THE LOCATION WAS GOOD,CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

The noises in the morning was bad.There is no reception 24 hours.The plumping system needs to be renovated because the water was smelly.Also we requested a double bed but we did not had any

I never liked what they did

Not the same place and address as Booking.Com, they Did direct me to another address.i paid for taxi 2 times because of that. another location, I paid for 2 tonight and I spent one night. I left the hotel they direct me to the next day. I was not happy about it. They never refund my money.

Don't stay here for buisness, invoice and communication isn't there.

They over booked so had to move us to another hotel... Which is rather annoying if you choose something for a specific location.

Their lack of communication, I am still waiting for an invoice that I need for my accountant, that is looking very unlikely that I will receive it. So please, be careful when booking for business. Zero commincation after stay.

I had a truly horrific experience that I never would have expected to encounter, especially my age

I made a hotel reservation at 21:33 and informed the hotel that I would be arriving at 22:30. However, the hotel's check-in policy ended at 22:00. Despite knowing that I would not be able to arrive on time, they accepted my booking and charged me for the room. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to let me in and the door was locked with a key code. The hotel's intention was clearly just to collect my money, and as a result, I had to spend the night at the cold train station, where the temperature was around -2 degrees. I called the management, they answer me in the cold German way, it is not our business you spent the night in the street! It is not appropriate to pay a service provider who is only concerned with collecting your money and refuses to listen to your concerns. It is important to prioritize finding a service provider that values their customers and treats them with respect. If you feel that you have been mistreated or taken advantage of by a service provider, it may be helpful to seek legal advice or file a complaint with the appropriate authorities or consumer protection agencies. I did spend the night outside in the train station, (as my calls with booking.com did not help and time was over midnight and no more hotel taking me in!)

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel management's lack of concern for my experience. They seemed to be solely focused on collecting my money, rather than ensuring that I had a positive stay. This was a very disappointing and unacceptable way for the hotel to treat a paying customer. I wish no one would face such experience!

Nice place to stay. But no heating, no soap in the shower. Big room, very clean place, good distance

The place was very clean and nice. The size of the room was really big and enough for 2 people. (Eventhough I was alone). Internet was perfect high speed.

The room is just near the street, you can hear the cars passing by and that is annoying. Also the heater is not working, and I was cold during the evening and early in the morning. But I used both of the blankets they had left for me. I forgot there were no soap for the shower or handwashing so you better get yours.

Not a hotel, more like a house with rooms for rent

The location itself was quite centric and had access to several transport services and places to eat.

The "hotel" is just a house that has been fitted to act as a guest house. It does the trick in the sense that it has rooms with beds and bathrooms but the place looks very sketchy and there are a lot of suspicious people in the vicinity

Not recommended at all. Chaotic and stressful.

Room was comfortable

Disorganised. No instructions on how to access my room until an hour after my check-in time, despite many messages beforehand, room hadn’t been cleaned and cleaners turned up after I’d been in the room an hour. No soap. “Garden” view is view of car park (which floods when it rains), with a picnic bench where people sit and smoke and talk loudly all hours. Needed earplugs, noisy at all hours every night.

Comfortable and okay

When we first read the reviews, we saw a lot of bad comments. So we were a little bit scared.. BUT, I will write here the most said bad comments and if they were still like this when we stayed here. 1) Noisy location?- No! The streets were very quiet. BUT in the early morning some man who came to do some repair? in the hallway listened to music VERY loudly and he also drilled the walls, and that was very noisy too.. 2) Location overall - It is quiet and has many good restaurant near it. But nothing special. If you want to have active vacation then choose some other place, if you want to pass by the city and need place to stay the night- perfect. 3) Was the room dirty? - Room was very clean. The bathroom was also very big and clean. 4) Parking - There was only one place behind the house where you can park for extra fee. we were fine with that, but if someone else would have parked there then we would have been without the parking place. 5) Was the check-in and check-out difficult/ poorly constructed ? - No! The check-in and check-out was independent. It made it very comfortable. 6) The staff/ personal- Very very friendly and helpful. They wrote back very fast so we were not left without answers. Overall rating: 7/10. Depends on what kind of vacation you want.

It's pretty cheap and you get what you pay for.

The rooms are in a pretty run down house and are equipped just with the bare necessities. I guess it's because of the budget nature of this "hotel" but the rooms are quite stripped down. There isn't even a place to hang your towels and there is only one light in the entire room. The small armchair had stains on it and overall the room didn't look very clean.

Really bad place to stay in Bielefeld. Ignorance of owner and too high price for low standard

I should think a lot to tell something good about this room

Tv didnt work and WiFi password didnt work too. Not clean in room and view from the window for rubbish. Shower was stucked and water falled on the floor. Pressure of water in the shower was horribly weak. None of touch with owner of that property. Pictures on booking.com showed room as a perfect one but when I went into I was really in shock that its a room from booking.com

Red alert, a no go area... complete waste of money

There was fungus all over in the bathroom, the mattress was so dirty that even when it was covered with the white bedsheets the dirt still showed..i was offered just one pillow even though i made the reservation for 2 people. The TV remote had no functions, it was a total waste to have it in the room... under the bed was never cleaned , left over things were all over under the bed. I will never recommend this place to anyone even if it was for 1€.
