About this apartment rental

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the very popular Minerva complex. Both the lounge and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. It has a large corner balcony which receives sun all day, furnished with patio table, chairs and sun canopy. The lounge area is beautifully furnished with a Smart TV, dvd/cd player and radio. The apartment has Wi-Fi for internet access, downloading and streaming for laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Minerva is a private complex which has a 24 hour English speaking reception with safe deposit box hire. It is a very family friendly apartment complex with the pools being patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months. Sunbeds can be hired and there is a poolside bar serving snacks, cold drinks and ice creams. There is also a hairdressers.
The self catering Minerva apartments are situated close to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, chemist and bakery. Bonanza Square is close by and offers a choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.
Paloma park is a 5 minute walk and the marina and beach is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.
The sofa converts into a double bed and there is also an armchair.There is a dining table to seat 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, small oven with grill, halogen oven, 4 ring hob, kettle & toaster. There is an iron & ironing board.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, 2 chest of drawers and wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Towels and beach towels and spare bedding are available.

Lovely apartment, brilliantly situated. The sea front is a few minutes one way and the buzzing Spanish commercial area of Arroyo de la Miel is a few minutes in the other direction. There are loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Thd corner balcony has the sun on it all day (even in Feb fro 9am to 5pm). Any communication with the owners was prompt and courteous. Lastly, we thought the apartment was great value for money.

Had a great stay in Kerry's apartment over the Christmas period. Apartment is central to everything, it was very clean, welcoming and homely and had everything you would need for a short or long stay, including all cooking facilities. Large sunny corner balcony overlooking Bonanza Square and pool area down to the sea. The TV had so many channels including Sky & Netflix. Communication with Kerry was great and she was on hand if required but we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Have stayed in many apartments within this complex and this has to be one, if not the best and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Kerry is very quick at replying to any emails or queries that you asked. Also Kelly very helpful too. Will be booking to stay at this apartment again. And will recommend it to our family and friends too.

Just returned from this apartment, could not fault it, clean and bright great location for bars and resturants, buses and taxis close by , train station 10/ 15 mins walk, would definitely reccomend.

Excelente ubicación,apartamento pequeño pero para 4 personas es perfecto y acogedor. Con todos las comodidades necesarias para estar unos días en playa,piscina y apartamento. Muy equipado . Recomendable 100%. Con los dueños comunicación en inglés pero sin problema. El único inconveniente encontrar zonas para aparcar.

We just spent a fantastic week in this lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly want is provided and everything you need for a great holiday is on your doorstep. Lovely sunny balcony and right in the centre of everything with buses running past the door. Perfect. Special thanks to Kerry for letting us stay later as our flight home was later in the evening.

Lovely apartment, close to beach Marina and lovely park. Very comfy beds and sofa. Kitchen perfect, all you could need. Lots of restaurants on your door step and also at the marina and all along beach front Pool and surrounding garden is beautiful. Plenty off life guards to put your mind at rest if you have children. Pool side cafe very nice, especially goats cheese salad. All in all, a fantastic apartment with everything close at hand.

We stayed for a week in Kerry’s apartment, it was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The Wifi and tv channels were an added bonus! The apartment was clean and comfortable.
