Discover Ferch, the "pearl on Schwielowsee" in its idyllic location. At the end of the day, relax on the banks of the Schwielowsee and enjoy the sunset and the silence of nature. Spend your vacation in one of the most attractive local recreation areas at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin, in the friendly and romantic "Casa del Sol". You will find the lido, boat mooring and a variety of dining options right on your doorstep.

The apartment with 65 m² is furnished in a Mexican, Mediterranean style and leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Of course there is also a flat screen with cable TV and Internet WLAN as well as radio. The kitchen with all the technical details also lets you enjoy cooking while on vacation. From the living-dining area you can reach the spacious terrace with a sunken hot tub. This is cooling on summer days and warming on a starry night. The bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet completes the overall picture.

In short: ideal for couples and families or holidays with friends, bicycles and water vacationers. There is a baby bed and a high chair for the little ones. Pets are welcome upon request for a small surcharge. In the garden there is a small terrace and a lawn; high-quality garden furniture with a barbecue invite you to relax. You shouldn't be missing anything.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own access.
We live on the first floor with our daughter Frida (4.5 years) and are always available with help and advice.

Ferch is surrounded by beech, mixed and coniferous forests, through which romantic cycling and hiking trails meander.
The Schwielowsee is a paradise for those seeking relaxation as well as for active vacationers and culture enthusiasts.


Casa del Sol Vacation Apartment
The Casa del Sol is about 100 m away from Schwielow lake. Our 60 m² vacation apartment with heated floors stretches across the whole first floor of the house that lays on a large 800 m² piece of land.

The 65 m² vacation apartment is decorated in a Mexican / Mediterranean and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The bedroom is furnished with a double sized bed. As expected, amenities such as WIFI internet and cable television are always available. Not to mention, a flat-screen TV to watch it on. The kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances, giving you the freedom to cook for yourself on your vacation. You can reach the spacious terrace by walking through the living room. There you'll find a built-in whirlpool hot tub. The hot tub is cool on hot summer days and warm on starry nights. The bathroom with shower, toilet and heated floors completes the overall picture.
In summary: Perfect for couples, families, a vacation with friends, cyclers, or even for those just wanting a little water and sun. We even have a highchair reserved just for your little ones. Pets are welcome after pre-approval and a small additional charge. In the garden, you'll find a small balcony and an open lawn with furnished with seats, tables, and a grill that just beg you to relax. We challenge to find something that we don’t have for you. We even have bicycles for adults and children for your use.

La Casa del Sol estas aproximadamente 100 m a del lago Schwielow. Nuestro 65 m² apartamento vacacional con pisos calefaccionados se extiende por el primer piso entero de la casa que se encuentra en un terreno de 800 m².
The 65 m² apartamento vacacional está decorado en estilo mexicano / mediterráneo y no deja ni un deseo sin cumplirse. The dormitorio está amoblado con una cama doble. Naturalmente viene con un televisor de pantalla flat con cable, wifi y una radio. The cocina está equipada con aparatos de alta calidad que te permiten cocinar para ti mismo en tus vacaciones. The terraza se encuentra afuera del salón. All of the hot spots in the hot tub of the hidromasaje empotrado. The bañera te mantiene fresco en el verano y caliente en las noches estrelladas. The baño con ducha, inodoro y pisos calefaccionados completa la imagen ideal.

En resumen: Perfecto para parejas, familias, vacaciones con amigos, ciclistas, o también para los que quieren un poco playa y sol. Tenemos hasta una silla de niños reservada. Mascotas están permitidas después de aprobación y un pequeño costo extra. En el jardín se encuentra un pequeño balcón y un patio con césped amoblado con sillas, mesas, y una parilla que te invitan a relajar. No te debe faltar nada. También tenemos disponibles bicicletas para niños y adultos.
