Magical Stay

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

В целом проживание было очень комфортным

Очень хорошее расположение-в центре города, рядом парк с новогодними палатками и музыкантами. В номере тепло, чисто, есть чайник и можно пить чай и кофе, очень удобная кровать и подушки, есть даже утюг и гладильная доска, чтобы привести одежду в порядок,

Отсутствие холодильника - маленький мини бар внутри тёплый и чтобы охладить воду или напитки и сохранить какие-то продукты (пирожные, которые мы покупали в кондитерской или мясную нарезку) нам пришлось покупать в супермаркете лед и класть его в минибар.

Третий раз уже тут останавливаюсь и все отлично!

Отличный отель! Останавливаюсь тут с группой друзей уже третий раз и всегда все на уровне! В отеле все чисто и классно! Завтрак хороший и вкусный. Единственное, тапочки и зубную щетку выдают на ресепшене при регистрации. Раньше в номерах лежали. Рядом классный бульвар, хороший супермаркет Ереван Сити в подземном переходе. Обменник рядом, до площади республики минут 10 спокойным шагом.

Уютный и комфортный отель Еревана.

Все прекрасно в этом отеле. Комфорт на высшем уровне. Отличный завтрак. Соотношение цена-качество лучшее в Ереване. Если приезжать в Ереван, то только сюда] Очень комфортная кровать и постельное белье.

Такого не было. Все супер.

Good to stop for short time (few days).

Modern hotel with perfect area in center of Yerevan. Clean, nice room with good view. Staff was very friendly)

Well located and maintained but overpriced

Location is good to discover city by foot or by taxi. Hotel was opened in 2019 but maintained well, room was clean and painted freshly (bathroom wasn't as neat as the bedroom but it didn't bother at all). Nice lobby and a bar. They have scales in the luggage room. Slippers and bathrobes provided by request.

Overpriced (as everything now in Yerevan). No smoking singes are literally everywhere, I believe because of local people behave to smoke inside and they smoke a lot. During stay we felt smoking thought the room window from neighbour room. Was hard to get a bottle of water at the reception due to staff does not have access to a room with water. Not the best location for the reception desc but it doesn't affect your stay or check-inn process in anyway.

It did meet my expectations

Very polite staff, located opposite a pleasant alley, 10 minutes to the main street with restaurants and shops, quite quiet, within walking distance of pharmacies and supermarkets. It did meet my expectations

The air conditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with the window slightly open. I always have earplugs with me, so this didn’t cause me much discomfort, but still...

Excellent Hotel and Staff

Hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful. Rooms were always clean and breakfast was great. Hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Rooms are a bit small for 2 people but it's not a problem if you're out most of the time.

Good value for the location

Good location near the city center, but leas crowded than Republic square area. Small but well designed and comfortable rooms.

Breakfasts are a bit on the generic and boring site, although quite tasty. Soundproofing is far from perfect

Exceptional

Great location in the city center within walking distance of all attractions. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, but at a sufficient distance from the hotel - no noise is heard. Modern and spacious room, comfy beds, a lot of facilities, tasty breakfasts and friendly staff.

Nice place to stay in Yerevan

Location is great, everything is near - also there is a supermarket near the hotel, you can always buy fresh fruits and wine :) Hotel is very clean. You get a new bottle of water each day. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast is fine for the 3* hotel.

The rooms are small, which is fine per se - however, there is no wardrope and in case you are travelling with a briefcase, it will have to lie on the floor for entire stay.
