I selected this property because it was close to the stop and had accommodations for multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Upon check in you’re ushered to then speak with timeshare consultants who give you a bait and switch saying “you just have to agree and then show up, all we want are good reviews” our consultant was Linda and she completely lied about this requirement. Wasting half a day dealing with a sales presentation. Property is okay but beware of the sales tactics inside this place.

Absolutely Outstanding! Perfect in every way! The size of the unit, the beds were amazing, the location outstanding, the cleanliness wonderful. 5 stars!!!!!!! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

We had a great couple of days here as part of a road trip. Check in was simple, plenty of (free) parking, the place was clean and quiet. Location is good with free shuttle bus to/from the strip and it was a good base for our day trips to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Also great that the kids could cool off in the pool when it got a bit warm. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a great location if you want to be close to the strip and away from the chaos. There is a daily shuttle that takes you to Horseshoe hotel, which was very convenient. If you have a car rental, it’s easy to go to stores and restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed for our family. The resort staff was attentive with any issues that came up. We enjoyed the hotel entertainment and the pools were great. Would definitely stay again!

We always love staying at Grand Desert Resort when we attend our annual convention in Vegas. It's right across the street from the MGM where our convention is held. All the emploees were friendly and helpful and were always prompt when we had a need.

We were really impressed with this property - and very happy with our hosts. Great communication with our hosts leading up to the visit and throughout as well. The property and their staff was also top notch. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious two bedroom suite. Great pool area. Close proximity to the strip and The Sphere. Would stay again. Thanks!!

Jacuzzi/hot tubs were always crowded. Availibility of chaise lounge in adult pool was non-existant. On site cafe was just ok.

Very convenient location and parking. Two-bedroom condo perfect for family of 4. All the amenities of a resort with the comfort of a full kitchen. Also nice bar at adult pool, onsite cafe and sports bar. Have already recommended to family members. We were in main tower 1 and it was very calm and quiet for it being Las Vegas right off the strip. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was great. The condo itself was clean and functional for our needs (2 separate bedrooms) and competitive priced considering it's proximity to the strip/areas. The downside was the check in process. I had a family emergency and was not able to accompany the rest of my guests at the time of arrival, when I let the host know, I was charged $100 to change the name of the person checking in, in order to get my partner access to the room without my being there. This was no fault of the host and they were very communicative and actually took on the cost of the change fee as it was stated in the check in.. this is more a fault of the building management as they try to sell guests time shares among arrival. This gives a bad taste, especially to short term guests.

My family (me, my husband, and two kids ages 18 and 20) enjoyed a vacation in Las Vegas staying at the Wyndham Grand Desert for 5 days. Our condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the baths had all of the necessities you would expect. The resort itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather didn't fully cooperate so we didn't get to enjoy the pools, but did try out one of the hot tubs one night, which was fun. The location was really nice - just off the strip, but very easily accessible to everything. Very nice place!

We were nervous and apprehensive about booking a vacation without a travel agent. THIS PROPERTY EASED OUR NERVES THE MINUTE WE STEPPED OUT OF OUR UBER! Beautiful property, excellent decor, great views, and just overall super friendly hosts! We will definitely stay at this property again!! Close proximity to Top Golf, downtown area, and the Thomas Mack Center.

Met with friends and family. Vacation was perfect. Beds were comfortable as well as sleeper sofa. Close to everything so you can walk or uber. Close to airport as well. Owner is quick to respond.

It was a great stay! Swimming pools and hot tubs were very clean! My kids love them. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Would stay there again. Watch out for the traffic though. The F1 racing construction is everywhere so plan accordingly. Thanks again for the great stay!

It was perfect for our family. We found out you can walk out the back door, cross the street Amd go through the top golf parking lot and get right into the MGM grand. The shuttle was a challenge with all the construction- so walking was much faster! Easy access to everything without the hassle of being on the strip.

This property has three towers. There is a pool and hot tub at each tower. Our unit was very spacious and comfortable. One bedroom had a king bed and the other room had two double beds. Everything necessary was supplied even the laundry detergent. Our view was beautiful overlooking two pools that were lit up at night. It is about a 20 minute walk to the strip or you can take the free shuttle. Lots of parking on site. New Formula One site is across the street. We will recommend this place to family and friends.

Property was very well maintained. 3 pools and hot tubs left a lot of options. the shuttle to Paris casino was nice if you didn't feel like walking to the strip. Two bedrooms gave us lots of space and with a kitchen gave a lot of options for eating in if we wanted. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the property. We were celebrating a milestone birthday with the girls and loved having the extra space in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental. The pool was wonderful and we weren't too far from the strip. The one major negative is the folks from the timeshare sales team - BEWARE. They want to give you "free" tickets for their team to try and harass you into buying one of their timeshare properties. Don't do it. We also asked one of the ladies at the front desk to take a photo, and she said no, she was busy as four of her colleagues were standing around talking. That was oddly offputting. Otherwise, our experience with our room was fantastic. We enjoyed the calmer atmosphere of this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing we did not know we where getting ourselves into was having to attend the time share meeting. We felt like we weren't really given a choice and was told it would be 90 mins and it turned into almost 4 hours of our time that was taken away from our vacation.

This property is the perfect place for a short stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet, not directly on the strip but with easy access to the strip. It is located a very short distance from the airport, < 10 minutes. There is a full kitchen with stove/oven and microwave which was very helpful in cutting down on food waste. The beds were comfy. The staff was friendly. The pool was amazing. I plan on staying here for future vegas trips.

The place was beautiful. The room was so spacious and a perfect place to relax. I wish there was a restaurant on site - and in my opinion there isn't even a food place in walking distance - but everything else was great. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean!

Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The jacuzzi was the bomb. Very quiet surroundings. Staff was friendly and courteous. Not far from the strip. I wished the shuttle would take you to more places. I found taxis was the best way to get around. Too hot to walk . Cafe was great but wasn’t in my tower. More dining places needed there. Overall it was a great place to stay.
