So peaceful!
This was the most serene and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed in. Close to everything yet you feel as if you are way out in the country. Hosts were on the property and are kind and welcoming. The studio was well supplied and quite comfortable. Hope to stay here again! A special place.

Desert paradise~
The studio was the perfect 2 month desert getaway for my dogs and I! Perfect kitchen, lots of windows, and a patio that looks towards the sunset! Jerome and Linda are amazing amazing host. They really gave us lots of space but attended to our every need. They are the loveliest of humans. Not only did I get a desert healing getaway but walked away with new friends/family. Thank you Jermone, Linda, Satchie and Emmy. Big hugs!

A wonderful month in the desert
What a treat to be nestled in such a beautiful area. And Jerome and Linda are the perfect hosts; we consider them friends.
There are numerous walking and hiking trails in the area along with stables. Plus a large selection of books for your reading pleasure.
The Studio is exactly that; a studio. Small and efficient. But the two of us and our dog never felt confined.

Rested and Refreshed!
Was looking for a place for some solitude, rest and healing and this was the perfect place! Just far enough away from the pace and noise of more populated Scottsdale yet stores, restaurants, etc. are close enough. Jerome and Linda, the owners are so attentive and respectful which just added to this great experience!

Desert Gem
Everything about the studio in Scottsdale was PERFECT! Jerome went above and beyond to make my husband and I and our 2 dogs comfortable. It was very clean and the land is beautiful. My dogs loved going on long walks and seeing all the horses. Jerome treated us like family. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Scottsdale. We will definitely be back!

Just as advertised "Peace & Tranquility" describes my stay at the property.
I stayed in this property for approximately 5 weeks beginning the first week in February. It was everything advertised with many other intangibles thrown in. The owners Jerome and Linda are wonderful people who were very responsive to my needs and went above my expectations in making me feel welcome on their beautiful property. The new veranda was private and sun soaked. The efficient kitchen met my needs and the dedicated gas grill was an added bonus. The neighbor is quiet and full of trails.

CUTE LITTLE STUDIO IN A GREAT LOCATION!
We booked the studio on the property to come into town for a quick weekend to celebrate a birthday. The location is easy to find and within a short drive to everything. The property itself is incredible and the owners love of it is in every detail, from the outdoor lighting along the pathway to the trees, cactus and plants. The studio is small but adorable. The kitchenette serves its purpose, providing a place to warm up a quick bite in the stove or microwave. The only problem that we had was the bathroom in this particular unit is very small, it is difficult for a larger person to squeeze in for the toilet or shower, but if you are a smaller person you will be just fine. When we emailed to book the property, I had mentioned that my wife and I (and our two doggies) were coming in on a last minute trip for 50th birthdays (mine included), we arrived to a birthday card and flowers inside the studio. Jerome and Linda also filled the fridge with eggs, butter, water, juice, coffee and fresh fruit! They knew we were arriving late at night and they wanted us to be able to come in and have what we needed. We've rented several properties through VRBO and this is outstanding service and sets them apart from any other owners we've rented from. Such a treat! We enjoyed the birds outside both mornings we were there, and even a coyote once! We will absolutely be coming back (for the Casita next time!). Thank you again for a great little place, on a last minute booking, for being so gracious and hospitable to us, and welcoming our puppies. We enjoyed it very much, only wish we'd had more time to spend enjoying the property.

A little piece of heaven!
What a delightful place to stay! Imagine waking up to birds chirping and bunnies hopping while the sunrise offers a beautiful palate of colors enhanced by saguaros and desert plants. Or, ending a fun filled day on a covered veranda, sipping wine while enjoying the sunset on a large covered veranda. A wonderful find in North Scottsdale that offers all that we have come to love in the desert. The studio is fully furnished with all the necessities and provides a relaxing place to stay. It is situated close enough to restaurants, shopping, attractions etc. but far enough away to feel that the area remains untouched by the noise and congestion of modern life. So, choose to relax and read one of the many books provided or venture off and explore the area. Best of all were the gracious hosts - Jerome and Linda - who live on the large property. Great ambassadors for the Southwest living experience!

Nice people, great location and a clean modern facility.
The studio is cozy, yet provides everything a single or a couple would expect in a modern home. The location in North Scottsdale is quiet and convenient to major routes, restaurants and attractions like Barrett Jackson, The Arabian Horse Show, and Cycling events. Jerome and Linda know the area and are willing to assist in making your stay comfortable and rewarding. Beautiful, quiet surroundings make this is a good choice for your Phoenix stay.

Paradise
We have been fortune to stay in the Scottsdale area for the past 10 years. I can honestly say that this little piece of heaven offered the most peaceful, tranquil and best place to "decompress" yet!
From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were in a completely different frame of mind. Refreshed and balanced!!
The owners are amazing and we left with 2 more friends than we came with!
We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return!
