Tiefgarage ist es nicht so gut,es ist sehr eng aber es geht auch vw busse fahren hoch und runder.dess weiteren ist eine sehr gute kommunikation mit den Vermieter.Die Wohnung möchten wir weiterempfehlen.

Top-Lage - mittendrin und doch ruhig
Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet - vor allem auch die Küche! Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt.
Hinweis:
Mit großem Auto (Transporter lang und breit) besser nicht die Tiefgarage nutzen, weil die Einfahrtkurve oben sehr eng... besser im Fischerweg kostenpflichtig parken (steht im Buchenwald im Schatten, Tagesticket 7,50 Euro).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage und ist super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man für die Familie zum Urlaub machen braucht. Es war sehr sauber und technisch ist die FeWo ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Auch die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können sie nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine runde Sache
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der untersten Etage der Villa Frisia, mit separatem Zugang. Technisch ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet, 3xFlat-TV, 3x Echo mit Alexa, alle erdenklichen Küchengeräte, leider ist die Waschmaschine nur einmal im Gemeinschaftsraum vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung in Bansin kann man nur optimal nennen, Bäcker direkt vor der Tür (Brötchen-Duft ab 6:30), bis zur Ostsee sind es max.2 Minuten, bis zur Seebrüche sind es 5 min., Restaurant in ausreichender Anzahl fußläufig erreichbar, zum Einkaufen sind es ein paar Meter mehr, geht aber auch zu Fuß. Nur die Internetgeschwindigkeit muss noch schneller werden, ansonsten eine komplett runde Sache incl. der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Einfach nur schön
Wir waren für eine Woche mit unseren Enkelkindern in dieser tollen Wohnung in Bansin.
Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung (Fußgängerzone) war sehr detailliert und deshalb haben wir die Wohnung als auch die Tiefgarage sofort gefunden.
Die Villa, in der dich die Wohnung befindet ist optimal gelegen. Unweit vom Strand und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toll ist, dass der Bäcker genau vor der Tür ist.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. In den Boxspringbetten haben wir wie die Könige geschlafen. Unsere Enkel fanden es natürlich extrem genial, dass sie vom Bett aus fernsehen konnten. Auch die beiden Bäder und die Küche sind sehr modern eingerichtet.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Domizil. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Top Ferienwohnung
Wir waren 2 Mamas mit 2 Kindern und es war alles vorhanden was man dafür benötigt. Eine super Ausstattung der Küche und alles super sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war total schön und der Bäcker direkt vorm Haus. Danke! Wir kommen wieder.

Top Appartement modern sauber gemuetlich einfach super
Wir waren sehr ueberascht wie modern, sauber geschmackvoll die Ferienwohnung eingerichtet ist. Es fehlte echt an nichts, an alles wurde gedacht und auch alles farblich abgestimmt einfach super. Die Lage auch ist sehr gut. Hier kann man gemuetlich Urlaub machen und entspannen. Wir waren ueber Weihnachten hier, auch da gab es genug zu tun.
Der WC-Deckel muss befestigt werden. Der war bereits lose als wir ankamen. In der Dusche ist es sehr glatt,
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Aufteilung der Räume ist super. Man kann sich auch mal gut zurückziehen.
Alles in allem eine sehr praktische,funktionale jedoch auch sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz..

Parken ist sehr mühsam. Man findet die Garage nicht, hat man sie endlich gefunden ist die Einfahrt sehr sehr eng.

Sie Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Meer kann man nach 3 Minuten sehen. Sehr nah am Strand und Wasser. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war schnell, hilfreich und nett. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nicht nur funktionell, sondern auch modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind wunderbar groß, die Betten sehr bequem und an jedes Schlafzimmer grenzt ein schönes Duschbad. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank also für den schönen Aufenthalt in Bansin mitten im Herzen des Kaiserbades! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ein schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Trotz der zentralen Lage ausgesprochen ruhig. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ausreichende Ausstattung. Angenehm ist auch der eigene Eingang mit schöner Terrasse davor. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

1A Kundenfreundlichkeit
Leider musste die FeWo seitens des Anbieters kurzfristig storniert werden. Dies war natürlich sehr schade aber aufgrund der entsprechenden Umstände verständlich & unumgänglich. Der Anbieter hatte sich um eine Alternativvariante bemüht und sich aktiv bzgl. Rückerstattung der Reisekosten eingesetzt. Die FeWo kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Lorenz war Spitze. Vielen Dank nochmals

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird! Vor allem im Küchenbereich. Top Lage! Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter... es war einfach alles Super 👍

Sehr guter und angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Verantwortlichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe, angenehm waren die 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und die 3 TV, in jedem raum einer. Die Lage des Objektes im Ort, Zentral in zweiter Reihe und Strandnah fanden wir optimal. Das per Anreise nicht ganz so einfach zu findende Parkhaus und Objekt sowie die Zuwegung zum Haus wurden vom Vermieter zuvor vorbildlich in einer Email beschrieben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit gehobener technischer Ausstattung
Wir waren mit 3 Personen und einem Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den bequemen Betten und der hochwertigen technischen Ausstattung (3 grosse Flachbildferseher, WLAN, Bluetoothlautsprecher, alle Küchengeräte die man so braucht). Der Standort ist ideal um alle 3 Kaiserbäder zu erkunden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein alle fußläufig erreichbar. Zum weitläufigen Sandstrand sind es ca. 100 m. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiteremfehlen.

An die Einfahrt zur Garage muss man sich ein wenig gewöhnen. Ein bisschen tricky. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen.
