In the lower floor of the house, you already face an imposing facade, with a nice garden, as well as a covered garage for 02 vehicles, and 02 more open spaces. Upon entering the house, you will come across a very pleasant living environment, with double height, equipped with a large wood burning fireplace, with TV, internet, wifi, environment consisting of comfortable sofas and armchairs, thus allowing a very long time. pleasant with family and friends, still integrating with the living, we find a wonderful, large kitchen, fully equipped, with electric oven, microwave, wine cellar, following the kitchen, interacting with the leisure area, we find a gourmet space that I can say it is the best part of the house, the much acclaimed gourmet space, equipped with cabinets, a bench of almost 5 meters, with 8 stools, charcoal barbecue, oven and wood stove, with glass closing system, allowing, leave the fully open environment facing the pool, or if so closed, interacting with the interior of the house. Adjoining the gourmet space, there is an adjoining bathroom serving both gourmet and recreational areas. Outside there is a waterfall pool, spa, shower, with lots of green surrounding it and a super nice view. Still in the lower part between the living room and garage, there is a bedroom equipped with double bed, next to a bathroom and toilet (ideal environment for elderly people who have difficulties with stairs and with direct access by the garage).
At the top, we have suite 03, equipped with double bed, balcony overlooking pool, closet, bathroom, hot and cold air conditioning. Suite 01 with more than 30 square meters of private area, with a very large terrace overlooking the green area and pool, bathroom, hot and cold air conditioning (the closet in this room is restricted to the safekeeping of our belongings). Suite 02, with balcony overlooking the mountains, bathroom, closet, hot and cold air conditioning.(The closet in this room is restricted to the safekeeping of our belongings).
The house is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery, cutlery. We can provide bed and bath linen and other services to match.
The condominium has 24-hour concierge, orchard, green area, gazebo overlooking Campeche Island, lake, kiosks with barbecue, soccer field, tennis court and multisport.
Note: We inform our guests that a kitten appeared in our house, it was staying and now we have no way to remove it. Super tame, quiet. Should there be any inconvenience please contact us to see how we could solve it.
