Enjoying panoramic views over the ever-changing Minnamurra River, Rangoon Island and Ocean inlet, a stay at Aroona at Minnamurra will refresh the senses and calm the soul.This beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment has direct river access via the private boat ramp and promenade, secure garage parking, BBQ facilities and a fully equipped kitchen.
Mystic (not patrolled) and Jones (patrolled) beaches are very close by - you can either walk or drive. You are just around the corner from the fabulous Minnamurra Cafes.
For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers.
We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Everything we hoped for and more, accommodation top quality, sublime location overlooking the Minamurra River, close to Kiama and Jamberoo with new dining and walking experiences. From two high stress city folk, just want to say a big thanks for the tonic we both needed, we will definitely come again.

Great Getaway
My family of 3 lived staying at Aroona. Minamurra is an amazing spot and the view from the balcony here was delightful for watching sunrise and sunset. The apartment is kitted out really well with DVDs , games and books and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We will be back.

Beautiful Location
Don't be fooled by this property. Take photos of any dirty marks on the carpet otherwise you may be blamed. We innocently didn't realize that this was us, however we got a call from the real estate agent asking to explain a small mark on the carpet near a "heavy traffic" area by the entrance to the balcony. We also got quizzed by the number of beds used. One of the small beds was extremely uncomfortable and we swapped it for the other. Therefore it was assumed that more people were staying in the property. Our policy is to treat other peoples property with respect and we left it in a very good condition. What was supposed to be a birthday weekend, turned out to be quite upsetting. The person from the real estate was very professional in trying to resolve the situation.

Terrific
This unit was extremely clean and comfortable with quality inclusions for a holiday let (linen, kitchenware etc). Wonderful location and added bonus of a few thoughtfully selected dvds and toys for the kids. Plenty of space for our family of four. All you need is your beach towels and you're set to have a great time. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean
Wonderful, spacious unit with fabulous views of the river/ocean. We were surprised by the previous review (Feb 2016). Our experience staying here was excellent. The unit is extremely well equipped for a holiday let. Bring your beach towels and you're set for a great stay. We would stay again.

Stunning spot and perfectly equipped apartment
Our 9 and 5 year olds didn't want to leave, the inlet is an ideal swimming spot for little ones, and a great coffee shop 100m away!
