This magnificent unit has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. B308 is appropriately decorated in tropical tones of green, blue, and coral. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating for six people. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk room for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit.

Absolutely perfect Holiday with family. The 2bedroom condo plus bunks were great, view was lovely. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen stuff etc. Absolutely no complaints!

We brought two of our grandchildren to the beach for a week. They loved the bunk room. The unit was very clean, and had all of the kitchen appliances we needed. The pools were great. The only issue was with the elevators. Different ones were out each day but they were working on them constantly. Would definitely stay in the unit again.

This property is an excellent location if you want to stay at the Waterscape Resort! It's farther from the parking garage, but closer to the front of the resort which overlooks the pools and the ocean. Once we parked our vehicle, we didn't use it again until we left as you can walk to everything you might want to do! The condo was exceptionally clean and has all of the items that your family may need for your stay. Great communication from the property manager before our trip and all of the online pictures and info, matched the unit exactly. The options of pools and beach access were perfect for our 3 kids. There are a few daily activities for kids at Waterscape during the summer as well. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Waterscape offers many luxuries - pools, lazy river, etc., etc. The photos are very accurate. The most impressive feature is how clean they keep everything, absolutely spotless. In the winter months, there is only one heated pool and this year it was closed for part of Feb. and Mar. for repairs. Then Cox TV broke down so both these inconveniences definitely negatively affected our stay this year. There were many people complaining and wanting some compensation. Overall, a great place, when everything works.

We spent a few nights at Waterscape, retreating to Julie’s lovely condo after full days at the beach. We were disappointed that the one pool that was supposed to be heated was as icy as the lazy river, kids’pool, and main pool. Luckily, the kids in our group could enjoy the gulf water for a day. Of course, it’s not the owner’s fault, but still made our visit less fun than expected. Julie was very responsive to all inquiries, and the condo was nice and clean. Two thumbs up.

Good view of both pool area and some of the beach. Walked to two different restaurants while there, we flew in and didn't rent a car, so that was nice. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great.

This was our 2nd time staying at Waterscape, but our first time in this unit. The unit was clean and housekeeping added extra "fancy" touches to the towels and the toilet paper which my girls got a kick out of. We had a decent view of the ocean and the lazy river was close to our balcony. My girls loved all of the pools. If you have kids this is the perfect place for vacation. Our entire condo was so spacious. The parking garage was a little bit of a walk but we were ok with that. I love waterscape because you get to enjoy the gulf without the chaos and traffic of destin. You are close to multiple restaurants, Cows Head and Al's beach club are our favorite. The grocery store is just across the bridge. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great response!

We were having issues with the air conditioner in the condo. I text the owner at 10pm one evening and she has someone come to fix it by Noon the next day. Wonderful!! Great place to stay with children. The housing was amazing but also the pool and location to the beach was ideal for little kids. Would highly recommend this place and we personally would love to go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the most beautiful condo with the most comfortable furnishings. Everything was as expected and detailed. Julie was a pleasure to communicate with and the entire check-in/checkout process was seamless and well detailed. We highly recommend this as anybody’s next vacation stay!

This condo has great views, was very clean, and was easily accessible on the 3rd floor. We never had trouble parking in the parking garage and didn’t have to take the elevators to be able to load and unload our things. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo! We enjoyed everything about our stay. The resort has a cute little splash pad for the kids and the included beach rental was a big plus! The condo is everything pictured and communication with the host was a breeze. We had no complaints and would stay here again.

The Waterscape is perfect for families with young kids. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. We never had trouble getting pool or beach chairs. The resort is also in a great location. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Great property!! Condo was spacious with great furniture for group dinners. We loved the tall furniture on the balcony to see the ocean views! Very clean and well maintained. This property has a number of pools, including a heated one and 2 hot tubs.

This condo was perfect for my family. I wanted a place with an elevator and easy access to pools and the beach for my mother who has mobility issues and my two children. Check-in was so easy, directions were very clear, the condo was clean and exactly as described. The only thing we were missing that I assumed would be there were beach towels, so make sure you bring your own! We will definitely stay here again. We also recommend Stewby's down the street for dinner - they were so nice and very helpful in accommodating my son's food allergies.

Our trip was amazing! Warm temperatures in December made it even better! Julie was great to deal with. The condo was amazing in that it had plenty of toilet paper, soap, even laundry pods and dish cleaner. Huge help because we were flying. The condo was neat and clean and the views from the condo were perfect!

This was the perfect place for us and our little ones. The zero entry pools and splash pads made it super easy to relax and not worry so much with the little ones in the pool. The condo was super clean and just what we expected! We will definitely be back for more fun in the sun!

We enjoyed our stay! This unit was in a great location overlooking the pool & ocean. The kids had a wonderful time (ages 13,14,15) This time of year the pools and beach were very crowded. The pool area was kept very clean and grabbing a beach chair was an easy process. I would suggest bringing beach towels with you for your stay. We were here for a softball tournament and we were close to both of the fields we played. Lots of heavy traffic, leave early! The communication with Julie at the property was also a quick and effective process. Overall GREAT TIME and GREAT UNIT.
