三間房間，物超所值 CP值高

有電梯，方便搬運行李，就在過橋的左手邊，離舊城區不遠，咖啡廳餐廳都在附近，房間充滿混搭的住宿感。紙巾毛巾該有的都有，房間乾淨，有三間房間，有兩個衛浴，其中一個衛浴位在某一間房間裡，也就是說，有一間雙床雅房，有一間雙人床雅房，有一間套房。

門外的黑色小保險盒非常難打開，我的同行朋友去過英國，多虧她，才打開保險盒取出鑰匙。 Wifi密碼在客廳的機台後方XD 整間屋子有一種玩密室逃脫的感覺... 大間的浴室沖澡間的玻璃上有一雙眼睛以及跟門口捧著毛巾的老奶奶雕像~個人覺得睡在雙床間有兩雙眼睛盯著自己怪怪der。跟我聯繫的住宿方並不會說英文，我只能倚靠翻譯軟體翻譯他的西班牙文，我把我的文字翻譯成西班牙文來溝通

Totalmente recomendable!

Apartamento muy bonito, decorado con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son espaciosas igual que los baños. Está súper bien situado, en pleno centro de Logroño, a pocos minutos de la Calle Laurel. La comunicación con el propietario fue genial desde el primer momento. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

estaba en una ubicación inmejorable. grande y espacioso

Le falta mantenimiento.sobre todo uno de los baños olía fatal ( problema de tuberías). Sofá muy sucio. Las luces del comedor y hab. principal parpadean. la luz de lectura no funcionaba. pasamos frío, no hubo manera de poner la calefacción. encontré a faltar al menos 2 cápsulas de cortesía de la Nespresso, aunque esto es lo de menos.

Repetiríamos sin dudar

Tiene muchos detalles curiosos y muy originales. Las camas muy cómodas. En el centro.

Las fundas de almohada. En la calle hacen un poco de jaleo hasta las tantas de la madrugada. Por lo demás genial

Un finde de 10

La ubicación es excelente para poder ir a todos sitios andando. Justo cruzando el puente de hierro (que está al lado) puedes encontrar sitio para aparcar el coche y ya no tener que usarlo hasta que te vayas. Facilidad para entrar en el apartamento y muy buena comunicación con el propietario. En mi caso tuve que cambiar de fechas y me lo gestionó sin problemas. Es un apartamento muy grande, con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños (hay 3 pero uno no está operativo). Tiene muchas ventanas y un balcón cerrado en el salón y otro en una de las habitaciones. Es totalmente recomendable alojarse en él.

Cercanía al centro, confortable, instalaciones amplias y luminoso. Limpio y cómodo.

Ruidos molestos por la noche ya que está totalmente pegado a dos discotecas y el callejón donde da una de las habitaciones está lleno de gente orinando en el suelo y haciendo ruido hasta las 6 de la mañana.

Lovely stay in Roberto’s apartment. Perfect location.

Great quirky apartment in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the Laurel Street bars. Underground secure parking a few minutes walk away €25 for 24 hours. Limited free parking; we couldn’t find any spaces. Roberto very responsive and helpful.

Overnight stay on Camino

I stayed alone but if more than two people stay this would be a very reasonable accommodation.

Facing Main Street so it can be very noisy. There was a festival when I stayed and outside was very noisy with shouting people all night, actually till morning. I think there is a problem on map. It doesn’t show the actual location. Need to turn right at Sagasta street if walking Camino and it is just few steps away.

the bedspread was not clean, there was a half full water bottle on the kitchen table and a half eaten bag of chips on kitchen counter top. the washing machine did not spin dry clothes

Next to perfection

Why perfect? Because it is perfect and full of beauty and phantasy. Fancy but functional design, really great. Spacious and quiet, well maintained and in the city center. A covered balcony to sit and enjoy, all these little design gems everywhere,…, the motion controlled lights in the corridor,.. I truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you so much and forget about the little issues. Perfection is nothing to reach out for. If I may, I will certainly come back!

Hot water for the shower would have contributed to a simple “perfect”. I had to reset the heater, only after that hot water materialised in the shower. The lady occupying the apartment before me had long black hair. Not knowing that before the shower would have contributed to a simple “perfect”. All the rest of the spacious apartment was perfectly clean! Other than that, this is an exceptional apartment from an exceptional host (ok, I need to learn Spanish). Honestly, this is one of the best places I have ever seen.

Beautiful, clean and funky apartment in the heart of Logroño, amazing value for money

The apartment is beautiful, uniquely decorated and in a superb location. The beds are very comfortable and it's big enough to host at least 6 people.

It was a little tricky getting the instructions to enter the apartment, we had to wait for the owner to get back to us. If you arrive later on this should be no problem though. There was a Nespresso machine, but no pods or coffee, so if you're staying for a few days, it could be worth buying your own.

Spacious bedrooms. Clean. Washer/dryer in the apartment. Close to town square, cathedral and Camino route

Very spacious and stylish. Great value for money

We were really surprised by this property. It is very spacious and has 3 bathrooms with showers. Location is great, just a few minutes from the main attractions. Lastly, the apartment is very stylish. It has a rustic/industrial vibe to it but it is done extremely well. There are blackout window covers so we got the best sleep here during our trip.

Nothing. We were pleasantly surprised about everything.
