Perfect if you like to party, otherwise don't go here!

I liked the cats. (If you have a car/scooter, I recommend going to restaurant Panorama and to the beachclub Mikro Nisi.)

We didn't know Kavos was that much of a party place. We love to have a drink and a small party but this was too much for us. The hotel is in the center of the strip. All of the other guests were English party people who were taking over. During the day they played loud music and were drunk/stoned in the pool. We didn't use the pool because we were not comfortable. Every night we woke up from 3:30 to 5:30 because of the afterparty in the hotel. However, if you like to party, this hotel is perfect! Otherwise, stay away and do not go to Kavos!! ;)

Superb

Very nice host. Private parking area. Room with kitchen anex was good equipped. Close to beach, walking distance. Restaurants in walking distance too. Cleaned every day.

Exceptional

The location is amazing. It’s literally a 10 second walk from shops, restaurants and pubs. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Perfect location! There are many pubs and restaurants to choose from and lots of shops that stay open late. Loved the pool and the room, it was spacious and clean. Cleaners came every day to clean the room and give new tissue/towels

Good location, great staff but poor facilities.

The staff is really nice and the pool is pleasantly surrounded by trees. The whole hotel is quiet despite being in the city center of Kavos. Rooms are spacious.

The facilities are old and dirty. My bedsheets were holed and dirty. The apartment was not cleaned in between days and we had one tiny bottle of shower gel to share for four persons.

A wonderful Oasis with beautiful grounds and fabulous swimming pool.

Very easy, Damitri communicates with his guests and will meet you with keys upon arrival

Best Vacation

Basically everything was great, especially for the price you can't complain. :)

Definitely recommend arriving with mosquito repellents, had bites all over my body, but was fine after buying repellents from the local supermarket^^

The best place in Kavos

super nice owner pool area inflatable mattresses for guests use for free at the pool rooms are clean and new close to the bars and restaurants wifi working everywhere

excellent choice for your holiday

The place is on the end of the bus route and almost 100 yards from the beach. The property as per general was spotless clean. swimming pool is very nice and clean with comfy sun beds. Dimitris (the owner) is a very friendly and helpful person who will go extra mile to help you.

When we checked in where lacking of hangers and face towels, but like I said, we asked Dimitris and he provided all we ask for. I have nothing to fault it.

Exceptional

Location was very "oasis" and calmy. Everything was clean and we liked the pool. The host is very nice and was always ready to help with anything we asked. We absolutely dont regret our stay there. We would recommend it to you all, partners, families or even alone.
