About this house rental

Why not give your family and friends a real SouthWestern experience?
Let our Santa Fe style custom home be part of your experience. Our large front door has been referenced as Hagrid's door (Harry Potter) by some of our guests. For the chef and anyone who loves to cook, we provide a fully stocked kitchen. Our home has plenty of open spaces and is in a secluded neighborhood.

Our home sits on a private cul de sac, in a quiet secluded neighborhood. It is surrounded by red rocks and abundant native evergreen trees and plants, yet we are only moments from most restaurants, hiking, shopping at Tlaquepaque and uptown Sedona. Our guests have called it "sunny and inviting." Come share the mojo.

This is a one-of-a-kind home that has an amazing great room with 13' ceilings and clerestory glass that lets in Arizona’s blue skies and Sedona’s changeable weather as well as Thunder Mountain. From the second story library, views of Cockscomb and Cathedral red rock formations. The light coming through one of the windows literally sparkles prismatically from the dining area chandelier. We’ve discovered that the house has a mellow vibe that causes us to slow down, forget about our concerns and enjoy life.

Your friends and family can share the spacious 4 bedroom site and use it as a kickoff space to enjoy Sedona or stay in and use the three-1st floor patios and one-2nd story balcony to cruise the day. Cook in the kitchen with an amazing view to the south that captures the airport Mesa and Cathedral Rock in the distance. The kitchen is complete. We keep a broad range of organic spices, small appliances and cooking tools for your cooking pleasure.

The great room sports a 82” Smart TV and premium cable as well as 100Mbps wireless internet. The huge windows view Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock to the north. The covered back patio is lit and heated for pleasant evenings.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and extra long twin bed. Both with memory foam mattresses and down-alternative toppers to give softness to the firm mattress. This room enjoys its own bathroom with separate bathtub and shower with double sinks. We have provided fragrant and non-fragrant shampoos, conditioners and body washes in both upstairs and downstairs showers. We have also provided non-fragrant liquid hand soap and conditioner in both bathrooms. We want to be sensitive to people with allergies to fragrances. The master bedroom has a view to the south and access to a private balcony, it has an additional air conditioning unit to permit separate control.

Careful attention has been given to bedding, mattresses and pillows throughout, with a focus made on sleeping comfort. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for your comfort and a compact makeup table, blow dryer and mirrors so you can quickly get out the door to enjoy your day.

2 bedrooms have queen-sized beds. And 1 has a Queen as well as an extra long twin bed. Two of the Queen beds have memory foam mattresses with down-alternative padding while the third one has a box spring. The twin has memory foam with a down alternative topper. We've queried everyone who has slept in our beds for their opinion on comfort. Everyone has slept very well. Most have asked for the link where we bought our pillows.

We love children and want to keep them safe. We do allow children 5 and older. Our house has stairs, cacti and the furniture is not bolted to the wall. So, unfortunately we cannot accept children under 5 years of age without prior approval. Please send us an inquiry before making your reservation to check for exceptions for younger children.

Jeannie (owner) is sensitive to animal dander. She cannot risk an asthma attack so we unfortunately can't accept your pets in our home. Please respect our wishes. This will also make it easier for others who also would like to stay but have respiratory challenges.

We are super close to everything so you won't have to fight too much traffic going to and fro. Our guests remark that we are secluded, yet close.

If you are expecting a pool, please read this: Vrbo has begun using AI for generating certain information. It generated a category entitled "pool" on our listing and then placed a drone overhead picture of our home under that category. We do not have a pool but do have portable spa.

If something is really important to you, please inquire with us to make sure that we do indeed provide it. AI also put the Tesla charger in the kitchen. LOL Our kitchen is not drive-through kitchen. We do have a charger outside on the driveway, though. Also, we have many more amenities than they have categorized. A similar problem has occurred with the pictures that they placed under "view." There are better pictures of views from our library. If you go through our pics you will see the hot tub, views and charger. Thank you for your patience!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood in Sedona, less than 15 minutes from Devil's Bridge, minutes from restaurants and shopping, and surrounded by excellent views of red rocks. This home is so much more than a place to stay, however-- it's a destination in itself, with games, books, hot tub, great outdoor spaces, and a really well provisioned kitchen. We stayed with six people and loved every minute. If we ever return to Sedona, I would love to stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at our VRBO in Sedona! From the moment we arrived, Patrick and Jeannie were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. The property itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The breathtaking views of Sedona’s red rocks were the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Five stars all the way!

We all loved our stay at this beautiful house in Sedona. It had closed access to everything. We loved the hot tub and all the patios since we had great weather (May 1-4). Highly recommend!

We had a group of 5 friends in Sedona for a retreat. The hosts very clearly take excellent care of the property and their guests. There were lovely little surprises in how well appointed the house was - I have never stayed at a VRBO with so many well thought out details. One of us is a baker who let them know she planned to make bread, and they even left out a kitchen scale for that purpose! The house itself is truly as wonderful as the pictures show and closer to everything we wanted to do and see than we anticipated. We did a Sound Healing and massage day in the house and the atmosphere was perfect, with everyone able to alternate between massage and the hot tub. If you’re thinking about a Sedona trip, I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay than here. Thanks for making us feel so welcome in your lovely home! Aloha, The BadAsses

Booked this house for a guys trip to mountain bike the trails in Sedona. The location is perfect for mountain biking or hiking. The house is clean, welcoming and spacious. There were 4 of us and it was great for everyone to have their own room. The hot tub was amazing after biking! We all really appreciated the snacks offered when we checked in.
