About this apartment rental

Newly built apartment, with fine finishes, in a great location, overlooking the lake, the mountains and the natural park, just a few minutes from the ski lifts (the free shuttle to the Corvatsch facilities stops every 20 minutes under the house Mandra). Easy access to supermarkets and numerous restaurants. It consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with whirlpool and piped music. The other two bedrooms have two couples of twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower-Turkish bath. The kitchen is independent with all the amenities. The large living room with glass and fireplace houses a table with 6 chairs and a large sofa with a large seat. The house has parquet floors. It has internet wi-fi open and predisposition to the Italian satellite TV Sky (we do not provide the card) and to the Swiss cable TV. All rooms have a TV, in the living room and in the master bedroom there are two DVDs. The washing machine, as in most of the buildings in Switzerland, is located on the -1 floor and is a condominium with access by card (which we provide).
The covered garage offers accommodation for 2 cars.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and has a fantastic location for winter and summer holidays. The proximity to the facilities makes it perfect for lovers of skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The positioning near the lakes and the very long cycle paths make it the perfect destination for windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, mountain biking, road bikes and any kind of walk.

Appartement luxueux et très bien située

L’appartement est spacieux. Il est située proche du centre du village où il y a un magasin et une boulangerie. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Juste à côté de l’appartement il y a un chemin qui part à la montagne pour des randonnées. À 5 min à pied du lac.

Eine sehr gepflegte, originell angelegte und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Auch für Kinder bestens geeignet, die ja immer viel Platz brauchen, um sich wohlzufühlen.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnug

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komfortabel. Es fehlte an nichts. Der große Wohnraum erlaubte uns, nach dem Skifahren mit der Familien (6 Personen) gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Mit dem Aufzug fährt man direkt von der Garage vor die Wohnung. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Geldautomat, sowie einen kostenlosen Ski Shuttle. Wir würden die Wohnug wieder mieten.

Das Haus insgesamt macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die gemietete Wohnung hat einen guten Grundriss. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist nicht angemessen. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine. Keine Weingläser. Sehr schlechte - harte - Matratzen. Mehrere Glühlampen sind kaputt. Lichtschalter in einem Schlafzimmer ist defekt. Abdeckplatte fällt herunter. Die Kaution war mit 2000 € überhöht.

We spent one week in this nice, clean and well equipped apartment. From the balcony there is a nice view towards the lake and the mountains. Silvaplana is a lovely little village with some restaurants and shops within walking distance. If we ever return there, we would definitely rent this apartment again.

We spent a week in this very nice, clean and well equipped apartment. From the balcony there is a nice view towards the lake and the mountains. Silvaplana is a lovely little village with some restaurants and shops within walking distance. If we once return to this place we would definitely rent this apartment again.

The apartment is very well and centrally located in the Engadin valley. Biking, on road and off road, hiking, climbing and running is in the immediate proximity of the apartment, as well as good restaurants offering diverse culinaric experiences. The apartment is very well equipped, hs high standards and is spacious to allow for longer stays for families. The total package with location, possibilities and a very nice apartment provides the basis for a memorable stay in the beautiful valley of Engadin.
