Close to shopping center/airport.
Minor hiccup, when we checked in front desk gave us a room that was already occupied.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable clean rooms, efficient shuttle service to the airport. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise to me. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again when I am in McAllen.
I had no problems and very much enjoyed my stay.

Buena ubicación del centro comercial, buen precio por la aplicación, muy limpio y comodo, personal muy amable, desayuno rico, bar buenos precios pero no los mejores tragos, estacionamiento e internet adecuados.
La iluminacion del cuarto es muy baja durante la noche, pero todo lo demas muy bien.

Lo mejor de todo el servicio y calidad del personal, las chicas del desayuno excelente sobre todo María siempre al pendiente y front Desk, Isaac y Nara, excelente trato, limpieza increible, cuarto super comodo y los alimentos de primera calidad, Tenemos 3 años quedándonos ahí y por mucho supera a los demás hoteles. En la noche el Bar super cuidado y muy divertido
El Room service el alimento(espagueti con carne) de esa parte no me agrado el sabor

National guard was there and was very loud at 4 am. Kept hearing them go through the exit door and that handle to push was very loud

At check-out the recepcionist refused to give any receipt of the payment done to hotel directly during check-in, because "reservation" was made using bookig.com (reservation with payment to hotel directly).

Room was nice. Great location to other shopping and dining. Price was awesome. Breakfast class act!
Hot warm was luke warm on 4th floor . Not sure is they were having issues.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms and everywhere is clean and well maintained. The staff made us feel well. Breakfast is really good compared to other hotels'.

The close to the mall
We were 2 persons and we took a shower 2x in the day , so the amenities for showers were not enough (shampoo and body wash)

newly remodeled
room was very humid to a point where we couldn’t sleep . remote control for tv didn’t work and volume was stuck on high. called front desk for assistance and someone came and said they’d come back to fix remote and never came back.

Leo was wonderful. check in a breeze. He told me where the bar was located as well as the grill. Also if I had any questions he answered them. Over all a great experience.

the property was absolutely beautiful!!! The food and drinks are great and i had so much fun at karaoke in the bar!!!!

unfortunately, this hotel was it with some bad weather and rain damage. Normally it’s a really good hotel, I would suggest holding on because they are in the process of fixing all the water that got into the carpet and at times it was an unpleasant odor. I would call the facility first before cooking to see if it’s complete.
