Hotel cumplidor.

L,a ubicación, a pocas cuadras del parque central de Antigua, muchos restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias cerca. La comodidad y limpieza de la habitación. El personal muy amable. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

El llavín de la habitación 8 ya requiere reparación o cambio, ya que costaba poder cerrar la puerta.

You get what you pay for; Mosquitoes all over my room; Checked out

I liked that the concierge tried to help as much as she could with the mosquito problem, and she gave me a refund

I did not like that there was an infestation of mosquitoes in my room

Top for having a nice stay in Antigua

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Zimmer Größe, perfekt um Antigua 3 Tage zu erkunden da man immer wieder zurück zum Rasten kommen kann. Top Lage, da nicht laut.

Bardzo przytulny hotel w centrum miasta

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko wszędzie. Przytulne pokoje z dużymi i wygodnymi łóżkami. Pyszne śniadania. W lobby można kupić miejscowe pamiątki. Polecamy!

My room was great for one person but would have been a little small if there were two people.

comfortable hotel in a quiet part of town, near to good restaurants and cafes. Amazing hot shower!

location was very central but still super quiet. Room was spacious with two double beds and a great hot shower, very clean. breakfast was pretty small but very tasty. great communication and help from the front desk before and during our stay

only thing that would have been ideal is more space on a terrace to sit out, there was only one table on our floor with 4 chairs. a rooftop terrace would have been magical but certainly wouldn't stop us staying here again as everything else was great.

Un buen lugar para quedarse en Antigua

El trato por parte del personal fue increíble, siempre tuvieron una disposición excelente, la ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones eran muy bonitas y limpias con camas bastante cómodas, en general un lugar excelente para alojarse en Antigua.

Lamentablemente perdí mis lentes en el hotel y aunque fue mi error, me hubiera gustado que el tema de tener acceso al video de la cámara de lobby fuera menos complejo

Problema con el tipo tipo de cambio

El trato del personal

Ellos utilizan un tipo de cambio mucho mayor que el oficial y lo que hacen es convertir el monto a pagar en dólares en quetzales y cobran en quetzales. La tarjeta de crédito al convertir los quetzales a dólares, utiliza un tipo de cambio más bajo, entonces el monto del cobro es mucho mayor en dólares; que el que le dieron inicialmente en reserva. En nuestro caso un 6% de más

Quiet and convenient location

Good location, clean, breakfast included is good, personnel is helping and always smiling. There is a guard at night. They also offer to pick you up at the airport for an extra $$.

100% would recommend!

This was a great hotel with high quality for the cost. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and booked us transfers from Pana to Antigua, then from Antigua to the airport in Guatemala City. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and decorated with the wonderful colors and artwork that is so prominent in Guatemala. There is also a nice courtyard and area to sit and visit with friends or just relax as you plan out your day to explore Antigua.

The location is a little more on the "edge" of popular attractions in Antigua, but still within very easy walking distance and it allows you to see more of the city as you wander through the cobbled streets.

Very good and comfy. I can recommeded

The bed was really nice and the bath was soo roomy.

It has a nice infrastructure but the internal design can be improved of common areas and rooms. Teh Garden is nice but also can be improved. The rooms may be should have AC option, and some better forniture in the bath and the main room.

Superb

The room (king suite) was very nice and we were served a delicious basic breakfast. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

As in most of Guatemala, English was not spoken often but through Google translate we communicated. Owner does have good grasp of English. Coffee at breakfast really missed the boat considering Guatemala is famous for it.

Perfect for a couple nights

Clean, hot water with good pressure, delicious breakfast. Staff were kind and let us leave our luggage for a day while we hiked Acatenango

Noisy guests.. we stayed in what looked to be an adjourned room and we could hear everything. You will also hear the chicken buses from 5am if you have a room that faces the road.

A nice hotel that my parents might like, but not for me.

Beautiful courtyard, friendly staff. Location was not too far of a walk to the central park.

the shampoo, conditioner, soap were not high quality. The towels were small and scratchy.

Excellent location close to everything. Very clean, staff were helpful and nice. Property is beautiful. Free breakfast with several options was a great touch! Would have loved some more vegan options for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable hotel in central location

Very large room with extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic shower with excellent water pressure. Very conveniently located, with everything within close walking distance. Extremely quiet. Excellent value for money.

Very comfortable and quiet stay with delicious breakfast.

I loved the breakfast and how quickly we got it too.....and so nice to sit out on their verandah to eat. I thought the room sizes were very good too.....not tiny at all. And very welcoming to our pets.....it was an easy place to be with them. The receptionist was also helpful with my questions about flights and when to arrive at the airport. Also very willing to order food for us or to advise us how to order food.

Our room was very comfortable but didn't have very many electrical outlets.....maybe they could provide electrical strips to help with that.

Superb

Sweet little hotel in Antigua with good breakfast and a planted Atrium which looks like a small zen garden. The showers were hot and spacy and the rooms were clean and smelled well. We had a great stay. The reception is open 24h (correct me if I am wrong) and the service was friendly and helpful. We could even leave our big backpacks at the reception until the room was ready for us. Breakfast is served between 7:30 to 9 AM. Would recommend. P.S.: if you need a quiet sleep, try to get a room located away from the street, since the walls are narrow and you can hear the loud chicken busses passing by.
