헬스장 & 조식 매우 만족

조식 맛있고 헬스장이 있다는 것이 정말 좋아서 매번 이용합니다.

딱히 아쉬운 점은 없습니다.

불편했습니다

깨끗하고 위치가 좋았습니다

서비스는 불편했습니다. 연박을 하는 출장이었는데 수압이 안좋은 층을 배정해주시고 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 방음상태도 너무 안좋은 층이었습니다. 방을 바꿔주었지만 단체 예약방을 주셨다며 또 다시 방을 옮기라 하셨을때는 이미 짐을 다 풀어놓은 상태였는데 최선의 서비스였을까 싶었습니다. 몸도 마음도 모두 불편했습니다.

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder, mit Frühstück buchen.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit hervorragenden Betten und sehr sauber. Die Lage war perfekt, convenient store um die Ecke, Metro und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe sowie diverse Speiselokale. Das täglich wechselnde Frühstücks-Buffet (Koreanisch, aber auch Toast und Müsli vorhanden) hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen.

No tea bags at breakfast (which was absurd as they were in the room. We asked for them, were told to wait and nothing happened).

Good for a weekend trip

We got a really nice, big, open room at the highest floor. We got to store our luggage after check out at the hotel next to the receptionist.

The breakfast is half an hour before stop a bit empty and mostly Korean food - offering at least toast with jam and two kind of basic cereals.

Staff is smily,friendly and very quick!

Properties are nice. There are comfortable bed, table and chair beside the window. We can see the good scenery from the window since my room was 7th floor. We can also use the shampoo, conditioner, body soap and bath gown. Staff is very nice! Everyone was smily and friendly. I like this hotel.

The airconditioner wasn’t cleaned up. It seemed to be moldy… I how it will be cleaned up. Closet was dark. I think it is better that they have the light entrance or inside of the closet.

Great choice! Bentley Hotel is the best in every meaning!

Location was excellent, breakfats had a great choice of continental and asian cousine. Reception was very helpful and interior was anazing, rooms spacious and cosy and very coean. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Gwangju and I would stay again if I happen to be there. Thank you!

nice looking hotel but overpriced

The gym was really good, location good and the view from the rooftop was nice

Our room was full of mosquitos so we didn’t sleep at all. They did let us have a late checkout so we could try to sleep but you don’t expect that for the price. The breakfast was buffet but average, the building setup was weird, it’s two buildings and they aren’t really connected.

Value for money

My husband and I were satisfied with the room and the service provided by the staff, especially the older gentlemen who did night duty. We checked in at 11pm and these 2 older gentlemen greeted us and immediatley asked if we were the guests they were waiting for. Within a 2 minute span, we had been checked in and walked back to our car (to get our bags) and our car was parked for us. We didn't expect the room to be as clean as it was so it exceeded our expectation. The bed was also comfortable and my husband said that he felt refreshed and well rested after our weekend away.

This is not the hotel's fault but the fault of their other guests- but cigarette smoke could be smelled in the room. We also had a noisy couple next door, on our 2nd night but again, not a hotel problem but the fault is with the guests themselves.

We could stay Gwangju comfortably thanks to Bentley Tourist Hotel!

Located very close to the center of the city. Very easy to access some historical sites of the democracy movement. The room we stayed in was very clean, especially, the bathroom was large and comfortable.

the property was close to the station the bed was big and comfortable

the bed sheet had hairs under them which made me wonder if they actually changed the sheets… and they did not change the comforter for the first two days the room floor was always a bit dusty as well
