Welcome to the Sellin! Our modern and very comfortable holiday home under a thatched roof (140 square meters, 1 large living room, 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen, separate dining room, - 2 bathrooms 1 with whirlpool bath and 1 shower room, sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, internet wireless, max . 5 adults and 2 children up to 12 years) is located in a central yet quiet location. This combines the charm of a traditional thatched house with high standard of comfort. More Detailed Description of the rooms of the holiday home you will find in the category description. In a neighboring building a sauna is available for free. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, it is from us only about 500 m. The beautiful Sellin, where our house is situated, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. After a short walk from the house the famous Wilhelmstrasse, the boulevard Sellin the historic splendor villas and the many restaurants and boutiques. At the end of the Wilhelmstrasse will bring a popular lift comfortably to the sandy main beach and the famous pier. Even the family-friendly South Beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or use the historic train (with spa card for free.). The natural in the back of plot - to relax for our guests - ends at the nature reserve. After a short walk through the Seepark you reach the fun pool & # 132; Ahoi & # 147; with water slide and large sauna area. Shops are located in the immediate vicinity. On arrival the beds are time surcharge of 12.50 euros already with sheets and bathroom linen is included. Alternatively, you may also like to bring sheets and towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if needed like free. A lockable bicycle storage room is available to all guests. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object. The holiday home also includes free parking on the property. Until the bus public transport stop is about 50 meters. With us it is beautiful in every season!
