JUST BUILT ON 23.000 SQUARE METERS LAND, IT'S A VERY WIDE AND LIGHTY HOUSE ALL IN JUST ONE FLOUR. JUST HAVE A FIRST FLOUR WITH A LITLE ROOM FOR WORKING OR READING. IT IS A MODERN HOUSE WITH FLOOR HEATTIN AND FULLY AIR CONDITIONED. IT HAS ONE SUITE WITH AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM WITH JACUZZI FOR TWO PEOPLE AND A GREAT SHOWER. THERE ARE OTHER THREE ROOMS ALL WITH BATHROOM ONE OF THEM WITH A BIG BED AND THE OTHER ONES WITH NIDO BEDS. IT ALSO HAS A LITTLE TOILET. THE LIVING DINNING ROOM IT IS SO LIGHTY WITH A BIG SOFA AND A CHIMENEY. OUTSIDE YOU WILL FIND A GREAT SWIMMINGPOOL, TERRACE AND A BIG BARBAQUE. YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER BATHROOM WITH SHOWER. Perfect stay at a perfect villa

perfect stay!
We received a very warm welcome from Rafael when handing over keys. He explained the basics of the house and he left some wine, other Drinks and Food in the fridge ready to eat. Also basics like detergent, dish washer tabs etc were available. The house itself is very modern (incl. alarm system, separate AC in every room) and clean, the garden and pool simply amazing. You cannot ask for more! We enjoyed extensive cooking in the well-equipped kitchen (ok, the knives would all need sharpening) and with the outdoor bbq every day. Nice view from the garden to Campanet with its church sitting on a hill couple miles away. The house itself is somewhat close to the Coves, available by car over a bit of a rocky road. Large supermarkets 10-15 min drives away either in Inca or Sa Pobla.
If proximity to the sea (25min drive) is not your main criteria this is a beautiful house for 8 people (4 double rooms with en-suite bath/toilet), plus guest toilet an another extra shower/toilet at the pool.
Thanks to Rafael and Joana, we had a perfect stay.

Stunning contemporary house - impossible to fault.
This unique property was a destination in itself, especially if you like contemporary design. It was light, spacious and well laid out, with all the rooms on one level except for a mezzanine study area that overlooked the living space. There were lovely views of the garden from all rooms. The house was designed to let in an abundance of natural light, with the sun controlled by roof overhangs, planting and other shading. The 16m lap pool was stunning and was great for children and adults alike. We were hardly out of it.
The house was extremely well equipped and, unlike many rental properties, there were basic cooking items (eg herbs), drinks and cleaning items in the house when we arrived so you only needed to replace what you used. It was nice that items could be rolled over to the next guests. It makes a difference to arrive at a house with some basic items or unopened food rather than having to equip a house with everything from scratch and then feel much of it is wasted if you have to clear the house at the end of your stay. It's a much more environmentally friendly way of renting.
Rafael, the owner - a lovely man - greeted us when we arrived and when we left. His daughter Joana was excellent with the communication and could not have been more helpful with any queries that we had.
The house was a rare gem amongst the many rental properties we have stayed in in Mallorca over the last 30 years.

Finca in Campanet
Wunderschönes Haus, grosszügig angelegt, praktisch mit 4 SZ mit Bad integriert, wunderschöner Pool, gut ausgestattet. Super netter Besitzer, reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Etwas abgelegen aber dementsprechend auch sehr ruhig aber viel Privatsphäre. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Prachtige villa
Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's en super schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De weg ernaar toe is wel wat hobbelig en je moet voor bakker, supermarkt en andere voorzieningen even rijden. Maar dat was al duidelijk bij het boeken. Wij hebben in ieder geval een heerlijke week gehad! Dankjewel Joana!

