The tastefully furnished 4½-room apartment is located in the 1. OG a well maintained 2-family house. Due to its central yet quiet location, it is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. Within 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful public bathing beach and the lakeside promenade with the ship mooring and the passenger ship. Bars, cafes, restaurants and a grocery store are also nearby. Thus, you can achieve many goals well without a car. If you like walking, you can start from the house and find numerous paths with constantly changing views. However, if you are longing for the rest of the world, you will have free WLAN access to the Internet. Altogether there is a living room, a living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in the "Casa Limoni" on about 110 m² of living space. The approx. 12 m² long, elongated balcony you can reach from two bedrooms and the living room, the access to the approx. 100 m² garden with barbecue is on the ground floor of the house. Gepflegte Wohnung, die fast alle Ansprüche für eine größere Familie erfüllt. Die Betten bzw. Matrazen waren perfekt, was in meinem Alter eine große Rolle spielt. Küche war groß und gut eingerichtet, mir fehlte nur ein ordentliches Küchenmesser zu meinem Glück. Ein großes, anscheinend neues Bad mit Toilette und Bidet. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen.
