Modern and light-flooded ARISTA apartment with upscale amenities and ideal location!

Treat yourself to a great holiday feeling and pure relaxation, in a beautiful and modern ARISTA apartment, directly on the "Swabian Sea", with a fantastic lake and mountain view!

The attractive apartment is located on the top floor (3rd Floor) of a 4-family house Achstr. 9 in Friedrichshafen. The house is located on Lake Constance and the nature reserve. By the lake you have about 50 meters. After about 100 meters, the nature reserve with its various options begins for walking and cycling. Within walking distance you can see the old town in about 4 - reach 6 minutes. Several supermarkets are within 800 meters available.

The living, dining and kitchen are due to large windows very flooded with light, but not visible. When setting up the apartment were in particular comfort, relaxation, Zeitgeist, quality, safety and well-being at the center.

Also, you will be amazed by the brilliant lake and mountain views. Whether you. On the balcony or at the dining table in the apartment breakfast, afternoon coffee, afternoon and / or evening meal, you can obtain the full view of the lake and enjoy the Austrian and Swiss mountains Towards the east you can look beyond the immediately adjacent nature reserve. For a family with children, we are well equipped. Two cots, which are set up as needed, children's dishes, two high chairs, diaper pails, etc. are available!

Please note:

An aboveground car parking space is available to our guests free of charge! For an additional fee of 10,00 Euro per day / night, a car garage parking space can be rented on arrival!

For a dog an additional fee of 15,00 Euro per day / night is due, which has to be paid in advance!

Depending on the season and at trade fairs, there is a markup!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ermöglicht durch das große Fenster welches in Richtung Bodensee gerichtet ist einen Panoramablick über See und Berge in die Schweiz. Auf den Bildern kommt dieses Gefühl nicht ganz rüber, man muss davor stehen. Das Betreten der Wohnung und das Aufwachen mit diesem tollen Ausblick ist ein klares Urlaubsfeeling. Die Einweisung war ausführlich, einen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz hat die Wohnung nicht, wir hatten allerdings kein Problem ein paar Häuser weiter zu parken. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wünschen der Vermieterin / dem Vermieter alles Gute.

This is a charming flat with wonderful views of the lake, with a well supplied kitchen. The owner was terrific- we had unusually hot weather and the owner bought a fan for us. It is an easy and pretty walk along the lake to the town center. The only negative was that the property listed having a clothes washer and dryer, which it did not have.

We were meet by Robert P who assisted in carrying baggage to top floor appartment and then gave a comprehensive review of its facilities. All equipment was new and first class. The location means a 15 minute wallk to the centre of Friedrickshaven and parking is adjacent to the property. As described and worth staying at

Lovely property with views to die for from the front windows and balcony. Robert, Amanda's partner was extremely helpful. Apartment was immaculate with every accessory, although no washing machine but Robert let us use the family machine in the flat below. Super location for city. Highly recommend if you are travelling to that area.
