Peaceful location, with the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in in the Algarve. Other than no bbq everything was provided that we needed and my under 2 grandson loved the tiny chairs and the truck to play with. The kitchen is old but all the appliances are up to date so no problem to us. The two bathrooms are obviously new too. We had a lovely stay

We’ve been coming to Vale do Lobo for years and still love it. The resort has a lovely feel to it. Excellent places to eat and drink, super beach, very clean and many fab villas to dream about owning! Casa Asylma didn’t disappoint. It was everything promised in the description and other reviews were accurate. Spacious, clean, full of everything needed for a 2 week holiday and extremely well located in central Vale do Lobo. Our kids loved the pool and spent loads of time jumping in and out of it. I’d highly recommend the villa and the resort.

Yet again a really lovely holiday. This is our second stay at Villa Asylma. It is in an ideal situation, plenty of space and quiet location. Pool is great and villa accommodation works well. Renovated upstairs bathroom is a good addition.

This property was perfect for us, downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for me in the wheelchair. I asked the villa management company if they could recommend a place to hire needed mobility aids and when we checked in, everything I had mentioned that I would need had been delivered to the villa. Pool was great, spent most days lazing on a lilo and then just a twenty minute walk (wheel) to the local bars and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and we will 100% be back, Thanks Vivie.

Vale do Lobo as always been my favorite place. This house is situated in what i consider to be one of the best areas in VDL; close to the beach and Praça, but without all the fuss and noise. 3 great rooms and a 4th one that was improvised but it suits very well. Good living room with fair internet connection and cable TV. A/C in all rooms which is a must if you want a good night's sleep in the Algarve (in the summer...). Outside area is very good with an excelente pool and lots of space. Great House overall.

We have enjoyed a most wonderful week in your lovely house. It is situated perfectly - on a quiet one way road but also within walking distance of the club reception, golf courses and the local shop. The house had plenty of space and was perfect for a family holiday. And the garden and pool were an additional bonus. Vivie was absolutely brilliant in her communication with us and was extremely helpful whenever we contacted her; thank you so much!

The property is ideally situated for access to shops, beach and restaurants. Whilst the property is a bit dated there is everything you need to be able to cook and enjoy the facilities. The pool is lovely and a great space for swimming and children to enjoy. The main bathroom has been updated and bedrooms are roomy worth good wardrobe space.

Lovely peaceful location yet close to restaurants and supermarket. The outside space is well equiped with chairs, loungers and tables. Inside was a bit disappointing. Rather tired, especially the kitchen, and cluttered, however the ground floor bedroom and shower are ideal for those who find stairs a challenge. Check-in was a problem. The communication from VRBO was largely in German, so we were in the dark. Phone calls to the local manager were unanswered and their office was locked. We contacted the owner who saved the day by promptly telling us where to get the key.

The house is wonderful, a true "Home Away". Fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The location is great, close to the clubhouse of Vale do Lobo, in a quiet neighborhood. The contact with the owners was very friendly and they were very cooperative to help in any way. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality! We hope to be able to return to this beautiful house soon!

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone. If i had to say something less good about it would only be the kitchen needs a little renovation, but it had everything necessary for cooking. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

We were a family of 5 for this holiday, myself and my husband, granny, and our two young boys. Villa Asylma was perfect for us all, the boys spent most of the week jumping in and out of the fantastic pool! We loved the small garden, and the location was great - a very quiet neighbourhood yet close enough to walk to the beach each day, and plaza in the evenings! The villa itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thankyou very much Vivie and family for having us!

The house is excellent, in a perfect location close to the beach and the reception, quiet and very well equipped.

The villa was charming and comfortable. Possibly a little quiet for teenagers who might not be easily compelled to respect the quiet neighbourhood when coming in at 4am but otherwise lovely. The air con worked brilliantly and the villa had most mod coms. The gardens are not extensive but very pretty and immaculately maintained and provided a very welcome sense of privacy. Although we had a couple of hiccups with sprinkler timers etc, Vivie was easily accessible by email and everything was sorted quickly. A lovely choice for a family holiday.

Wir fahren nun schon seit mehreren Jahren nach Vale do Lobo in das Ferienhaus, weil wir uns dort sehr wohlfühlen!

- gut gelegen, nur 10min zu Fuß zum Meer und den Restaurants - sauber - Küche ist gut ausgestattet - Bäder sind sauber - funktionierende Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen - guter Reinigungs- und Gärtner-Service - schöner, großer Pool - gepflegter Garten Einziger Nachteil: Die Betten sind leider sehr unbequem. Vor allem das im Erdgeschoss und eines im Obergeschoss. Das müsste zeitnah erneuert werden bzw die Matratzen erneuert werden. Wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen. Wir können die Unterkunft aber jederzeit empfehlen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ort ist wunderschön und man kann hier wirklich ein paar entspannte Tage verbringen.

