Super comfy beds, duvets and pillows. Good shower and nice sized rooms. Secure car parking underneath, quick check in and terrific choice of breakfast foods. Good bar and restaurant with knowledgeable staff. Close proximity to shopping centre and restaurants, tram and bus into the city centre. (About 30 mins)

Disappointing

On arrival, check-in was fast and efficient, Room was fine, However both my partner and I were bitten by bedbugs or flees,in Bed Bar was closed at around 11 o clock without anyone asking us would we like another drink, Breakfast, Good variety of food, However Bacon was definitely way under cooked, Breakfast staff too busy talking to each other rather than the guests,The hotel was clean, lobby's,hallways etc That was our experience of the Plaza,

Reception staff were friendly, However when I Complained on checkout in the morning, They said absolutely nothing, Dining Room staff were too busy talking among themselves than interact with guests

location to motorway as we were coming from the airport and Tallaght for its amenities

Lovely hotel and friendly staff close to Luas and taxi rank for travel.

This hotel has a number of room with coach parties attending but only one lift.

Disappointing we expected better

Location

One window did not close properly there was a lot of traffic noise I did ask at reception but despite a promise that someone would respond nobody did also because the window did not close there was a draught

Room very clean and comfortable.quick check in. Lovely bar and seating areas with excellent bar staff. Food in bar is fabulous. This is a modern, clean, fresh hotel.. with a few little tweaks, it could be outstanding.

Breakfast which i attended at 7.45am was luke warm.Was told the hotel had no butter or marmalade and to use low cal.No table service for tea and coffee so by the time you get everything either your tea or breakfast is cold.Waited 30 min for a scone in cafe by which time my coffee was finished. Cannot open the room windows without a stepladder.

There were 5 of us that stayed and all of us would return.

Restaurant and bar were great. Atmosphere and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

One particular girl on reception was never friendly. Not even a smile.

Pleasant

Lovely hotel but when we got there staff at counter served people who they clearly saw come after us and seemed dismissive. Also I had asked for rooms as close as possible because my son has autism and struggles in social situations…. Our rooms were on opposite ends of the third floor. Apart from this the location was brilliant and hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable.
