Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.
Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
Winter Driving
Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Summer Patio Furniture
Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.

From the reservation process to check in and during our stay, the experience with this house was great! We were fortunate to be able to check in a few hours early. A representative met us at the house and showed us around. Pictures do not do the views justice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen was great. There are three high end/limited edition pinball machines in game room that make you appreciate the games and want to play for hours! This was a great bonus. The two large bedrooms have steam showers which are very nice. The location is perfect for north of the lake and being in the great town of Incline Village. An amazing hiking trail is just down the street (two are within walking distance). I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here in the future.

The place was incredible: clean, charming, with fantastic views. We paid more for this place than others we could have rented and it was well worth it. The kitchen had nice pans to cook with. The teenagers loved the pinball games and pool table. The sonos sound system was easy to use and simply delightful. Finally my daughter left her Apple Watch there. The management company picked it up and mailed it back free of charge. I know you get what you pay for; this place was truly worth it.

This property really is stunning. The amenities were also above and beyond. The views are gorgeous and the comforts allotted were wonderful. Our only disappointment was how small the upper bunks were in the kids room - not big enough for teens. The movie theater was wonderful and the game room was great.

Best vacay ever
This was the best vacation I've ever taken. Management was accommodating and very responsive. The house was clean, VERY well stocked, and had amazing amenities. The beds were comfortable, location was great, and the views cannot be beat. Will 100% return.

We hardly left the house!
The large gourmet kitchen, complete with sharp quality knives, top of the line cookware, was filled with all the things needed to make delicious meals. As a family that loves to cook, wine and dine together, we hardly left the house! The theater room was also thoroughly enjoyed. Management was excellent in quickly addressing the few minor glitches we had with the fireplace in one room and the hot tub. And the views are of course just stunning.

Views, views, views!
This house has everything you could possibly need. We had 2 families, so the 2 master bedrooms and multiple large living spaces gave everyone their own space to relax or gather. We skied at Diamond Peak for a few days which was only a 10 min drive from the house. Diamond Peak is a great smaller family friendly resort with one of the greatest views of Lake Tahoe from the Crystal Express Lift. We also did an easy walk/hike on the Tahoe East Shore Trail which was only a 10 min drive from the house. The trail ended on a sandy beach area with big boulders to climb on. Make sure to pack water and snacks, we stayed for a few hours. We had a great stay, thank you for sharing your home.

Above and Beyond
This fabulous home is Above and Beyond! We rented it for Thanksgiving week with our 3 adult children. When you walk in the door, the views are breathtaking! The home is well-appointed, lovely decor with TV's in every room. We enjoyed wonderful meals at the large dining room. The movie theater and the game room kept us busy. There wasn't a lot to do this time of year, so staying in such a family friendly house was perfect!

Amazing Home!
What a pleasant surprise! It's better than advertised and we didn't think that was possible. The home feels new, and is nicely furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the oversized dining table was great for our large family. All three balconies have wonderful views and are great spaces for those working from homes. The lower level game room was also a surprise and a space our family really enjoyed. I can't say enough good things about the home and its management.
