The living room opens onto the terrace, which faces the sea and invites you to spend relaxing moments. The second terrace, facing south, leads to the covered, heated pool with adjacent jacuzzi. Access to the pool area is also possible directly from the house. Further down the sloping property, a private access leads to the water where you can cast your fishing line and try your luck.

The heated pool with a bright veranda (safety standard NF P90-309) of more than 120 m² adjacent to the house is open 7 days a week and 365 days a year. From this porch you can reach the remarkable garden, the house and a terrace of 80 m². In addition to the 5 x 10 m pool, there is a spa for 4 people, as well as a sauna for 2 people, which complete the wellness area.
