This spotless updated 3 bedroom (K, Q, Pyramid Bunk) 2 bath condo has has everything that you need for the perfect vacation. Rental fee includes linens and cleaning. Condo has High Speed internet and excellent wireless coverage, 2 parking spaces, pool, storage closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 bikes and beach toys. Fully stocked kitchen w/coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, griddle, blender, etc.

The condo suited our needs perfectly. It was a short walk to the beach, 10 min drive to grocery shopping and a 15 min walk to boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Linens and towels are included which is a nice bonus. Thank you Diana!

Everything was wonderful. Perfect accommodations. Host was very pleasant and accomadating. Just as advertised. Walking distance to beach. Close to boardwalk and amusements and many wonderful restaurants. Hope I didn't leave anything out. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our family vacation in this condo. Condo is clean, spacious and has everything you need to feel right at home. The free linens and outside storage area stocked with everything you need for the whole family at the beach were extra special perks. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Everything was great from the size and spaciousness of the condo to the location. It was an added bonus to have the storage room to use and the kids enjoyed the sand toys provided. Would definitely stay again! And Diane was quick to respond with any questions. Thank you!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo last week. It was very spacious and clean. Only a few steps to the beach and the pool was a nice convenience for our little one to splash around in. We would definitely book again and will highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

We had a great time. The condo was walking distance to the beach and the convention center, so little to no driving was necessary. It was clean and check in was very simple. Would stay again if in the area.

4100 building on Coastal Highway is our favorite location in Ocean City. Owners are great people to rent from, one of our better vrbo experiences. Super well stocked kitchen and condo furnishings. Only con to the whole weekend, was the beds. I get it, this is a rental, and pretty much the same experience across vrbo or other rentals. I just have to be honest. We would rent again here, for sure.

Overall good experience. Clean, updated unit. Spacious with extras such as beach equipment, bikes, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets; plenty pillows. Lots of utensils, glasses, and dishes. Large balcony. Everything in good working condition; couple slats were off of the vertical blinds. 2 negatives were 1) very noisy traffic when sitting outside on the balcony; 2) very small outdoor pool. Also, not for disabled people. No grab bars in bathrooms.

This condo was the perfect family spot. There were attractions and restaurants within walking distance as well as the reserved parking spots. The 2 bedrooms were a little louder due to being close to coastal highway.

From booking to check-in to check-out everything was easy and perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The location to the beach was good although we did miss having an ocean view. But that’s not a deal breaker. We would book here again and would recommend to friends/family!

Very clean and nice condo. Convenient central location. Interior is nicely decorated. The layout is very good with plenty of open space. (We had a person in a wheelchair). Availability of beach items, chairs etc. was very convenient.

We fell in love with this property the moment we set foot inside! It was very clean and well maintained with a wonderful view off the wrap around balcony. Plenty of space and lots of extras supplied by the owners for use. Can’t wait to stay again!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious with more than enough room for 8 adults. The location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. There were plenty of beach chairs for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Diane was very responsive and a great host!

The owner was very accommodating and kept communication open. The entire process prior to check-in was seamless. The property was clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy vacation stay. Location was perfect to walk to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. I am looking forward to coming back and working with this owner again. Highly recommended to stay here if you want to enjoy all OCMD has to offer.

We found our new O.C. stay! What can't I say about this place that hasn't been said already?! It"s a beautiful condo that pictures don't do it justice! Way bigger than it looks in the photos, plenty of space for everyone (we were 6 adults and a 3 year old), we weren't on top of one another or in anyone's way! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and super clean. Comfy living room with all the entertainment you could possibly ask for after a long day in the sun or a passing rain shower. Perfect size bathrooms. No complaints about water pressure from me either! Plus all the extra chairs, bikes, beach toys, etc in the storage room was great to have. Also no need to load up the balcony with everything, just put it in the storage room! The balcony is massive, was so nice to sit out there in the mornings having coffee! Love the fact that there's no need to cross the street to walk to the beach. It was just a wonderful place to spend a week with the family, no on wanted to leave!! Diane was a pleasure to speak with, great communication! No need to look any further for a place to stay in O.C., will definitely return!!

Nice place! Close to the beach and very clean. She has many beach chairs available to use. I added one more to her collection bc we couldn’t fit it in with our things to get it back home. Diane was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! If we had any issues, we were able to contact the owners easily. We were happy that kitchen basics and essentials were there to cook and there was lots of space for everything we brought. We really liked the location, the beach wasn’t super packed but it was close enough that we didn’t have to travel far to get to the boardwalk. Beautiful condo!

The condo was large, clean, and was decorated simply but beautifully with a beach theme. Ten of my family members were able to sleep there as advertised. When other family members visited, we all were able to fit comfortably. The balcony was large and had a lot of seating. I like how there were openings to the balcony from different bedrooms, the living room, and dining room. It was great to have beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc. to take to the beach nearby; we used a lot of these supplies from the convenient storage room outside our door. A lot of family members complimented the condo. It’s highly likely that we will rent this beach condo again.I texted Diane many times before I arrived to get more information about the property and to keep her updated about my arrival. Diane was very pleasant and helpful in providing answers, guidance, and reassurance. This beach condo is a great place for families to hang out for a beach vacation.

This house is amazing. Very nice and clean and literally a minute from the beach. Very spacious for a family with a great beach vibe. Diane was a great host.
