You've just found your new favorite rental home! This wonderful beach cottage is an elevated 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home with updates throughout. Wake up for your morning coffee and listen to the waves crash on the beach from the screened in porch with views of the ocean. This home has everything you need for a vacation to remember. The large living area has vaulted ceilings, a beautiful decorative fireplace (non functioning), and a large Flat Screen TV and Blu-Ray player. A new dining set and matching bar stools provides dining space for the whole family. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, along with all of the standard small kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishware necessary to prepare a home cooked meal.
The master bedroom features a King bed, large walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. A sliding door leads from the master bedroom to the screened in porch on the front of the house with views of the beach. 2 queen bedrooms are located on each side of the 2nd full bathroom, and have comfortable beds with new bedding. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, with an attached half bath. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV as well as a Blu-Ray Player.

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool.
The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

The location is great! The free bikes and beach chairs were a plus! A few things to note...The house is nice but is in need of some updates. The oven stopped working but the rental company was prompt with their response and sent someone out to look at it. Unfortunately, it needed a new part and couldn't be fixed until the day before we checked out so we didn't get to use it as planned. The ants and mosquitos were so bad out back by the pool, I would suggest some regular pest control. Overall, I was satisfied.

This house has a great location. A quick, easy walk 1 block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. Soft white sand, not busy during April, and dog friendly. The house was clean, stocked with towels, kitchen had everything you need, we enjoyed using the free bikes and beach chairs. We would return to this location in the future!

The house itself is a 3 but the location is a 5. I'd give it a 10 if I could.
The house was cleaned but the couches, carpets, drapes, outside furniture all need to be deeply cleaned.
If the house had a facelift, it would benefit it greatly.
But at the end of the day, the location was more important to us. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. So you get the best of both worlds.

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

The house is beautiful, and has a gorgeous floor plan. The Rooms are big and comfortable. You are 300 steps from the ocean. The pool is perfect for a midsize family. Love the kitchen layout and has a beautiful gas stove and a brand new grill on the huge comfy outside deck. This rental is a vacation dream come true

This vacation home is a real find. If you have small children, it is a 3-minute walk to the beach. No traffic worries. Off a dead-end road on a very private lane. Pool is beautiful and heated. This was our second time renting this home and saw updates from 2020. Could still use a few minor updates like new shower liners. The only complaint is that the televisions still need a master's degree in computer science to operate! Property management is very responsive and replies back immediately. We loved out stay there with our grandchildren. The bunk beds were a hit! Note that this home is also pet friendly. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. Loved our stay. Hoping to return again.

We really enjoyed 4 Night Hawk.This rental could do with some new furniture (chairs and is quite worn. There is a blind missing on the back door. The kitchen needs more towels and some pot holders for people who like to cook. The heater/AC does make a discernible noise. Other than was very enjoyable and close to beach.

This house is in an ideal location and could be perfect, but it needs attention. You can’t beat the North Forest Beach location and the very short walk to the beach. Questions during the stay were mostly answered within 24 hours, not within hours. Backyard is fenced and great for dogs, and the house was good for dogs. The Beach Chairs were nice and brand new. 4 bikes available to ride were also great. We didn’t use the pool every day as it was October, but it still was pretty warm and had a very shallow part that is a nice area to soak your feet. There were some mosquitoes though in the back yard. The front load washer worked but is very moldy, and kitchen was not terribly clean. We had to clean it ourselves before having guests over. No condiments, no oil, salt minimal soap, and we had to buy cleaning supplies (not even a sponge handy). Only 2 Trash bags provided for an 8 day stay and they didn’t fit the trash can (had to buy alternates to close the drawer). Shower curtain rods were very rusted which was odd. There were lots of towels, and dryer worked fine. Paper towels were cheap, and toilet paper was a lot like sandpaper. Had to buy replacements and cleaning supplies asap. Beds were comfortable and Heating and Air was good. Overall, a little TLC, some welcome items, and some small repairs would go a long way!