Ein absolutes Traumhaus in schöner, ruhiger Lage
Die Fotos vom Haus sind schön, aber in Realität ist es noch schöner! Für uns ein absolutes Traumhaus.
Wir sind als 2 Familien mit Kindern (9-14 Jahre) gereist und es ist das schönste Haus, das wir in all den Jahren auf Mallorca gemietet haben.
Die Lage ist fern jeder großen Straße, es ist absolut ruhig und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Tramuntana Gebirge und das schöne kleine Örtchen Campanet. Abends, wenn die Kirche angestrahlt wird und man draußen auf den wahnsinnig gemütlichen Sofa sitzt, ist es ein ganz zauberhafter Blick.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig, die Bäder in jedem Schlafzimmer sind wirklich top. Alles ist sehr, sehr gepflegt und mehr als sauber.
Die Küche ist groß und hervorragend ausgestattet, der Außengrillbereich ist für jede Tageszeit toll und schattig zum Essen.
Der große Garten mit dem schönen, langen Pool ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Pool war toll zum Schwimmen, selbst Anfang Juni warm genug zum ausgiebigen Baden.
Was wir als Gruppe von 7 Personen mit Kindern sehr angenehm fanden, ist die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und des Gartens. Es gibt ausreichend Platz mit so vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Räumen und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, dass man immer einen Platz für sich alleine findet.
Die obere Terrasse war toll für Yoga am Morgen und Abend…oder auch einfach nur zum Aussicht genießen.
Zum Einkaufen nach Sa Pobla mit dem Markt am Sonntag und mehreren Supermärkten ist es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto (wenn man gemütlich fährt).
Nach Campanet mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten und wöchentlichen Markt sind es nur gut 5 Minuten.
Campanet es ein schöner, kleiner Ort und in den wenigen Bars/Restaurants am Platz bei der Kirche kann man schön draußen sitzen und essen oder Kaffee trinken.
Wer einen Urlaub abseits des Mallorca Tourismus verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr freundlich und wir haben eine ausführliche Hausführung mit allem Wissenswerten bekommen. Zur Anreise war der Kühlschrank mit einer guten und großzügigen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln (und Wein) gefüllt, sodass wir an unserem ersten Morgen im Haus entspannt frühstücken konnten und dann erst einkaufen. So war auch unsere späte Anreise komplett entspannt.
Vielen Dank, dass wir dieses wunderbare Haus mieten durften. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben es sehr genossen . Es hat alles gepasst . Das Haus sowie auch der Aussenbereich inkl. Pool waren sehr gepflegt und das Haus hat eine gehobene Ausstattung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett . Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden hier sicher noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Phantastisch!
Das Haus liegt wie erwartet in einer ruhigen Gegend abseits des Ortes. Der Ort bzw. der nächste Supermarkt ist 3,8 km bzw. 8 Autominuten entfernt. Die Begrüßung durch die Familie war überaus freundlich und kompetent, es wurden sogar ein gut gefüllter Kühlschrank mit zwei Flaschen Wein sowie weitere Lebensmittelvorräte präsentiert. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Photos zu erahnen und in einem exzellenten, überaus gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage. Der saubere Pool wies eine gemessene Wassertemperatur von 28-30 Grad auf. Wir haben es genossen!

Eine traumhaft schöne Finca
Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit allem Komfort.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Bäder sind alle modern und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool traumhaft.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Great place for real holiday
We have visited Mallorca more than 20 times and seen a lot of different commodations from Palma town houses to very old fincas and 5 star estates. This Place in Campanet country side was the best and most practical accommodation we have had ever. 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms, great kitchen & cooking area, … everything for our Group of 'foodies'. Villa was suberb and so clean & tidy. Actually it was even more than that: it was shining when we got there.
Location is real country side location and for us this meant good routes for jogging and biking (x-tyres needed).
Thanks for Rafael&Marga for all the help and hospitality during our visit. And thanks for the Mallorcan food specialities you arranged for us... :).

Traumhaft schöne Finca!
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in der Finca und waren bei der Ankunft absolut beeindruckt. Die Finca ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern.
Die Finca verfügt über vier Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Außenbereich. Hinzu kommt ein Gäste Wc und ein Duschbad mit WC im Außenbereich. Besonders groß ist dabei das Masterbadezimmer. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet und hat u.a. zwei Kühlschränke und ein Induktionsherd. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage. Alles war bei Ankunft super sauber und ordentlich!
Der Außenbereich hat einen Grill und überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten. So kann man auch wenn es mal regnet noch draußen sitzen. Es gibt außen auch ruhigere Ecken, wo man sich mal zurückziehen kann. Der Pool ist einfach wunderschön und groß und fügt sich super in den Garten ein und direkt an die Terrasse an. Der Garten Bereich ist auch sehr groß und kann gut für Frisbee, Federball o.ä. genutzt werden! Kurzum, es bleiben eigentlich keine Wünsche offen!
Wir haben erfahren, dass wir nach einer langjährigen Vermietung die ersten Urlauber waren, die die Finca für einen Urlaub gemietet hatten.
Der Kontakt mit Joana war sehr nett und die Betreuung vor Ort von Ihrem Vater Rafael war außergewöhnlich herzlich, einfach perfekt. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir verschiedene Lebensmittel wie Eier, Brot, Obst, Butter, Kaffe, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Öl u.v.m.. Auch Tabs für die Spül- und Waschmaschine waren neben anderen Reinigungsmitteln bereits vor Ort! Auch bei Rückfragen oder Problemen war Rafael jederzeit verfügbar und hat sofort weitergeholfen! Dafür nochmal vielen Dank!
Die Finca liegt in der Nähe von den Höhlen von Campanet. D.h., dass die Finca liegt etwas abgelegen. Der Vorteil ist, dass man quasi keine Nachbarn und absolute Ruhe hat. Allerdings ist man dadurch immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Zu Fuß kann man nicht viel erreichen. Aber uns war das vorher Bewusst und auch extra so ausgewählt. Allerdings ist man mit dem Auto auch in 10-15 Minuten bei größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 20-30 Minuten z.B. in Alcudia oder auch am Traumstrand von Playa de Muro.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und können die Finca auf jedenfall ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!