Stand out elements of this property are: its location easy walk to the supermarket- 5-10 minutes, easy walk to beach - 15 minutes. Lovely garden and good sized pool. The villa is spacious, well equipped, quiet and fully air conditioned. Very easy check in and out. The garden and pool are looked after by gardeners and the cleaners popped in too. Excellent to have the Wi-fi too. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing, family friendly easy holiday in a beautiful area.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week with family (4 adults & 2 children) in this beautiful, well equipped villa. The swimming pool is great and loads of outside space for the children to play whilst helping to keep the villa extremely private and peaceful. Superbly located as it's walking distance to the supermarket (5 minutes), golf club (3 minutes) and praca (10 minutes). Vivie, the owner, has been great at answering any queries we had prior to our trip and whilst we were there. We have done lots of self catering trips in private villas/apartments and this was definitely one of the best. The beds were extremely comfortable, showers great etc etc. If being at all critical then although the kitchen is extremely well equipped and functional, the hob/oven could do with updating. Only 2 of the 4 rings really worked and the oven wasn't the best too be honest. A new/bigger BBQ would be great too but in the grander scheme of things everything was so perfect that it really didn't matter much at all. Fantastic.......will definitely be back!! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus an der Algarve. Trotz Nebensaison war das Wetter fantastisch. Der große Garten mit Pool und die authentische Einrichtung machen den besonderen Charme der Villa aus. Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch zahlreiche Restaurants sind in näherer Umgebung. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Partner, Familie oder Freunden!

It's a lovely villa with a large swimming pool situated in the heart of Vale do Lobo near the golf course. Yet it's on a quiet circular street with so little traffic it's so quiet and peaceful. The villa does need a little work doing to it but it's full of charm and such a relaxing place to be. I've just been with my family (kids, wife & Grandmother) and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I would seriously recommend this villa to others.

Authentisches Ferienhaus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Alles vor Ort, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Besuch und hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus der Thonets. Wir haben uns sofort sehr heimisch gefühlt, da es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders angenehm aufgefallen ist uns, dass das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt war und die wunderschöne Umgebung Vale Do Lobo, die wirklich eine kleine Oase ist. Der Strand und das Meer sind atemberaubend schön und gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ursprünglich portugiesisches Haus mit viel Charme & Komfort. Familienfreundlich in optimaler Lage. Die Kinder und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus in Vale do Lobo. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab war sehr freundlich. Bezahlung und Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort an der Rezeption funktionierten tadellos. Der Aufenthalt vor Ort war super! Das Haus liegt in der sehr schönen Golf-Community Vale do Lobo und ist ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Vale do Lobo war uns von unseren Nachbarn hier in Deutschland bekannt, die dort ebenfalls ein Appartement besitzen und deren Voraberzählungen über Vale do Lobo haben sich bewarheitet. Die Anlage ist sehr, sehr sauber und ruhig. Der Strand von Vale do Lobo ist schnell zu erreichen und ebenfalls toll. Auch das Haus ist sehr suaber und ruhig. 2x während unseres Aufenthaltens wurde der Garten und der schöne und große Pool gereinigt. Der Garten und der Poolbereich sind tadellos. Dem Haus merkt man zwar ein wenig an, dass es schon etwas älter ist (Baujahr wohl irgendwann in den 70ern), aber das ist völlig unerheblich, da alles sauber und in Schuss gehalten ist. Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin und deren Familie das Haus selber nutzten und deshalb sehr viel Zeit und Aufwand in den Erhalt investieren. Die Fotos geben den Zustand vor Ort genau wieder. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man braucht. Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war mehr als ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Betten sind gut. Es sind ausreichend Decken und Handtücher vorhanden. Es gibt einen Außengrill neben dem Pool. Einkaufen kann man direkt im Alisuper an der Einfahrt zu Vale do Lobo (auch frische Brötchen) oder in Almancil (u.a. Aldi). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist das Haus auch bestens geeignet. Bis zum südwestlichsten Punkt (Sagres/Cap Vincente) sind wir über die Autobahn ca. 1 1/2 Stunden gefahren. Restaurants sind in Vale do Lobo (etwas teurer) und in Almancil und Umgebung zuhauf zu finden. Wir hatten auch noch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter und bis auf einen Tag nur Sonne! Für den Preis und das Angebot absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hoffen das Haus ist noch länger zu mieten, dann kommen wir in ein paar Jahren sicher nochmal!

Wir haben mal wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub im wunderschönen Vale do Lobo verbracht, was wir nicht nur der tollen Umgebung, großen weitläufigen Stränden und einem wundervollen Wetter zu verdanken haben. Das Casa Asylma ist ein paradisischer Ort, der Urlaub von der ersten Minute an bedeutet. Für Körper und auch Seele Erholung und Entspannung, da wir uns hier immer gleich vollkommen wohl und eben wie "zu Hause" fühlen. Wir hoffen auf noch viele weitere Tage und Wochen in diesem schönen Haus!

In Mitten von zwei Golfplätzen,Minigolfplatz, Tennisplätzen, Strand, Restaurants und auch Bars und Discos ist dieses sehr gepflegte und auch sehr ruhige Haus gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig in der traumhaft schönen Anlage von Vale do Lobo erreichbar. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und für Golfer. Im schönen Garten findet man Sonnenliegen, Schattenplätze, sowie einen großen Pool. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und der Service für Haus, Pool und Garten ist perfekt. Innen ist es sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann wunderbar zu Hause kochen oder grillen und den Abend von der oberen Terrasse unter einem phantastischen Sternenhimmel genießen. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre ist vorherrschend und lädt ein zum Relaxen. Eine Villa zum Wohlfühlen mit einem hohem Erholungswert.

Die Casa Asylma liegt ruhig, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind nicht von außen einsehbar und bieten viel privaten Raum. Man kann sich selbst versorgen, Vale do Lobo bietet aber auch eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars an dem nur wenige Gehminuten entfernten Strand. Vale do Lobo ist ein Golferparadies - wir als Nichtgolfer haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt - es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!
