The screened fire pit on the lower patio can be used for camp fires and roasting marshmallows. The house has a dozen roasting forks for this purpose. The main floor master suite has a king size cherry sleigh bed and has it's own private deck that can be reached through the double glass sliding doors. The community has it's own 1600' private Lake Michigan sandy beach, a short 5 minute walk from the home. The home is in a quiet secluded heavily treed dunes area and has a one garage for parking inside with a driveway which can be used for parking. There is additional parking for 3 cars across from the house.
