Emplacement calme et vue exceptionnelle avec une déco so design italien
Pas très agréable quand on est en voiture : j’ai trouvé un parking disponible à 5 kms

my second stay here, it’s such a beautiful, friendly place to stay in Naples.

Great location with stunning views across the bay. Big comfortable rooms. Beautifully designed interiors. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely places to eat nearby but also close enough to the city to eat anywhere you like.
I could not fault PrimoPianoPosillipo
4.0
The location is magnificent and not far from the centre. The room was beautiful and the view simply stunning! A wonderful energy altogether! Great design and aesthetics, highly recommended!
The breakfast could be better. Also, it always helps if the person who welcomes you at the room speaks English - however the host spoke English and was always standby to help.

PrimoPiano is a very charming and elegant B&B, in a very old building, but completely renovated with a very fine taste and incredible vintage pieces. The room was huge, spacious, and with a very special design, with the bed right in front of a big window, overlooking the sea. Each detail is perfect and accurate.
If you open the window the street right below is quite busy and noisy, but that's the price you pay if you want to stay in a city centre!
3.5
The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom was also great. Very easy to check-in and nice quiet location. The accommodation was within walking distance of all of Posillipo's beaches and restaurants.
Personally I always like to be greeted by the hosts - they were very helpful in booking an airport transfer for me and very responsive with any queries, it was just a shame I didn't have a chance to meet them! I also would prefer to have breakfast at the accommodation - breakfast was provided at a local cafe with limited options.

Amazing view from the room.
Very simple and tastefully decorated.

- The view just too amazing!
- the owner is super friendly and helpful! The restaurant that they recommended was great and good value for the money!
- the breakfast was in the cafe bar and it was fresh and tasty.
- there is a bus stop front of the host “140”
- The bed was very comfortable! And good quality of sleep.
Strongly recommend!

I loved the design of the property, the room itself was a decent size with some beautiful design features. The communal space was also stunning with a gorgeous sea view
The ‘yellow’ room is very bright (owning to a lovely big window) but the curtains could be improved to black the room out further. The bed is positioned right underneath the air con unit, I’d reorient the bed to avoid this. There is a kitchen but it is out of bounds, despite being accessoried for cooking. I made my daughter some lunch but was told it was a b&b only. this was a big shame especially because a kitchen is useful when travelling with a young child.

The property was beautifully designed and not in the heart of downtown Naples which can be a bit overwhelming.
The walls were marked up with scratches from previous guests and their suitcases most likely. Definitely needs some touch up paint. The shower drain wasn’t draining properly on day 1 but since we weren’t going to be there that long, we told the owner it was ok to wait to fix until we checked out. They were very responsive to this but just a bummer that was an issue upon check-in.

Great location. Very comfortable bed/pillows. Great communication with manager. Loved the view!
Parking was a bit difficult on the street.

Primopiano is an exceptional hotel with a wonderful design and style. It is located in a charming part of Naples, and the surroundings are fantastic.
The hotel's organization was top-notch, and the cleanliness was excellent. I highly recommend it. If I return to Naples, I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful view, excellent location and very friendly staff. Would definitely go back :)

Excellent spacious accomodation, the location is superb for buses into Napoli and there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The owner is also super helpful
Check out time of 10 am was a little early for me, but that was more to do with flight times. The owner does allow luggage to be kept at the accomodation and this helps.

the view was stunning of the bay, cleanliness, location, modern upgrades. The bed and pillows were nice to sleep on.
Lighting over sink could be better. Hard to properly see to apply makeup. But fine otherwise.

The structure is extraordinary, a wonderful restoration done with excellent taste and ingenuity.
The room was elegant, spacious and airy, overlooking the sea, and the bed very comfortable.
It has the most wonderful view of the bay, Vesuvius and Capri in the distance.
The breakfast was delicious, a real introduction to Neapolitan breakfast pastries served by a most helpful and simpatico staff.
It is right in front of the sea and beside a great piazza full of good bars, icecream shops and restaurants.
Will certainly be returning.

A little complicated to use the codes to get into the b&b (at the main entrance and then at the front door) but once in and had the keys there was no problem at all. Breakfast was a little disappointing but they did kindly accommodate our request from non-sweet breakfast - though on the last morning I think they forgot. Was a reasonable location for what we had wanted and the staff kindly booked a cheap taxi back to the airport for us - which came promptly at 4am! Nice that someone came every morning to make teas and coffees and serve breakfast and provide some knowledge about the area.
The layout of the room could have been a little bit better but there was nothing bad about it. Comfortable bed but no seat/chair or small table by the bed which would have been helpful. Nice stay and although the host did offer a slight discount if booking directly with her we were not comfortable just giving credit card details over the phone so ended up using online booking. Host said that the photos and prices on the online site were not correct.

The place itself is really beautiful and well designed staff was nice and communicative .
The shower.. very weak water flow.

Situated in a great location, overlooking the gulf, in a quieter part of Naples, Primopiano is a very stylish and comfortable place to stay. Decoration and breathtaking view make it a very nice and luxurious retreat after a long day out. Host and staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely our place to go from now on…

Beautifully located near the sea in historic Naples. Safe, charming, loved the design and decor.
Nothing, my stay was lovely.

Good one night stopover before heading to the Almalfi coast, felt walking into the building like Eat, Pray, Love. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Host was fantastic at suggesting options closeby.
Confusion finding our room, but the host was very helpful in sorting that out the following day.
Great view from the communal area.
Lighting in the rooms weren't great. We had taken the wrong room in error, had we had had the other room it was very dark and no curtains for privacy.
Breakfast was very basic, nice to have the offer but would eat somewhere locally. Building felt very safe, but would get a taxi/cab at night.

beautiful view, away from the chaos, still in Napoli - lovely brekkie altho is just pastries as prep
nothing!
4.5
Beautiful and well designed property.
Really close to nice beaches. The view from the sea-view room is really stunning, and the room has a small balcony that isn’t obvious in the photographs.
We had several flight delays, but our late-ish check in was accommodated easily via whatsapp communication.
It was great.
The 10am check out is perhaps a little early for what we are used to, and perhaps it would have been nice to have breakfast as a selection we can help ourselves to as needed if in a rush.
Also not the fault of the property, but we did find getting taxi’s difficult due to the location a bit out of Napoli centre, so consider this and book them ahead of time if you can. The staff did try hard to help us book also which was appreciated.

Breakfast is pastries. If you want something else, you are out of luck. After 2 days, I didn't want any more pastries.
Everything. This hotel was included in the New York Times and Conde Naste. Seems like after this publicity, the hotel makes zero efforts. It has great views, that is all. The rooms are dirty. There are no extras. Substandard toiletries, some already opened. Hair in the drain. Eeew! Nothing in the bar fridge despite a list offering all kinds of things. A ghost receptionist who texts. No contact person. A camera watched our arrival and texted. Creepy. Worn towels. Ran out of toilet roll. Guests smoking in the adjacent room. No publications about the area. No milk for coffee. Dirty cups lie out til the breakfast person arrives. Freezer in the room has an ice maker, no ice. Freezer is completely frosted over, thus cannot make any ice. Other guests had some kind of trouble arriving late at night, this prompted a flurry of late night messages that I woke up too, asking if I had locked them out. Really a very poor experience. felt more like a hostel with views. Way overpriced for what they offer.
