The property manager was responsive to all our needs, the loft upstairs was nice, and the property had everything needed for the week. Great location, perfect size, and very comfortable. VRBO experience was loved, and will definitely book again. Perfect quiet getaway, clean property with all basic necessities provided, and easy communication with the host. Enjoyed everything about the property, it had more than expected, was clean, and well-maintained.

We had a great time during our stay! This is such a cozy space, the loft area was lovely and it was so convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property, close to Seven Springs. We had 5 in our group, would be a little small for many more in terms of living room space and dinning. Loft upstairs was nice. Overall had what was needed for the week. Thank you!

While our trip was full of fun and laughter, there are several things that need attention as listed below.
* Our guests in the 1st floor bedroom had not AC in their room, thankfully we had fans that helped some. They were not happy!
* The window in the kitchen was cracked and we could not open that window for any fresh air.
* One of the kitchen table chair legs was broken which flipped my wife to the floor. She has chronic back pain with many problems so this was a scare.
* There were only 2 chairs on the deck but 7 of us, so there were just few that could enjoy the deck.
* Also, There was a hornets nest attached to the deck underneath the grill, they didn't like us being out there. So, this prevented us from using the deck as well.
* The front door was difficult to unlock.
* When we first arrived we were not informed that we need to review the condo information in the binder, therefore it took us a while to get hot water.
* There was only 3 ice trays in the freezer so with a group like us, that was definitely not enough. thankfully we brought a small portable ice machine.
The condo could really use some upgrades such as the carpet, bathrooms, appliances, etc.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Bathrooms had unbelievable supply of towels snd wash cloths.
Nice tv in family room and master bedroom.
Everything was very clean and cute thought the house. Thanks for allowing our dog !! Little extras like tissues and crayons and paper for kids was thoughtful!
Enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and using the pool. Liindsey the manager did a great job and was very efficient and helpful. Would like to return someday!

We enjoyed everything about this property. It had everything (and more) than we expected. It was clean and well maintained.

VERY OLD & EXTREMELY DUSTY
We were VERY DISAPOINTED in this property. Our stay was from Thursday- Monday. However, we left after 1 night. Our son has asthma and couldn't tolerate all the dust in this place. He had issues for days after returning home. It was awful. I sent approx. 13 photos to the property manager who agreed that it was not properly taken care of. We were refunded some money but not enough.
I would NEVER recommend this condo. Two others without allergies even had throat issues. The bedding is very old and needs replaced. The only thing that smelled clean were the towels. The kitchen smelled like vomit when we arrived. Although with time, that smell did disappear. We rented due to the 5 stars. However, there is absolutely no way it is even worth 3 stars! We've stayed at many vrbo places and this has been the worst experience.

Great place to stay at 7 Springs
Very nice property that was exactly as presented. Clean, nicely appointed, and a very well equipped kitchen. Lindsay, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive. She’s terrific!!!! We’ll definitely rent this unit again on our annual trips to 7 Springs.

Family Weekend
Overall, the condo was as described. It was well equipped and all appliances were easy to operate. We couldn’t open the window in the downstairs bedroom because the screen is torn and we missed that cool mountain night air. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question about how to operate the shower. Plenty of spaces for adults and kids. Would book again.

Unit 'Save the Day'
The property worked for our adult family of 4. The stars belong to the Property Manager. They were very responsive after another owner of a house in the area which I had reserved went full on mental.
I had to rebook a weeks stay within two hours, on the day of arrival and the Property Manager made it happen.
The Property is a little older but the price was more than fair, everything worked including the gas grill and appliances. It was clean and located perfectly for 7Springs and surrounding activities.

Place worked for our family
Liked the location, felt safe and grounds well kept. Nice pool! Older condo, so some windows didn’t lock, two doors off track, some outlets didn’t work. Master bath shower wasn’t working, but property manager had maintenance there to fix. Internet went out. All minor inconveniences and didn’t bother us much as we are pretty easy going. Master bed and bath were nice. All beds comfortable. Place had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

I would rent again
Overall, the property was as listed and it was very pet friendly - which was very important to us. There were a few things that we noticed right away...there is something wrong with the electrical. It is like 1 of the plugs works in each outlet but the other doesn't. And sometimes they didn't work at all. Renters are not permitted to use the fireplace so it is a bit misleading that there is a fireplace in the photos, but you can't use it. There needs to be some updates to the kitchen - nonstick pots and pan and sharper knives would be great. Also, in the binder it says there is a large dog crate under the bed - this was not there.
All pretty minor things and overall I would rent again.

Love the Starbucks and spices in the kitchen- we’re big coffee and cooking people! Property was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home at the end of the day. Easy check in and out- all info provided was accurate and easy to find. Thanks again!!

Fantastic summer weekend at Seven Springs!
This property is a great location and wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean and kitchen impressively full stocked with every kitchen gadget needed. It made it easy to cook meals and grill without going out! Location is close to the Allegheny biking passage, Ohiopyle and finding things to do at the resort. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental!

House was very nice. Had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the grill which was very clean and that’s not very common in rental properties. Very quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Clean and easy for family ski trip!
Our family had a great trip here over Xmas break. The unit was comfortable for our family of 6 with space to spare. Most importantly, everything was clean and functional and the access to the main lodge was super easy. We definitely look forward to returning soon!
