Great location, clean and quiet.

Location was perfect.

The bed. Time for a new one! No lift, although a fellow from the adjoining coffee shop assisted, the room on the 7th floor would have been difficult to scale alone. My travelling companion is 4’7”.

Value for money

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της Βαλέτας έτσι δε χρειαζόταν να χάσουμε καθόλου χρόνο στο πως θα μετακινηθούμε για μια απλή βόλτα . Η διακοσμηση ήταν ιδιαίτερη κ σε πήγαινε σε μια παλιά εποχή και τέλος ήταν πεντακάθαρο από τον είσοδο κ τις σκάλες μέχρι και το δωμάτιο .

Θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερο το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο .. τα ένιωσα κάπως στενα.

Great place, we’ll return definitely.

The property is great, as are the staff. Located in the centre of Valetta, close to everything.

There is no lift, so the 60 steps to our room were interesting, but no complaint.

Malta in primavera

Posizione centrale ma tranquilla dalla quale si vista comodamente a piedi La Valletta. Per la colazione/cene si trovano molti locali a 10min. Molto comodo, per spostarsi, l'utilizzo dell'App Bolt.

Espectacular

La situació, és molt cèntrica. Llits còmodes. Canvien cada dia les tovalloles utilitzades. Cada dia reomplen els pots de sabó i xampú. Tota la decoració és molt maca i l'entrada espectacular! El divendres i dissabte nit fan música en directe i l'ambient al carrer (on posen les taules per sopar) és molt maco.

Per dir alguna cosa, el bar de l'allotjament l'obren massa tard (cap a les 9,30h). No hi ha cap rètol que indiqui l'horari. Si vols aprofitar el dia per fer excursions et veus obligat a anar a d'altres restaurants per esmorzar. És una pena, perquè crec que deuen fer molt bon menjar.

The staff and the owners really nice and there to help you in every question you have

The brasserrie at the lobby was closed on Sunday and Monday but there are many restaurants and cafes around Also there was no curtains in one of the two windows in the room so the light in the morning was a bit disturbing

Not good value for money

The location is perfect, and the place is undoubtly very nicely decorated.

First, I did not paid attention to the room description when I booked it, it was specified that the bathroom was outside the room, but only at the end of the room description section of the Booking app. I think the owner should state that clear in the room title, instead of just writing it, small, in a room description that very few people would even get to read. Besides that, the room was at the 4th floor of a very steep staircase - with God knows how many stairs - which was a real pain to climb with luggage. The second day we realized that the shower only gets a very small water heater so if you are in 2 people, even if the first one really rushes into a very quick shower, the second person will get cold water, not pleasant in January! Also, the cleanness could be better, there was always dust in the toilet, since day 1. To be fair, maybe my sister and I were also a bit unlucky with the room we got, but nevertheless, this place is overrated and not worth the relatively high price.

Wonderful stay at Casa Asti. Superb location, staff and food.

Great location in Valetta. The room had everything we needed and the history of the house and all the historical displays made it very interesting. Helpful and kind staff who are genuine and care about your stay.

Nothing not to like really. If you're tall, mind your head on the stairs! It would be unreasonable to expect a lift in a 300 year old stone house!

Very clean, Beautiful accommodation

Rude staff, they need to learn English language on a better level when supporting UK/international customers. Google maps wasn't able to locate me to the address, it took me over an hour to convince one of the staff to come and meet me so they could show me to the accommodation l. Due to language barrier this made things stressful and set me back time wise. Elderly lady at guest house had insulted my taxi driver when he tried to assist me with finding location, didn't set a good impression to me as a first time traveller. Very unprofessional. When there was issue with self check in, no one was at reception desk. I was told "it was my problem' by elderly lady at guest house. When I'm paying you nearly 100 euro for the night it is your problem and your responsibility to help guests not imply they are a problem. Accommodation is something out of a luxury magazine, but customer service is below standard due to unhelpful staff. Won't be staying again

Very good

There was live music in the bar downstairs, it was nice at first, but then it went on until midnight, it was very loud and with a very early check out/ flight it was uncomfortable. Had we known this would happen we would probably not book.

the description of the room was not clear. the external bathroom was not in front of the room, but at the end of a long corridor crossing other rooms and the main stairs. the doors were noisy and creaky, very annoying at night when going to the bathroom. the stairs are very slippery.

Nice location, bathroom and bed are fine. We only stayed a night to catch an early flight. The kind old lady lent me her wallsocket adapter to charge my phone.

The distance between the steps of the stairs in the guesthouse are unequal, be careful.

Superb

Very, very charming place to stay. Superb location, very clean. Everybody very nice and helpful.

The only thing we missed was elevator - you have to carry your luggage to the top (4th) floor, but is was small incovinence for such nice place

Fantastic!

The hotel was cosy and quaint. The room felt a bit small but that was part of the charm! Great location too!

The towels had a couple of stains on them and the bathroom was a bit cramped at times.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Lovely rooms and very clean.

Some very squeaky doors but nothing that some WD40 can't sort. Not a criticism as was aware of there being steps but just be aware that there are ALOT of steps if you're in top rooms.

Guest House Gen

Christina and Annie were fabulous. So friendly, helpful, kind and warm. The room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. All the staff were delightful. A great location. Excellent food prepared by Christina in the morning. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Xox
