Great place, great staff, great time

Great location in the heart of everything, lots of shops, massage places and markets around. The owner is realy friendly and accommodating. All beds have sockets to charge your devices, personal light and a curtain for some privacy. Our room didn't have a window but the A/C was doing a great job, slept like a baby.

Lovely simple stay

Located just a shy 5mins walk away from Kata Main street but it's still relatively quiet at night. Apparently, the roof top pool bar next door is popular among the party seekers. Check in process is easy and was allowed early check in as my room was ready. Luggage deposit is also available. Room is clean and comfortable, facilities are in working conditions. In room key operated mini locker available for valuables. Complimentary coffee tea, 2 x bottled water and beach towels every day. In house motorbike rental is subjected to availability, no cash or passport deposit required. Main entry door is locked passed late hours, guests were advised to lock after entering if returning late. Generally, the place feels safe and secured. The owners live in at ground level, very welcoming and helpful, giving the stay experience a close personal touch.

WiFi is strong enough for basic usage. For those seeking high speed streaming, you are probably on the wrong holiday. Shower strength may deem weak to some, but I'm happy to get warm showers. The music crowd from the roof top pool bar is an alarm telling you are sleeping in too late. The soon to complete construction by the resort opposite may create some noise during the day, but it would not bother the majority heading out early and coming back late exploring the sunny beautiful Phuket.

Peaceful haven

A fabulous little haven away from the overwhelming streets of Phuket. A great place to return to and relax. Quiet,comfortable- and use of a lovely rooftop pool next door. Truly wonderful family - very helpful with transfers etc. And even stepped in to provide a taxi service when none were available. Very grateful and would highly recommend.

Best hostel ever, wonderful hosts

The hosts, Mama and Tom, were SO welcoming and even gave us a tour around the area and always offered assistance. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from Kata Walking Market, a great restaurant called Orchid House just around the corner, Kata Beach about a 10 minute walk away. Very comfortable room with a clean bathroom and good AC. They brought us new cold drinking water every day and had beach towels for our use, every detail was above and beyond. We could have stayed much longer than 3 nights. It was the most relaxing part of our trip to Thailand.

Loved our stay at OK Phuket

Location was great - Kata beach is a great spot and OK was on a quiet street but still right in the middle of everything. The owners were so helpful in organising tours, laundry and just general recommendations

rooms are big and super clean however it’s the hotel staff what makes this place so cool. hosts are super friendly, we spent NYE with them as they invited us to party together on their BBQ party :) they also helped us organising trip to Phang Nga Bay. location of the hotel is good - it’s 3 minutes from night market and the main street. 8 minutes from Kata beach and 25 minutes from Kata Noi beach. highly recommend.

Fabulous

Great value for money and in excellent location. Staff are all really friendly and welcoming. They even gave us a lift free of charge up to Karon beach where we were headed next. Also offer great and speedy laundry service.

The pool facilities next door are great however we had some trouble with the bar staff trying to charge us double for drinks, watch out there!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Kata Beach

Amazing location, just a short walk from restaurants, bars and the beach. The staff are so, so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was super comfy! It was great to have a little balcony too - highly recommend a stay here!

Welcoming family

The family that runs the hostel is very welcoming, one of them even woke me up to get my morning bus. They give you beach towels and you can refill drinking water for free. Also there is a nice rooftop to which you have access.

Good location, close to the beach and restaurants

Very friendly owner who did everything to make your stay nice! Free coffee and tea all day.

The room was a bit small for 4 people including backpacks. The common area wasn't that great.

Exceptional

The owners were super friendly and helped us with information on where to go and what to do for our stay. One of the owners gave us a ride in his car to a viewpoint overlooking the coastline and we managed to get some amazing views and pictures. He then took us to one of the best restaurants in the area on the other side of the town with an amazing view and picked us up afterwards, dropping us off in the main town and giving advice where to go. The room and pool were excellent and how nice he owners were to us made our trip special. Thanks again, and hope to be back in the future!!

Stay here or miss out!

Extremely hospitable staff, nothing is too much for them. From a quick drop off somewhere, laundry service, beach towels and mats provided free of charge, coffee and water all day free too. Always up for a chat, advice on local travel and amenities.

Mama pucket is a beatifull person, she welcome me like a mom. The House is perfect located, and everybody so kind. The bedroom is safe, the Air condition goes on very well, and the bed IS very confortable. Hardly recomend 💜

The room doesnt have wiindows, but you Will be not the so much time ✨
