Les chiens du voisin qui aboient toute la nuit car ils restent dehors en permanence la chambre numéro 7 est juste au dessus de sa cour je vous laisse imaginer …

quick weekend in Cancun prior to checking into resort

the bed was comfortable, AC is good.location is good. easy directions to check in. Cold drinks in the fridge.

There were dogs barking outside all night. from 1AM to 3AM the first night and intermittently the second night + again at 7AM. The area is super quiet so the barking dogs are very loud and the only sound. For that reason - I would not go back. Earplugs should be supplied and perhaps white noise machines

2 Nächte entspannen, nach anstrengender Anreise.

Ruhig und in der Umgebung alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht. ADO Busterminal ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Kaffemaschine reparieren oder tauschen! An der angegebenen Helpline Telefonnummer war um 23:00 Uhr niemand erreichbar. Wir hatten Probleme beim Öffnen des Tors mit der Zahlenkombination. Es stand aber genau beschrieben, wie es funktioniert. Man muss es aber auch ganz genau lesen, sonst geht das Tor nicht auf (Zahlencode dann Häkchen drücken!)

Disappointing and over priced.

Good hot powerful shower, great selection of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, large comfortable bed, reliable wifi, good aircon, nice tv, sharp kitchen knife, quiet.

Everything pertaining to the kitchen made this place very poor value for money. Chipped and missing items. One huge water glass, one dessert spoon, three of everything else. The cleaner knocks off at 3pm - just as guests are allowed to check in so there is no one to help with anything. No water in the drinking dispenser despite two full bottles nearby. We repeatedly asked for a second water glass and were promised this three times. Finally arrived at 8pm on our last night. They brought three, one of which was dirty. Kitchen isn’t plumbed for hot water so we had to boil three saucepans of water on the dodgy stove to wash our dishes. Stove kept turning itself off. There is only one small saucepan. Previous guests had put their cutlery away dirty. No exhaust fan over the stove. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. No plumbing for hot water water here either. No exhaust fan. There is a huge step out to the patio, about 18 inches high. Seemed dangerous to us, you have to sort of enter backwards in to get back into to the room. Way overpriced for this soul-less place. Lots of promises but no delivery.

Excelente opción para negocios

La ubicación, está muy cerca del centro de Cancún y te mueves muy rápido desde ahí.

Todo es sin contacto, desde la reservacion, el check in, check out, no hablas con nadie para nada.

Perfect area. Perfect price

I was going for dental work and the studio was right around the corner so it was very close and convenient. The owner of the property gave me very detailed information which was very helpful and also left me a little gift in the refrigerator which I greatly appreciated.

The only problem that I did not like is when you open the bathroom door it smelled but after leaving the door open the smell went away

Well located property in Cancun, ideal for a short stay, clean and in good conditions

Well located apartment in Cancun ideal for a quick short stay. The place was clean and well upkept. The wifi had good speed to work with and nice bathroom amenities as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Being on the ground floor in front of the parking meant that there was little privacy and you had to shut the blinds in order for people not to see you.

Great stay would definitely stay again.

The studio has everything you need for a trip far from home. You can stock the fridge during your stay with groceries and cook them if you like. Suppose you prefer to eat out and bring leftovers back to the studio. You can heat them up in the microwave. Walmart is only a 10-minute walk away. If you want to get to specific tourist destinations you may need to catch a ride. Wifi worked great. The studio was cleaned during my stay. Cold A/C and blinds block out the sunlight. Quiet spot for a good night's sleep too.

If the location was a bit closer to some more tourist destinations that would be great.

Bad

shower are really bad. no shower head. made the water really hard to shower in. space is not as ascetically like the images.

the shower and overall bathroom. very uncomfortable to shower in. missing shower head.

Perfect

Casa tropical is always a great choice to stay in cancun centrum, somewhere quiet close to everything. The personel is friendly and take care when you have question or needs.

They were ants coming from the terras inside... ^^

Nice Entrance/garden, lobby, comfy bed, tv, good wifi, and streaming services, stocked kitchen.

There were ants. There was a smell from bathroom when the ac was off. The picture on the booking page was of a different room.

A safe, well-priced and -located suite recommend if you want to explore outside the hotel zone.

The studio has a great location in Cancun’s downtown with numerous tourist destinations, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, and easy access to public busses that can take you to the hotel zone. The studio itself is well equipped with AC, cooking utensils, toiletries, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric range among other things.

It would have been nice to have easier access to fresh towels, information on whether the drinks in the fridge were complimentary, and earlier email confirmation with the access codes.

Unfortunate Experience

while the owners were not present for check in, their communication was quick on chat and responded efficiently with instructions

we booked one night based on the good reviews but this turned out to be quite disappointing. we didn’t get any sleep after 3 AM and it was a terrible night stay as the other guests in the same property started playing music and shouting loudly for a few hours. we did not feel comfortable or safe going to check as it was very raucous and there was no staff present to control this. there was no sound proofing and every conversation could be loudly heard in our room as if it was outside the door. the air conditioning in the room made loud scraping noises and we could not keep it on as it was extremely loud. we stayed awake for hours and checked out as soon as we could. maybe we found the wrong day to stay here but it was a terrible experience. having stayed at many other hotels in Mexico we faced no such issue.

Would not go here again

The location was very central.

The room was not clean and it was the complete opposite of what the pictures are. The room was very dark with almost no daylight because there was a wall in front of the window. The „terrace“ was small, more like a prison and without any possibility to sit down.
